  • 본 논문에서는 KBC(Korean Building Code)와 IBC(International Building Code)의 풍하중 기준의 비교 분석을 통하여, BIM 프로세스 기반의 구조해석 및 설계 프로그램에서 풍하중 산정 시 국내 건축구조설계기준(KBC)을 적용하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현재 BIM 기반 구조해석 및 설계 프로그램 중에는 한국구조설계기준(KBC)에 부합하는 풍하중 산정이 가능한 프로그램이 존재하지 않는다. 구조설계 기준에서 특히 풍하중 산정 방법은 기준 및 지역에 따른 산정 방법에 차이가 있기 때문에, 구조설계의 안전성을 높이고 한국 실정에 맞는 건축물의 설계를 위해서 KBC 기준의 적용이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 IBC와 KBC 내의 풍하중 산정 방법의 차이점을 비교 분석하고, 실제 사례연구를 통하여 풍하중 산정의 차이를 확인한다. KBC 기준 풍하중 산정 결과를 구조해석 및 설계 프로그램에 적용하기 위한 방법으로써 외부 프로그램을 활용하며 외부 프로그램에서 산정한 풍하중을 다시 구조해석 및 설계 프로그램 상에 입력하여 구조해석을 수행함으로써 KBC 기준 풍하중의 적용을 통한 한국형 BIM 구조해석 및 설계의 방안을 제시한다.

  • we classified major changes into changes based on design deficiency, changes based on the different conditions between job site and contract documents, and changes based on the Owner's need. Then we compare and analyzed applicable regulations for supervision and work performance status at the site, and elicit problems of supervision performance based on mutual contradiction in regulations, bringing up a similar example. Based on the above, we brought up a way of improvement for the elicited problem, comparing and analyzing the laws/contract provisions/instructions related with the changes and the work performance at the jobsite, and verified through interviews with professionals of various fields for the improvement. Finally this study could elicit a way of improvement in the supervision work in conjunction with changes in civil works.

  • 본고에서는 보다 유연한 이더넷 모듈의 설계를 지원할 수 있는 software defined silicon 프로세서 기반의 이더넷 모듈 설계에 대하여 알아본다. 특히 기존 MCU에 내장된 이더넷 모듈이나 FPGA기반의 하드웨어적인 모듈과의 비교를 통하여 장단점을 분석한다. 마지막으로 이것의 다양한 응용분야를 제시한다.

  • In this paper, a current comparative frequency automatic tuning circuit for the CMOS gm-C bandpass filters are designed with the new architecture. And also, when the designed circuit is compared to the typical tuning circuit, the designed circuit has very simple architecture that is composed of the current comparator and charge pump and operating in 3V power supply. The proposed tuning circuit automatically compensates the difference between the operating current of the transconductor and the specified reference Current. Using CMOS 0.8um parameter a biquad gm-C bandpass filter with center frequency($f_\circ$=60MHz) is designed, and according to the transistor size the variation of the center frequency is simulated. As the HSPICE simulation results, the tuning operation of the proposed current comparative frequency automatic tuning circuit is verified.

  • 성형폭약의 설계변수인 폭약 종류, 폭약 량, 라이너 각도, 라이너 두께, 라이너 재질들을 다원배치법으로 분석하였다. 교호작용이 있는 설계변수는 강건 설계를 통하여 기여비를 산정하여 정량적으로 평가하였다. 연구결과 폭약종류와 라이너 각도는 비교적 독립적인 설계변수였고 약량과 라이너 재질, 라이너 두께는 교호작용이 있었다. 강건설계에 의해 산정된 설계변수의 기여비는 약량이 73.3%, 라이너의 재질이 19.4%, 라이너의 두께가 7.3%이다.

  • As information systems to be computerized get significantly scaled up, data modeling issues apparently considered to be crucial once again as the early 1980's under the terms of data governance, data architecture or data quality. Unfortuately, merely resorting to heuristics-based field approaches with more or less no firm theoretical foundation of knowledge with regard to criteria of data design lead quite often to major failures in efficacy of data modeling. In this paper, we have compared normalization-critical data modeling approach, well-known as the Non-Stop Data Modeling methodology in the literature, to the Information Engineering in which in many occasions the notion of do-normalization is supported and even recommended as a mandatory part in its modeling nature. Quantitative analyses have revealed that NS methodology ostensibly outperforms IE methodology in terms of efficiency indices like adequacy of entity judgement, degree of existence of data circulation path that confirms the balancedness of data design and ratio of unnecessary data attribute replication.

