The introduction of new technologies is a result of the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the change from management environment to cloud environment. Changes in the production and management environments are expected because of changes in the external environment. However, responding flexibly to changes is not enough. The problem of the records management process, system, and infrastructure is intertwined, and partial reorganization is difficult to cope with changes in the external environment. Therefore, we need to redesign the whole process and study the major issues to be considered so we could redesign the process and produce an improved next-generation electronic records management.

여러 산업 분야에서 신기술 도입 및 고객의 요구 사항 변화에 따라 급속한 정보화가 진행 중이다. 정보 시스템을 주요 기반으로 한 금융산업의 경우, 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위해 상당한 규모의 차세대 프로젝트를 진행하고. 이를 통해 기업은 법률, 규제 및 고객 요구 사항 등 외부 요인에 신속히 대응하고, 내부 프로세스 개선을 통해 기업의 가치를 성장시키려고 한다. 차세대 프로젝트란 기업이 반드시 성공시켜야 하는 프로젝트로, 금융권은 프로젝트 성공률을 높이기 위해 PMO 제도를 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 프로젝트 준비단계 산출물인 제안요청서 (RFP)를 국제 프로젝트 관리 표준인 ISO 21500 (Guidance on Project Management)을 기준으로 제안요청서 (RFP)가 프로젝트 성공에 필요한 제반 기능과 정보를 포함하고 있는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과 차세대 금융 PMO의 RFP는 ISO21500의 기준과 상당한 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. 향후 제안요청서(RFP) 작성의 중요성을 인식하고, ISO21500 관리 기준에 맞춰 기능을 개선하고 보완해 나간다면 프로젝트 성공률을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

공동주택 전기 요금제에는 호별 계약, 단일계약 및 종합계약으로 분류된다. 호별계약은 저압전력이 공급되는 공동 주택에 적용되며, 세대별 사용량에는 주택용 저압요금제가 적용되고 공동부 전기 사용량에는 일반용 저압 또는 주택용 저압 요금제가 적용된다. 단일계약과 종합계약은 고압전력이 공급되는 공동주택에 적용된다. 단일계약은 공동주택 세대별 사용량과 공용설비 전기 사용량을 합산하고 평균하여, 평균세대의 전기요금량을 기준으로 주택용 고압 요금을 적용하여 공동주택 전기 요금을 산정하는 방식이다. 종합계약은 공용설비 전기 사용량에는 일반용 고압요금을 적용하지만, 세대별 전기 사용량에 대해서는 주택용 저압 요금을 적용하여 공동주택 전기 요금을 산정하는 방식이다. 공동주택에서는 3가지 요금제중 하나를 선택하여 한국전력과 계약을 맺을 수 있다. 고압전기를 공급받는 공동주택은 상황에 따라 단일계약이 유리한 경우도 있고, 종합계약이 유리한 경우도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공동주택에서 전기요금을 시뮬레이션하여 각 공동 주택에 적절한 요금제를 선택하는 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 공동주택 전기요금 시뮬레이터를 설계하고 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 공동주택 전기요금 시뮬레이터의 요구사항을 분석하고, 시뮬레이터를 설계하고, 공동주택 전기요금 시뮬레이터 프로토타입을 개발하였다.

Recently, portion of the aged population has been increased, and aging became the biggest issue that we will be facing in the future. As the aging population has increased, the silver generation is getting to account for the considerable percent of economic activities and becomes the main body of production and consumption. Although the economic activity of silver generation is increased, the development of silver contents for the leisure activities is still not revitalized. The serious silver contents and the easy-to-use interface are very important because the silver generation is relatively weaker than young people in perception, studying, and exercise, and is fragile in mobility and vitality. This paper suggests the Sensory 3D Gate-Ball game for silver generation's leisure and health maintaining along with the easy-to-use interface.

This study aims to analyze Next Production Revolution (NPR) technologies through evidence-based keyword network in order to cope with the change of production paradigm called the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). For the analysis, a total of 441 papers related to NPR or 4IR were extracted and the NPR technology network was constructed based on the simultaneous appearance relationship of the author keywords of these papers. Based on the NPR technology network, we explored key technologies through analysis of centrality and keyword group. As a result, technologies such as 'digital twin' and 'modeling and simulation', discovering insights by connecting the virtual and physical world in real time and reflecting them into design and process, are analyzed as key technologies.

