Case Study on e-Procurement in MRO e-Marketplace: entob.com (MRO e마켓을 통한 전자조달 사례 연구)

  • In this paper, we report case analysis on entob.com which is one of the leading domestic players in MRO e-marketplace. Critical success factors of achieving early liquidity and right ownerships are addressed for successful e-marketplace launching. Change management issues, required to encourage suppliers participation and to overcome adoption barriers from buyer firms, are suggested and illustrated for the successful implementation of the MRO e-marketplace. The business model architectures enabling to create e-intermediary value to both the suppliers and buyers are detailed. Finally, benefits of buyer firms captured through e-procurement business process streamlining and material cost savings are reported as the successful application stories. The findings suggest practical managerial insights for MRO e-marketplace implementation and further research.

  • 하이퍼큐브의 성능을 좌우하는 중요한 요소 중 하나가 프로세서간의 통신이다. 그리고 병렬 컴퓨터에서 프로세서의 수가 증가함에 따라, 구성요소들이 오류가 날 확률도 높아졌다. 이러한 이유로, 오류 난 구성요소들이 있어도 다중 전송이 가능하게 효율적으로 설계하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 제안된 완전 도달성 정보와 새로 추가한 국지적 정보를 이용해서 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안하고, 이것을 바탕으로 다중 전송 성공률이 높은 새로운 다중 전송 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 기법은 기존의 기법 보다 통신량의 차이는 거의 없으면서, 다중 전송 성공률이 목적지 노드 수에 따라 5~15% 가량 향상시킬 수 있었다.

  • This paper aims to analysis on evaluation factor for success of port innovative cluster. This paper is divided three factors such ac policy, source and operation In addition, three factors are divided into the twelve detail factors. From a total of 30 survey cases, 50 percent randomly selected as the training group and the other 50 percent as the validation group. cases in the training group were used in the development of the Kohonen Network The validation group was used to test the performance of this model. The major findings may be summarized as follows; The prediction accuracy rate is $73.33\%$ The weight of real root and detail factors is calculated by Kohonen Network At the result, success prediction group of port innovative cluster, this paper places the priority on the source factor.

  • The importance of project performance management as an alternative for solving problems is rising, which are followed by the hardships of managing construction project in the construction industry. This research classifies and applies the improvements made by the operator's work, in order to apply factors of success on the construction project, as performance management factors. In addition, in order to predict the results reflecting the project characteristic of performance management factor un-improvable by the operator in the initial stage of construction, the effect of project characteristic to the performance was drawn by performance difficulty. Also, in order to improve the predicted performance, researches on setting valid best practices according to the performance territory through a correlation analysis between the best practices improvable through the operator's work, and the performance was made.

  • 제안요청서(RFP)는 발주기관이 프로젝트를 담당할 업체를 최종적으로 선정하기 위해 자사프로젝트에 관한 요구사항을 체계적으로 정리한 문서로 성공적인 프로젝트 수행의 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 2008년부터 2013년까지 국방 프로젝트 RFP를 대상으로 첫째, 프로젝트 국제 표준규격인 ISO21500 지식 및 관리 프로세스 영역을 적용하여 현황을 분석하였고 둘째, 전체평균 및 사업분류별 지식영역을 비교분석하였고, 셋째, 사업분류별, 발주기관별, 비용별 평균의 추이를 분석하였다. 연구결과로 통합, 품질 영역이 다른 영역에 비해 RFP에 상세히 기술되었으며, 사업분류는 SW개발사업일수록, 발주기관은 사업관리 전문기관일수록, 비용은 높을수록 성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위한 요소가 RFP에 반영된 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 국방 프로젝트의 RFP 작성 시 명확성을 제고하여 성공적인 프로젝트 수행에 도움이 되고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 가상현실 슈팅 게임의 재미요소를 평가한다. 가상현실은 4차 산업과 연관하여 최근 가장 각광 받고 있는 분야 중 하나이다. 가상현실 게임을 즐기기 위한 기술의 발달은 가장 산업화가 활성화 되어 있는 게임분야에서 활발하다. 장르 또는 기능성 등에 관계없이 성공적으로 게임을 개발하는 것은 모든 게임 개발자들의 목표이다. 이를 위하여 기존의 게임 재미 요소 평가도구를 활용하여 가상현실 게임의 재미요소를 설문을 통하여 평가하고 이를 바탕으로 향후 보다 성공적인 가상현실 게임의 개발 방향을 설정하는데 도움이 되도록 한다.

  • When the drivers try to read an information on road signs, they can reach their destinations successfully. In this situation, human factors, road signs and geometric condition regarded as the most important factors for a safe driving should be a well-balanced relationship mutually. This research aims to prove the factors obstructing a safe driving, while drivers try to read an information on road signs for the next destination. For this sake, driving simulator was used and human factors, road signs etc. were considered in this experiment. The statistical analysis indicated what factors disturb a safe driving. The probability function using a Logistic Model was presented in this study. This result and experience will be used as a basic data in designing better road signs.

  • The Electronic Commerce with development was advanced information technique in transaction from at the election, and now it is sharply evolving into Mobile Commerce capable of Electronic commerce while the user moves. Mobile Commerce has some feature in Electronic Commerce, but has the different feature. analyzed the feature of Mobile Commerce were carried out, but those were processed according to its location and field only and special of view. This study sought the new characteristic which is different from the existing Electronic Commerce, and took account of the successful factor for Mobile Commerce which includes the position in a user, a developer and an operator. In addition, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used in order to evaluate the extract factor applied to each related to through more objective methods. The analysis results identified in this study such as the quality trust and the accessibility to understanding for an content duality might be the one of the chief elements of success in Mobile Commerce which applies at the present.

  • The importance of platform businesses in the global market is growing, but in Korea, platform businesses with a global competitive edge are rare. This study compared the competitiveness of the local and international platform businesses by analyzing the six success factors of platform businesses. It surveyed 104 professionals in ICT regarding the competitiveness of SNS services (Kakao Talk, Facebook), mobile payment systems (Samsung Pay, Apply Pay), digital content (Naver, YouTube), online shopping (G Market, Amazon) and education (K-MOOC, MOOC). In sum, the local platform business sector, compared to its U.S. counterpart, is lagging behind in creativity, value creation, cost reduction, networking effects and the ability to build, change and develop new ecosystems.
