The purpose of this study was to examine the cultural characteristics of Korean interpersonal relationships. A total of 45 preliminary items were selected through book and literature review about the characteristics of the Korean or Korean society in study 1. The first survey data were collected from the Korean university students. Through the item analysis and Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA), 4 factors composed of 32 items were extracted. Four factors were found: 'friendly attitude, harmony, jeong(interpersonal affection), keeping relationship', and using content analysis, 20 items were refined. Study 2 was conducted with the data collected from the Korea adults. As the result of carrying out EFA and Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA), the final 17 items were fixed as an affective relationships scale of the Korean. And CFA were implemented to evaluate discriminative validity. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

Purpose: This study was to develop the Preventive Self-Management Knowledge related to Premature Labor (PSMK-PL) scale for women of childbearing age. Methods: Preliminary items were developed based on the literature and interview results of those who experienced premature labor. The online survey was conducted and the data of 250 women were analyzed using the DIMTEST and DETECT programs by applying the item response theory. Internal consistency reliability was analyzed with Cronbach's alpha (95% CI). Results: Among the 30 preliminary items, six items were deleted. The difficulty and discrimination of the 24 final three-dimensional scales were all acceptable, respectively. Cronbach's alpha (95% CI) was .89 (.87~.91). Conclusion: The PSMK-PL scale generally consisted of items with validity, and the reliability was acceptable.

리더의 리더십이 팀 또는 조직의 효과성에 기여하기 위해서는 리더의 영향력을 구성원들이 수용하고 목표달성을 위해 노력하도록 구성원들을 동기부여시켜야 한다. 그런데, 리더의 영향력을 수용하고 추종하는데 구성원들간에 공유되어 있는 리더에 대한 표상에 리더가 일치하여야 한다. 이상적 리더에 대한 공유된 표상에는 그 사회문화에서 지배적인 가치규범이 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 가치의 역할이 중요하다는 인식에 착안하여 한국인의 사고와 행동방식에 지대한 영향을 미쳐온 전통적인 유교적 가치에서 가정하고 있는 이상적인 인간상으로서의 군자를 현대 경영조직상황하에서 리더십의 관점에서 살펴볼 것을 제안한다. 이를 위해 사서(四書)-논어, 맹자, 중용, 대학에서 제시된 군자의 성격 또는 행동적 특징들을 내용분석하여 리더십 구조를 정의내리고 이를 측정할 수 있는 설문문장을 개발하였다. 그 결과, 군자리더십은 자기계발(思學), 인간존중(忠恕), 예절중시(禮), 공정함(義), 사람 관리의 5개 요인구조를 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. 추후 연구에서는 개발된 설문문항의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하고, 본 연구에서 개발한 군자리더십이 실제 경영조직에서 경영자의 리더십효과성을 잘 설명해주는 변별력 있는 개념인지 검증하는 노력이 필요하다. 이는 서양의 보편적으로 효과적인 리더십 유형, 예를 들면, 변혁적 리더십 유형과 같은 경쟁모형의 도입을 통해 보다 더욱 생동감 있는 측정이 가능할 것이다. 아울러 유교적 가치와 현대적 가치로 대변되는 합리성에 기반한 서구의 가치가 군자리더십과 어떤 관계를 가지고 있는 지 살펴 볼 필요가 있다.

웰니스 휴먼케어 서비스의 제공은 최근 2010년 이후에 시작되었으며, 이에 대한 효과평가 혹은 서비스 질 평가는 거의 이뤄지지 않고 있다. 활동량계, 심전도계, 식습관 모니터링 앱 등과 같은 신체적 웰니스 측정 장치와 바이브라 이미지, 맥파/호흡 측정기, 코티졸 측정기 등과 같은 정신적 웰니스 측정 장치들이 개발되고 출시되고 있으나, 웰니스 휴먼케어 제품과 서비스 만족도 측정도구가 없어서 개발 제품과 서비스 만족도를 타당성 있게 측정할 수 있는 도구개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실증 대상자 면담과 설문 문항에 대한 관련 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 통해 웰니스 휴먼케어 제품과 서비스 만족도 설문 문항을 개발하였으며, 이를 실증사업 참여자 대상으로 시행한 조사 결과 분석을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale for measuring obsessive compulsive and to verify structural validity from students participating in physical education class. The procedure for this purpose was firstly conducted through an open questionnaire, followed by item search and appropriateness assessment, then analyzing the reliability of the final version based on the preliminary criterion and checking the construct validity. After analyzing the factors of the criticism, We collected the data and analyzed the items and the factors from 387 respondents. The subjects were social obsession (4 items), psychological obsession (3 items) and physical obsession (3 items) The final determinant of the 10 factors was completed. We conducted A multivariate analysis on the determinants of gender and class satisfaction to confirm the external relationship review. The reliability of the scale developed in this study showed not only a high level of confidence from .856 to .907, but also reasonized and proved to be an obsessional scale for physical education for the promotion of life care. These measures can be used as a data for measuring physical education compulsion in class.