This study was carried out to investigate the life cycle and the damage of Tricholyga sorbillans Wiedmann to silkworms(Bombyx mori L.). The results are summarized as follows. 1. This insect has 5 or 6 generations per year in Suwon area. 2. The egg, larval, and pupal stage are about 2, 8 and 18 days respectively. 3. The weather conditions considerably affect the life cycle, that is, the 3 rd generation is the shortest of all, lasting for 21 days and l4 hours, and the 5th generation is the longest for about 40 days. 4. The larvae come out of silkworm bodies, burrowing into the ground 3.5cm to 10.5cm in depth before changing into the pupae. 5. This insect does not overwinter as pupa, but seems to do as larva, parasiting on the field insects. 6. The damage of Tricholyga sorbillans Wiedmann to silkworm was 27.9％, it is so high that the silk worms could not be reared outside without a reasonable control method. 7. When the full-grown silkworm is parasited by one egg of these insects, there is not only enough possibility of spinning. but also without any effects of their larvae on the cocoon quality. 8. The damage of Tricholyga sorbillans Wiedmann throughout the country covers 6.36％ in spring, 4.09％ in fall, and 5.25％ yearly mean.

The purspose of this study was to investigate on the TV drama of tvN from October to November of 2017, which was regarded as a well description of the current young generation's daily life and reality. In order to figure out how it depicted the young generation in TV drama, the authors tried to analyze it..Through this study, it was found that the rise of neo-liberalism changed their social and financial lives rapidly. It pushed the young generation to give up on dynamic challenges and dreams, and to search for normal and inactive life styles.It was also found that its myths and ideologies implied how much differently Korean young generation confronted big gaps between their cognitive realities and their actual realities. Furthermore, this study suggested that the necessity of full understanding why and how such Korean young generation sought for an unique life styles to overcome various difficulties in such chaotic societal situations.

In the study, we try to get reliable estimates of intergenerational income mobility in Korea. At first, we show that the low estimates of previous studies are mainly due to sample selection problem. The direct estimations using OLS after correcting this problem show higher values than previous estimates. We also compute the attenuation bias by decomposing the variances of earnings into the variances of permanent and transitory components of earnings by the results of the regression. Additionally, we try to estimate the range of intergenerational mobility by comparing the OLS results with the results of the two samples instrumental variable estimation and the three samples instrumental variable estimation. The results of these estimations are a little higher than or similar to OLS results.

IP 망을 활용한 VPN(Virtual Private Network)은 비용과 운용측면에서 효율적이지만 QoS보장과 광대역 서비스 제공에 많은 문제점을 가진다. 이러한 IP 기반의 VPN에서 QoS 보장과 광대역폭에 대한 해결책으로 차세대 광 인터넷을 통한 OVPN(Optical VPN) 기술이 제시되고 있다. 차세대 광 인터넷의 구현이 IP/GMPLS over DWDM 프로토콜 프레임워크로 표준화되고 있는 현실에 비추어, IP/GMPLS over DWDM 백본망을 통한 OVPN은 차세대 가상사설 망으로써 멀티미디어 서비스 제공을 위한 유일한 대안이다. 차세대 DWDM 광인터넷 백본망을 활용한 OVPN에서 종단간 QoS를 보장하는 멀티미디어 서비스 제공을 위해서는 차등화 된 광 QoS 서비스 제공 메카니즘이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 OVPN over IP/GMPLS over DWDM 에서 종단간 QoS 제공을 위한 차등화된 광 QoS 프로토콜 프레임워크를 제안한다.

This Study aimed at finding the new-aging support policy in local government through establishing the role of the 50 Plus Center. The results showed that the new seniors had higher social participation needs than the old seniors. But existing institutions like Senior Center were lacking such a role. Therefore, 50 Plus Center that is the first public institution to retired citizens of Seoul should focus on Life Design Education and Community Involvement Education.
