This study is to identify that the efforts of business ethics build customer loyalty, and it makes customers lead to purchase behavior in the viewpoint of grasping convergence effect. The survey has proved that ethical management influences consumers' purchase behaviors, and consumers' image perception and trust on corporate play parameter role in that process. This results imply that corporate's ethical management gives increase in revenue and reputation to corporate. So managers must recognize business goes on when the social legitimacy is approved by the public, and make efforts to arrange systems and programs to foster ethical management. In the future study, it is required that an analysis to differentiate target range and level of implementation of ethical management and research associated with ethical issue of high public interest.

Defect dispute has been increasing to claim by condominium, in increasing to demand and concern in value, quality, and management of apartment building since 2000s. In this study, for checking property of cost in crack issue with precedure of lawsuit on defect, it is analyzing details about repairing cost of concrete crack defect that formed 77 percent of repairing cost. Futhermore, it is studying of composition of repairing cost and difference of repairing cost by repairing method. This is checking details that cost growth has a difference whether court accept a acceptable range of crack width, and repairing method and reinforcement work has to choose between a surface treatment method, a filling method and a injecting method. Meanwhile, it is considerable that disparity of repairing cost whether is a method of painting work.

Although the rights of data subjects are defined through laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act, the consent process for collecting personal information by financial institutions is only formal and does not guarantee the right of self-determination of personal information. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the problem by information provision items of the current model, and to improve by changing the structure such as replacing the current method provided with the text with pictures and videos, and mandatory to provide the information subjects with personal information flow related images from the signing up stage. The improvement model is presented as a way to add a procedure to the current model. The effect was verified through a survey. It is hoped that the proposed model is actually reflected through the review to create an environment that can be a true meaning agreement that reflects the information subject's right to self-determination.

This study on the exposed the viewers diversity as a basic cable television service. Diversity is the most basic goal of broadcasting policy has important implications. But still, such as cable and pay-media research on the viewing diversity has made a limited basis. SO much to offer for the cable offers viewers receive the number of channels available to compare the diversity of the field was verified. Price rises of analysis for the cable the more the number of channels offered to supply the channel has increased the diversity of the field. SO granted in accordance with the results of a market strategy, but for a variety of channels to be provided by a policy perspective, the price depending on the choice of a variety of audiences can be quite limited means. That is a wide range of viewers watching the channel had a right to be limited. These phenomena to improve the pay television service and the need to manage the Product channel diversity index was raised.

Cultivated tomato, Lycopersicum esculentum, is a very important crop. We selected 36 cultivars and studied them for identification and polymorphism by employing random amplified DNA (RAPD) analysis with 80 oligonucleotide primers. Of the 80 primers, 36 primers (45.0%) were polymorphic. Detection of polymorphism in cultivated tomato opens up the possibility of development of its molecular map by judicious selection of genotypes. Molecular markers can also be used for cultivar identification and protection of the plant breeder's intellectual property rights (plant breeders' rights, PBRs). As an example, DNA polymorphism using OPC-13 primer that did not produce the OPC-13-01 band was only found in Junk Pink and Ailsa Craighp cultivars. OPA-12-03 and OPB-15-07 were fragments specific to the TK-70 cultivar and were absent in other cultivars. DNA polymorphism in cultivated tomato in this study was correlated with a type of inflorescence, although some cultivars had exceptions. These approaches will be useful for developing marker-assisted selection tools for genetic enhancement of the tomato plant for desirable traits.

The purpose of this article is to explore the strength of user's right in service delivery process, and focuses on two areas. First one is to discuss the necessity which the process of service delivery will be changed from supplier-oriented system to user-oriented one, in order to strengthen user's right, especially in terms of choice and control. It can be facilitated by the abolishing of classification of disability. Second one is to introduce direct payments which money is directly given to user, instead of being given to supplier. This article also stresses that there is possibility of setting up direct payments because voucher system, a precursor of direct payments, is widely settled down for social service area in Korea.

This study analyzed economic feasibility using the real options theory of the eco-environment area project in Saemangeum. I defined the main factors affecting project sales during the 30 years operation period. The real option-based analysis is proposed through the managerial flexibility by estimating the volatility of project sales using scenarios analysis method. The number of visitors, admission fee, leisure program fee, and O&M costs required for economic analysis of eco-environment park were analyzed by reviewing cases of similar eco-environment parks in Korea. The option value is calculated by assuming that the developers have an option right that can be abandoned. B/C is less than 1 and NPV is negative, so it is impossible to proceed with the project using the traditional economic analysis. The project value difference between NPV (-46.6 billion Won) and option value (28.1 billion Won) increased by 74.7 billion Won. Through this study, decision-makers of public institutions and private developers who plan eco-environment area projects will be able to use the real option technique proposed in this study.

The study aims to analyse Korean Long-Term Care Insurance system in terms of caring justice on the premise that elder care should be included in discussions and policies of care. Caring justice means an ideal of equal sharing duties and rights of care by all citizens. Four dimensions of caring justice(decommodification, defamilialization, degenderization and elderly participation and power) were established for the analysis. The results of the analysis were presented that Korean Long-Term Care Insurance system was maintained by commodificated and gendered care services attempting defamilialization with the exclusion of elderly beneficiaries, which represented typical caring injustice. Policy suggestions were made to realize caring justice: improving the status of caring labour by achieving proper service price and public employment, reorganization of life cycle based caring system integrating children, disabled adults and elders, and developing user-centered long-term care system to guarantee participation and choice of people in caring relationships.

This essay provides a legislative perspective on conflict-of-laws issues in the area of antitrust law. A consistent focus on the affected market question of applicable law is possible and yields content and acceptable results. The law applicable to damages claims should follow the law applicable to the antitrust relation itself. It is problematic, however, where more than one market is affected. In my view, the European perspective provides one general lesson for us. We are not yet prepared to accept american-style of class action in the field of antitrust law, at least until the european have made their legislative decision. Nevertheless we should make our antitrust system more effective, so that it would have strong deterrence to anti-competitive conducts. In this paper I present a proposal for adoption of a international conflict of law instrument, possibly a regulation, on damages actions for breach of art. 32 Korean Anti-trust Law.

In the 1970s, under the tyrannical regulation and censorship of the Yushin regime, realistic dramatization techniques were forced to reveal their limitations. Choosing the 'allegory' technique, a double-meaning narrative structure, Lee Kang-baek sets up virtual spaces or unrealistic figures, both of which lack 'realism'. Lee Kang-baek has allergic the illusion of detadiscourse, the diaspora character, and the universality of 'Political Unconsciousness'. So it's linked to the perception of history in the 1960s. This creates a semantic network of public and casual perception of history. This was a 'bypass' strategy which more clearly disclose the violent politics. Therefore Lee Kang-baek's play shows the desperate situation of the diaspora character being oppressed by detadiscourse, and the desire of the author who can never give up on freedom of expression, though under that oppression. Furthermore, it was an attempt to acquire a timeless universality and symbolism about human freedom and liberation through the Allegory play technique.