The purpose of this study is to develop the science item on computer-based performance assessment which is able to replace the assessment with actual experimental apparatus. The survey on the necessities and the difficulties of the assessment with actual experimental apparatus was conducted with 57 physics teachers. By reflecting the results of the survey, the computer-based assessment items which are related with constructing circuits with an ammeter and a voltmeter were developed. The developed computer-based assessment items were organized in similarity to assessment conducted with actual experimental apparatus, proper feedback was provided by students' performance in the process of assessment so as to grading performance results automatically. To achieve them, the algorithm was developed so that computer can judge the accuracy of students' performance results.

The purpose of this study was to develop an empirically-based inventory of organizational innovativeness of social welfare organizations. Review of literature on innovation research and panel study resulted thirty-seven(37) pre-items for measuring organizational innovativeness. An exploratory factor analysis of the pre-items drawn from the first survey data of 178 social workers revealed seven(7)-factor structure of 31 items. The factors included leadership innovation, team work innovation, task innovation, program development innovation, program technology innovation, idea innovation. A confirmatory factor analysis using data from the second survey of 409 social workers also indicated relevance of seven(7) factor structure of the inventory. Further these seven factors showed positive and significant correlations with measures for innovation culture indicating the inventory had the criterion-related validity. Although additional work remains in methodological issues, the results presented in this paper have shown that this inventory of organizational innovativeness can be an useful tool for assessing innovativeness of social welfare organizations.

The purpose of the study is to develop a scale for measuring learning outcomes in the distance teacher training programs. In order to develop the measurement instrument, the forty-four items were developed based on the literature review and ten experts' review. For data collection, a web-based survey was conducted among teachers taking a distance teacher training program at National Education Training Institute. With the data of 205 sample size from the first survey, the Exploratory Factor Analysis was conducted and seven factors were identified. In order to validate the test, the Confirmatory Factor Analysis was performed with 293 respondents from the second survey. In conclusion, this study reports the reliability and validity of a scale for learning outcomes in distance teacher training programs consisting of seven factors with 34 items; 1) system quality, 2) content quality, 3) service quality, 4) use, 5) benefit, 6) satisfaction, 7) transfer.

This study aims to develop a highly-reliable inventory for measuring and analyzing the positive psychological experience in math learning. A measurement result provides meaningful information on the strength of students. Elements of positive psychological experience in math learning were extracted by the extensive research on the literature. The result was verified through the open survey. Through this process, the first preliminary questionnaire of 106 items was released, and was revised into the second one of 66 items through a continuous investigation on reliability and validity. Finally, a measurement inventory with 65 questions for testing 'positive psychological experience in math learning' was established.

When teachers make up assessment questions regarding the content area that contains shapes and graphs, they should present the pictures so that their role might be represented properly. We exhibited the process of constructing shapes and graphs utilizing GeoGebra, and simultaneously analyzed the process of developing and revising questions using this and awareness changes in teachers who participate in the teacher's training focused on improving professionalism for making up questions such as CSAT(College Scholastic Ability Test). Through the survey they mentioned that making questions utilizing algebraic construction overcame the limitations of making up questions and played an instrumental role in developing creative questions. Based on the results, We suggested effectiveness of making up questions utilizing algebraic construction. Our intention was to improve the skills of teachers for making up questions such as CSAT and to suggest implications about it.
