This paper dealt with contents on the performance evaluation of standardized steel and non-standardized steel of lattice girder. Lattice girder is arch type tunnel supports made of structural steel bar and it is girder used to ensure the stability of tunnel by suppressing any transformation of ground as much as possible during tunnel excavation. The performance evaluation of lattice girder can be conducted through bending strength test, tensile strength test and tunnel standard specification specifies that welding structural steel with over 500MPa yield strength shall be used. However, it is difficult to distinguish visually between standardized steel and non-standardized steel onsite if low-quality structural steel is used. Accordingly, this paper conducted performance evaluation of standardized steel and non-standardized steel of lattice girder to point out the issue of deteriorated yield strength of non-standardized steel, while proposed a method of verifying yield strength onsite.

자동차용 가솔린 엔진유의 품질은 엔진성능의 향상과 함께 점진적으로 발전되면서 서비스 수준에 의한 분류로 SA급에서부터 SF급까지 발전되어 왔다. 그러나 지난 1980년에 SF급 오일이 설정된 이후 8년이 지나서 새로운 가솔린 엔진 오일의 규격인 SG급이 1988년에 설정되었다. 본 고에서는 왜 SG급이 필요한가, 또 SF에 비해 어떤면이 얼마나 가혹하게 되었는가에 관하여 자세히 보고자 한다.

본 논문은 2세대 규격인 IS-95와 3세대 규격인 W-CDMA 혼용 디지털 채널화기 구조에 대한 제안 및 동작원리를 기술하고 성능을 분석한다. 실제적인 1.25MHz 대역폭을 갖는 IS-95와 SMHe의 대역폭을 갖는 W-CDMA 혼용 디지털 채널화기를 위한 BFT 필터 뱅크 적용시의 문제점을 지적하고 혼용 디지털 채널화기의 구조로 별도의 정류자를 사용하는 폴리페이즈 필터 뱅크 구조를 제안하고 성능을 분석한다.

Recently, the transmission amount of information that each single person requires is growing by development of electron information communication technology. So in this paper we analysis the phase noise characteristics to obtain a most suitable of SNR performance request characteristic by BER on CATV transmission system that satisfy performance request DOCSIS 2.0 standard. Especially we get the parameter value of PLL that satisfy phase noise characteristic request standard using developed simulator. Presented method can be used to obtain a performance request standard connection performance request standard of high speed CATV transmission system in the future.

In this paper, we present the requirements specification to develop the small ring laser gyroscope(RLG) which is applicable to the medium-grade inertial navigation system(INS) widely used as a main navigation system. To this end, first we analyse the performance specifications of RLG which is needed to configure the medium-grade INS and then we present the design results of RLG to meet the performance specifications, based on the overseas technology survey and the theoretical analysis. It is also shown in this paper what technology is required to develop a small RLG.

전동기 전원 개폐를 주목적으로 하는 전자개폐기는 빈번하고 불규칙한 개폐동작에 의해 발생되는 Arc 에너지에 대해 전기적으로 내구성능을 확보하는 것이 중요하다. 또한, 전기적 내구 성능은 수명과 품질을 결정하는 요인으로서 선진업체에서는 내구성능을 향상시키려 연구개발 활동에 집중하고 있다. 이러한 전기적 내구 성능을 향상, 평가하기 위해서는 장기간에 걸친 시험 기간과 시험규격에서 요구하는 조건을 만족시키는 시험 회로와 설비구성이 필수적이다. 여기서는 전기적 내구 성능에 대한 이해와 시험규격을 통한 시험회로 설계 및 설비제작에 대해 설명하고 시험결과를 분석하고자 한다.

저소음, 저진동이 장점인 맥동관형 냉동기 및 이를 이용한 크라이오 펌프를 국산화하는 연구개발사업이 상당히 진전되어 첫 번째 시제품을 완성했다. 3개월 여에 걸쳐 냉동기 냉동능력, 진동 및 펌프 냉각시간을 포함해서 질소, 수소 또는 알고에 대한 펌프 배기속도, 배기용량, 최대유량, 교차값, 알곤회복시간 등 규격, 비규격을 통틀어 모든 평가항목을 망라하는 펌프 배기 성능시험을 완료했다. 성능평가결과에 나타난 시제품의 장단점을 분석하여 보완 및 개선점을 찾고 이를 완제품 제작에 반영하려고 한다. 내경 14인치인 크라이오 펌프 시제품의 질소 배기속도는 목표치를 30% 정도 상화하여 4,600 L/s가 나왔고 배기용량은 약 45만 $mbar{\cdot}L$에 달했으며 교차값은 2,200 $mbar{\cdot}L$로 측정되었다. $5{\times}10^{-8}$ mbar 기준 알곤 회복시간은 2분 정도로 5분 이내라는 기준을 만족했다. 한편 20 K까지 펌프 냉각시간이 135분이므로 15분 이상 단축이 필요한데 이는 열차폐 특히 배플의 열적설계를 개선함으로써해결하려고 한다. 그리고 수소에 대한 배기성능 개선을 위해 활성탄 어레이의 제작공정을 표준화할 필요가 있다.

본 연구에서는 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템을 개발하기 위하여 사용자 요구사항을 조사 및 분석하였고 분석 결과, 요구사항정의서와 시스템규격서를 도출하였다. 먼저, 위성영상 상황판 연계·표출시스템의 요구사항 조사를 위해 중앙재난안전상황실 근무자를 대상으로 설문(수요) 조사를 수행하였다. 상황실 실무자별 요구사항을 취합한 설문 결과와 연구 1차년에 수행했던 상황실 근무자 인터뷰 결과, RFP, 연구단 내부협의 결과를 검토하여 정보제공 측면 및 위성영상 활용 측면의 사용자 요구사항을 도출하였다. 도출 결과를 기반으로 시스템 요구사항을 정의한 결과, 시스템 기능은 54개의 기능과 9개의 비기능으로 분류되었다. 또한, 시스템 구성요소별 요구기능을 세부적으로 구분하여 요구사항정의서를 작성하였다. 시스템 요구기능 분류는 사용자기능/관리자기능/사용자서비스/사용자인터페이스/시스템기능/시스템서비스 등으로 상세 구분하였다. 마지막으로, 연구단 협의를 통해 요구사항정의서를 기반의 시스템규격서를 작성하였다. 시스템규격서는 일반규격, 각 시스템별 성능규격, 인터페이스규격, 기능규격으로 구분하여 세부 정의하였다. 본 연구내용은 지속적인 연구 개발을 통해 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 설계 자료로 활용될 계획이며, 향후 위성영상을 활용한 재난안전 상황관리 대비/대응 체계 마련에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper, we proposed the standard test specification for safety and function of hiking stick for the elderly. We have concluded nine factors representing specification of hiking stick through analysis of hiking patents and research papers, products survey of business market, case studies for damaged hiking stick and expert surveys. To test the factors, we designed three different kinds of apparatus to examine twist resistance, stick and tip durability and stick straightness. The sample of hiking sticks purchased from market based on Naver sales ranking top to fifteenth. As a result, we concluded six-standard test specification based on eccentric load, adjustable parts load, hand strap load, basket load, tip load and pull load of hiking stick.