  • The design of the stud shear connector of a bridge structure is mostly controlled by the fatigue resistance not by the strength, if it is followed by AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specification. This fatigue design code in AASHTO LRFD is based on the research work done by Slutter and Fisher in 1966. These tests seemingly underestimated the fatigue resistance of connectors because of the inherent eccentricity of the one-face test setup which results additional tension forces to the stud. In addition, the stress ranges were not plotted in the log scale, because it was not known at that time that the fatigue resistance of the welded steel structures has a linear relationship of log scales of stress range and number of loading cycles. This study evaluates the test data produced by the Slutter and Fischer, and plot the data on the proper manner. The fatigue push-out test data produced recently by many other researches all around the world are gathered and analyzed, furthermore a design curve is recommended.

Time Distribution Characteristics of an Annual Maximum Rainfall According to Rainfall Durations using Huff's Method (Huff의 4분위법을 이용한 지속기간별 연 최대치 강우의 시간분포 특성연구)

  • In the construction of hydraulic structures deciding a design flood is one of the most important works. It should be especially noted that the time distribution of the design rainfall method makes a significant effect on the results of the design flood. Thus, choosing an appropriate time distribution method for the design rainfall is a very important process. In recent years, Huff's method is usually used in Korea. This method presents dimensionless rainfall-time cumulative curves, which are made through the analyses of storm data. In this study, the annual maximum rainfall data, from 1961 to 2004 were analyzed to make the dimensionless rainfall-time cumulative curves and hyetographs in Seoul. The results were compared with the "Regional Time Distribution of the Design Rainfall", (KICT, 1989 and MCT, 2000). As a result, the dimensionless rainfall-time cumulative curves are smoother than Huff's results when the duration of an annual maximum rainfall is short. In addition, the curves are similar with the Huff's results as the duration is longer.

A Robust Controller Design for the Position Control of a Spring-Mass System (탄성-질량시스템의 위치제어를 위한 강건 제어기 설계)

  • In this paper, we design a controller using the $\mu$-synthesis method and apply it for the spring-mass system with noncollocated sensors and actuators. We assume that the values of the spring stiffness and load mass of the plant are uncertain. The plant is modeled with parametric uncertainty by using the state space equation, especially the descriptor form. The $H_\infty$ controller designed by the $\mu$-synthesis method is compared with the standard $H_\infty$ controller To compare performances of two $H_\infty$ controllers, it is assumed that both controllers were designed with same weighting functions except that the $\mu$-synthesis controller has structured uncertainties. By compared with the standard $H_\infty$ controller, we show that the designed controller has satisfactory robust performance as well as robust stability by simulations and experiments.

  • 기후변화에 따른 다양한 형태의 자연재해로 인하여 기존 설계기준을 능가하는 홍수가 발생하고, 막대한 국가적 손실이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 기후변화의 영향에 대비하기 위하여 IPCC(Intergovermental Panel on Climate Change) 5차 평가보고서 ($5^{th}$ Assessment Report, AR5)를 근간으로 국내 외에서 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 낙동강 유역을 대상으로 기후변화 시나리오 기반의 미래 강우자료를 이용하여 홍수 유출량을 산정하고, 이를 기존의 설계홍수량과 비교 분석하였다. 기상청은 IPCC 5차 평가보고서에 따른 국가표준 기후변화 시나리오를 산출하여 제공하고 있으며, RCP (Representative Concentration Pathways) 시나리오 중 온실가스 저감 정책이 실현되지 않는 RCP 8.5 시나리오를 이용하여 연구를 수행하였다. 낙동강 유역에서 설계홍수량 산정에 사용한 연최대 강우자료와 기후변화 RCP 8.5 시나리오에서 생산되는 강우자료를 이용하여 확률강우량을 추정하였고, 강우-유출 모형을 이용하여 홍수량을 산정하여 비교 분석하였다. 현재의 설계기준과 시나리오 기반의 미래 홍수 유출량의 비교 분석 결과는 기후변화 위험에 능동적으로 대응하고 보다 안정적인 수공구조물 설계를 위하여 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
