The purpose of this research is to take a look at the factors that influence the successful aging as the aging population grows. For this purpose, psychological and social concepts were defined for successful aging of the elderly with disability. It was also verified that the effects of emotional & social preparation for aging on successful aging and mediating effects of social support. The subjects of this study are 3,910 who are over the age of 65. They were originally extracted from the 4th main survey and 3rd, 4th additional survey of Korean Retirement and Income Study. For data analysis purposes, SPSS 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro v2.16 were used. The results of this study are as followed. Firstly, emotional & social preparation for aging turned out to have a significant direct influence on successful aging. Secondly, emotional & social preparation for aging has a indirect effect on successful aging through social support. On the basis of the results, this study provided the social welfare policy and practical suggestions to enhance the preparation for aging and social support.

연구목적은 고령화의 사회에서 노인들이 지속적인 일을 통해 사회구성원으로 참여하도록하는 노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 노인일자리 사업에 의 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 KJ지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 중 노인일자리 사업에 참여중인 노인 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하려고 한다. 이 논문의 주요연구내용은 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 2023년 11월부터 설문조사를 진행하여 결과를 spss 27.0을 활용하여 분석하려고 한다. 연구결과는 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치고 생활만족도는 매개효과가 있을 것으로 본다.

The purpose of this study was to identify predictive factors of successful aging and to determine mediating effect of transcendence between successful aging and influencing factors of community-dwelling elders in Korea. 162 elders were participated in this study who visited seniors welfare center and senior citizen center. Data were analyzed by PASW 18.0 for t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis. Transcendence, parent-child relationship, depression, spirituality and perceived economic status were statistically significant influencing factors, explained 77% of successful aging in community-dwelling elderly. The mediating role of transcendence was identified about parent-child relationship, depression, spirituality and perceived economic condition. The study findings demonstrated that transcendence was significant variable affecting successful aging. The variables affecting successful aging such as transcendence, parent-child relationship, depression, spirituality, perceived economic status can be utilized for nursing strategies to successful aging in community-dwelling elders.

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of the middle aged's perception of successful aging on their preparations for the old age. We used data from 350 participants, aged 35-64 in Seoul-Gyonggi region. The hierachial regression analysis estimated the relation between the middle aged's perception on successful aging and their preparations for the old age. The findings indicate that the middle aged's level of preparations for the old age was slightly higher than average. The level of their emotional preparation appeared highest and the level of economical preparation showed lowest. The perception of successful aging indicated relatively high, and especially the level of comfortable everyday life showed highest. The results also showed that personal characteristics influencing on preparations for the old age were sex, age, marriage status, religion, occupation, monthly income, health condition, level of plan for the old age, and social activities frequency, and demonstrated that the perception of successful aging effected on preparations for the old age positively.

This study was done to examine the affecting factors of successful aging to provide basic information for developing intervention program for the rural elderly. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive design was used. Data was collected through questionnaire from 208 people with age over 65 residing in an rural community. They were recruited by convenience sampling. Collected data were analyzed by independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression through SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: Explanatory factors affecting the rural elderly's successful aging were social support, depression, cognitive function, productive activity and Activities of daily living, respectively, and these five factors accounted for 42.1% of the variance in successful aging. Conclusion: The rural elderly's successful aging requires establishment of social support system such as health medical service supply and social activities by being connected with social communities, and for this, this study suggests that there be a necessity of developing customized nursing intervention program.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among psychosocial stress, memory, and successful aging of the community-residing elderly. Methods: 152 people over 65 years old living in D area were interviewed, from August 1st, 2020 to October 30th, 2020. The outcomes were measured by Psychosocial Well-being Index (PWI), Mini-Memory Test (MiMeT) and successful aging. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Results: There was a positive correlation between successful aging and memory. There was a negative correlation between psychosocial stress and successful aging, and between psychosocial stress and memory. Psychosocial stress was identified as a predictor of successful aging, which explained 26.4% of total variance of successful aging. Conclusions: When we prepare intervention programs which improve successful aging for community-residing older adults, we need to consider psychosocial stress. In addition, stress management programs for successful aging should be developed to improve current successful aging.

This study aimed at investigating the effects of sub-variables of elderly people's lifestyle health and leisure oriented pursuits, outdoor and challenge pursuits, security and material pursuits, family oriented pursuits, and peer oriented pursuits on what they perceive to be successful later years. The background of this study was that there has been few study on the older population in Korea with focus on their cultural and traditional norms. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of elderly people's lifestyle on what they perceive to be successful later years, thereby identifying practical implications for better social welfare associated with successful later years. Analysis was carried out of self reported questionnaires and self-interviews with elderly people aged over 65 frequenting a welfare center for elders and a community center in a city in Korea. In order to examine the effects, a reliability test, a descriptive analysis, a correlation analysis, and a multi-regression analysis were performed. The results of the analysis for sub-variables of lifestyle showed that health and leisure oriented pursuits, outdoor and challenge pursuits, security and material pursuits, family oriented pursuits, and peer oriented pursuits had significant positive impact on successful later years. The two most influential were peer oriented and family oriented pursuits. Drawing on the results, this study suggests that what is needed for dejected and lonely elderly members in the society is to provide them with opportunities for developing and keeping good relationships with friends and family members and there is a need for a system where old people, as consumers of cultural capital, can have easy access to a variety of cultural resources and activities at a local and regional level.

제안요청서(RFP)는 발주기관이 프로젝트를 담당할 업체를 최종적으로 선정하기 위해 자사프로젝트에 관한 요구사항을 체계적으로 정리한 문서로 성공적인 프로젝트 수행의 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 2008년부터 2013년까지 국방 프로젝트 RFP를 대상으로 첫째, 프로젝트 국제 표준규격인 ISO21500 지식 및 관리 프로세스 영역을 적용하여 현황을 분석하였고 둘째, 전체평균 및 사업분류별 지식영역을 비교분석하였고, 셋째, 사업분류별, 발주기관별, 비용별 평균의 추이를 분석하였다. 연구결과로 통합, 품질 영역이 다른 영역에 비해 RFP에 상세히 기술되었으며, 사업분류는 SW개발사업일수록, 발주기관은 사업관리 전문기관일수록, 비용은 높을수록 성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위한 요소가 RFP에 반영된 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 국방 프로젝트의 RFP 작성 시 명확성을 제고하여 성공적인 프로젝트 수행에 도움이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study were to identify factors of successful aging and to suggest a successful aging model of elderly using Rowe & Kahn's model of successful aging. The components of the factors consisted of healthful status, physical·cognitive functions, psychosocial characteristics and productive activities. Data were collected from 2,958 elderly who has spouse and aged 65 above in KOSA Panel. Data were analyzed by Amos program 7.0 version. The statistical techniques were used descriptive statistics χ² and covariance structural analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows; Healthful status were positively related to increasing effort on physical·cognitive functions as well as psychosocial characteristics. Physical·cognitive functions were positively and directly related to psychosocial characteristics and productive activities. Psychosocial characteristics were positively and directly related to productive activities. Physical·cognitive functions and psychosocial characteristics were increased by receiving a direct and positive effort from healthful status. Productive activities were increased by receiving a direct and positive effort from physical·cognitive functions and psychosocial characteristics. Specific and realistic measures should be prepared for successful aging not only for present elderly but also for the future elderly people. Further research should be continued and encouraged to improve the implications for the successful aging especially in korea.
