Implementation of RFID based on the self-blood sugar measurement system (RFID기반의 자가 혈당측정 시스템의 구현)

  • Recently, technology of self diagnosis system which one of health-care has been research very active. With this, In this paper, we have to implement the self-blood sugar measurement system that is interlock with PC, RFID, and Bio-Signal glucose tester and accessible user interface. Therefore the equipments can performs accessible interface composition for communication between devices and PC, analysis and test of communication status of the RFID tag and reader that it easy to obtain the data of self-diagnosis linkage with PC, RFID, and Bio-Signal glucose tester. In other words, as result of communication protocol experiment with self-blood sugar measurement data, it has been showed to display a high-reliability result through year, month, and day, body temperature, and levels and check point of blood glucose.

  • This system configures a position Sensor as installing on the ship and a guidance system docking of ship what distinguish of the ship about the use and size. The maintain system is received the result of distinction via UWB reader. This system send a information of ship of docking position to user. Thus it suggests the safety to prevent from crash among ships and saves energy and stop waste. The proposed system periodically updates the information of docking position of the ship and monitors in real-time according to the user's request from personal mobile devices. In this paper, we implement of a guidance system Testbed for docking of the ship using position UWB sensor. And user is provided convenience to find easily user's ship in docking area through user interface with Java. Addedly it is possible to prevent ship theft.

But, RFID chip of this is high price and short bandwidth, low power and interference etc. can become technological problem. This is getting into obstacle in common use. Reader and tag, Embedded software etc.. that is accomplishing standardization is imported paying most expensive Royalty. This paper is RFID cognition system that use PDA in Ubiquitous environment to apply to Logistics system. RFID cognition system processes input/output of fundamental information attaching tag to Logistics of products. And RFID cognition system supports quick and correct and safe synthetic Logistics managerial system through construction of database. This can prove minimization and customer service of Logistics expense. RFID cognition system is advantage that can widen range of application to area that cognition system of existent fixing style can not do. Also, It can expect economical effect through inexpensive system construction.

  • Real Time Locating Systems (RTLS) are used to track and identify the location of objects in real time using simple, inexpensive tags attached to or embedded in objects and readers that receive the wireless signals from these tags to determine their locations. A tag is powered an internal source such as a battery. The blink frequency of a tag affects the energy efficiency and the locating accuracy of RTLS. The mobility of a tag also affects the locating accuracy. In this paper, we introduce a RTLS tag design which improves the locating accuracy and the power efficiency. We propose an adaptive transmission-rate control algorithm using a motion sensor. By analyzing the signal pattern of the motion sensor, we can build a model to estimate the speed of the motion. Using this model, our algorithm can achieve better locating accuracy and lower power consumption than those of the conventional method. In our experiments, the number of transmission reduced as 40%, keeping similar locating accuracy.

  • RFID technology using the smart tag technology as a part of the sensor network is currently in the spotlight. But there are still many problems in applying the technology in a ubiquitous environment, induding at the point when anybody can read the tag information and the authentication between the tag and the reader, and security problems in very low-cost smart tag implementation. The proposed scheme is designed to enhance security and efficiency related to various services required in RF networks, based on the reliable peripheral devices for users of passive RFID tag. Using passive RFID tag, which has been applied to authentication transactions in existing papers, this study also proposed an appropriate management scheme that is suitable for a dynamic environment and setting a temporary group to provide various services. also proposed scheme is support RFID grouping, temporary group of service and security servicce, improved efficiency of communication.

  • The restaurants have been forced to inform the origin of ingredients to consumers due to the origin obligation policy enacted in 2008 October. However, it is difficult to trust the policy because the origin is represented by a manager's conscience. Therefore, in order to provide consumers with reliable information, we have designed, and embodied the agricultural management system using RFID and USN technology. By installing system on agricultural plantations this system not only manages environmental data such as temperature, illumination and humidity collected in real time but also offers consumers the information of fertilizers or pesticides sprayed on the crops. Before purchasing, consumers will be able to check raw flesh process and the fertilizer and agricultural chemical scattering scene of the crops as an image by using RFID tags with a leader, which more increase the reliability.

  • This paper is to technically implement the sensing platform for Home-Wellness Robot. First, self-localization technique is based on a smart home and object in a home environment, and IOT(Internet of Thing) between Home Wellness Robots. RF tag is set in a smart home and the absolute coordinate information is acquired by a object included RF reader. Then bluetooth communication between object and home wellness robot provides the absolute coordinate information to home wellness robot. After that, the relative coordinate of home wellness robot is found and self-localization through a stereo camera in a home wellness robot. Second, this paper proposed fuzzy control methode based on a vision sensor for approach object of home wellness robot. Based on a stereo camera equipped with face of home wellness robot, depth information to the object is extracted. Then figure out the angle difference between the object and home wellness robot by calculating a warped angle based on the center of the image. The obtained information is written Look-Up table and makes the attitude control for approaching object. Through the experimental with home wellness robot and the smart home environment, confirm performance about the proposed self-localization and posture control method respectively.

  • In this paper, we propose a policy-driven RFID data management event definition language, which is possibly applicable as a partial standard for SSI (Software System Infrastructure) Part 4 (Application Interface, 24791-4) defined by ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 31/WG 4 (RFID for Item Management). The SSI's RFID application interface part is originally defined for providing a unified interface of the RFID middleware functionality―data management, device management, device interface and security functions. However, the current specifications are too circumstantial to be understood by the application developers who used to lack the professional and technological backgrounds of the RFID middleware functionality. As an impeccable solution, we use the concept of event-constraint policy that is not only representing semantic contents of RFID domains but also providing transparencies with higher level abstractions to RFID applications, and that is able to provide a means of specifying event-constraints for filtering a huge number of raw data caught from the associated RF readers. Conclusively, we try to embody the proposed concept by newly defining an XML-based RFID event policy definition language, which is abbreviated to rXPDL. Additionally, we expect that the specification of rXPDL proposed in the paper becomes a technological basis for the domestic as well as the international standards that are able to be extensively applied to RFID and ubiquitous sensor networks.
