The purpose of this study IS to suggest the failure factors and the success factors of technology-based startups(TBS). This study surveyed 327 startup companys on the general obstacles of starting business and the entrepreneurship policy of the Government. The failure factors of TBS are 1) overconfidence of TBS in their technology, 2) lack of cost management, 3) lack of concentration on the sales revenue of their activies, 5) many unplanned challenges, and 5) lack of strategic decision. And the success factors of TBS are 1) CEO's leadership having a clear business concept, 2) development of innovative products and services, 3) flat and flexible organization structure, 4) leveraging outside business resources and networks, and 5) strengthening the human resources by the hybrid agent.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the longevity of failed prosthesis and the success rate of the prosthesis based on the data evaluated with the newly developed Korean Academy of Prosthodontics (KAP) criteria. Materials and methods: Evaluation was performed in the restored prosthesis for patients who visited the prosthodontics department of the 13 dental university hospitals and general hospitals. The status of the prosthesis was classified into four categories: Good, Fair, Bad, Worst. The success was recorded if only the category was classified in 'good'. The mean duration of failed prostheses and the success rate through Kaplan-Meier method were analyzed. Results: A total of 1,804 cases of prosthesis were evaluated: 810 cases of fixed dental prostheses (FDP), 519 cases of Removable Dental Prostheses (RDP), and 475 cases of implant prosthesis. The mean duration of failed FDP was $11.41{\pm}0.30years$ and the median was 10 years. The mean duration of failed RDP was $8.18{\pm}0.29years$ and the median was 7 years. The mean duration of failed implant prosthesis was $7.99{\pm}0.30years$ and the median was 7 years. The factors related to the failure were as follows: number of units, abutments, abutments treated with root canal, and plaque index in FDPs; treated and opposing dentition in RDPs; the number of implants, duration of use, and plaque index in implant prostheses. Conclusion: The average duration of failed prosthesis was 11.41 years for FDPs, 8.18 years for RDPs, and 7.99 years for implant prosthesis, according to the evaluation with newly developed KAP criteria.

PC 게임, 모바일 게임 시장에는 마블IP를 활용한 게임들이 꾸준히 출시되어왔다. 23편(엔드게임까지)의 마블 영화는 작품성이나 흥행성 등 다양한 측면에서 큰 성공을 거두었다. 하지만 마블IP를 활용한다고 게임이 반드시 성공하는 것은 아니었다. 출시된 마블 게임들을 보았을 때 성공한 게임과 실패한 게임 사례로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 마블 IP를 기반으로 제작한 게임들의 특징을 살펴보고 성공 요소와 실패 요소의 대해 분석한 내용을 제시하여 게임을 개발할 때 고려할 요소로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 지속적인 증가 및 확대 추세에 있으나 여전히 많은 실패를 겪고 있는 SDO(Software Development Outsourcing) 프로젝트의 성과 향상을 위해 SDO 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구가설의 검증을 위해 SDO 경험이 있는 고객사의 정보시스템 인력을 대상으로 현장 설문조사를 실시하여 214개의 설문을 수집, 분석에 이용하였다. 분석 결과, SDO의 성과에는 벤더의 힘과 고객사 요구사항의 불변성, 목표의 명확성 그리고 목표의 일치 정도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 SDO의 실패를 낮추고 성공 가능성을 높이는 데 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Background : Extubation failure and reintubation increase the morbidity and the mortality rate. Several extubation criteria and risk factors for extubation failure have been recommended. However, some patients present with extubation failure even after a planned extubation. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical characteristics of patients with extubation failure after a planned extubation. Methods : Thirty one patients who presented with planned extubation were included. Extubation failure was defined as reintubation within 48 hours after extubation. The clinical, respiratory and hemodynamic parameters between extubation success and failure group were compared. Results : Six patients were included in the failure group. The extubation failure rate was 19.4%. The age, periods of intubation and heart rates were significantly different between the extubation success and failure group. In the success and failure group, the mean age were $60.4{\pm}15.65$ vs. $80.3{\pm}7.17$ year, the intubation periods were $7.12{\pm}2.47$ vs. $13.83{\pm}2.4$ day and the heart rates were $94.32{\pm}5.77$ vs. $110.67{\pm}3.78/min$, respectively. Conclusion : Old age and patients intubated for periods will require a will careful assessment before extubation. Extensive cardiac evaluations before extubation will also be needed.

This Study explores the reason why the social media like Cyworld, Iloveschool in Korea in the viewpoint if the layered model by interview. As a result the success factor in the viewpoint of layered model, user used social media for fulfilling the need for linking with other users and the social media offers the customized contents to user. Finally the social media dominated the market in advance. Facebook and Kakao talk are good examples of successful media. The failure factors are to care less about what other users want, to limit the expand of platform and not to copy with the change of the media environment. Iloveschool, Cyworld and Twitter are the examples of failure social media in Korean society. This study highlights the importance of the sensitivity of the change of environment. The expert mentioned the importance of 4th industrial revolution technology like AI, Big data and expected that new technology will emerge and the service will be developed by the change of user's taste.

This study approached the factors affecting companies's sustainable growth by overcoming the valley of death after starting a business from the perspective of technology, market, location, cluster, and INC model, and conducted a case study on success and failure companies in Daedeok Cluster to explore the adequacy and suitability of the main factors of previous studies. The results of this study suggest that location accessibility-based collaboration between innovators is important for the growth of companies in the cluster, and balanced growth such as innovative ideas, market needs, and capability to meet needs is necessary for companies' products and services to create innovative value in the market. This study is worth in that it presents factors for sustainable corporate growth through the analyses of success and failure cases for companies in the Daedeok Cluster. In addition, the research is successful in that it proposed a policy support plan based on collaboration among companies to foster companies in the cluster.

오늘날 기업 경영 환경은 더욱 복잡해지고, 국가간.지역간 통합 경제 체제 형태로 변화하고 있다. 정보 기술과 텔리커뮤니케이션의 결합에 따른 급속한 발전은 국가간.지역간 경계를 넘어 다국적 기업, 더 나아가서는 범세계적 기 업으로 글로벌(global) 기업을 출현시켰다. 경영 환경의 빠른 변화의 추세 속 에서 경쟁 우위를 지키기 위해서는 이러한 변화를 적절히 수용하고 적응할 수 있는 조직이 필요하였다. 기존의 MIS 관점으로는 환경 변화에 적응 할 수 있는 혁신적인 조직으로 변화시키는 데는 한계가 있었고, 이에 따라 BPR 이 대두되었다. BPR실행에 있어 성공뿐만 아니라 많은 실패도 겪었다. BPR 실행에는 많은 자금과 인력, 시간이 투자되기 때문에 실패의 손실은 기업에 게 큰 타격을 가져다 줄 수 있다. 대부분의 BPR의 실패 원인은 사회적 측면 을 고려하지 못한 데 있다. 정보 기술을 이용하여 프로세스를 급진적으로 재 설계 하였지만, 운영 주체인 구성원의 저항감이나 조직의 문화에 대한 고려 를 하지 못하였다. 그러므로 BPR을 수행함에 있어 사회적 측면과 기술적 측 면을 동시에 고려하여 적용한다면 오류나 실패 요인을 감소시킬 수 있다. 따 라서 요즈음 새로이 부상하고 있는 사회.기술적 시스템 접근법은 성공적인 BPR 실행을 위한 대안이 될 수 있다.
