The goal of this study is to examine the status quo of industrial-educational cooperation in Technical high schools. Based upon the findings of the current conditions, this study ultimately aims to propose methods through which more active industrial-educational cooperation can be stimulated. The methods chosen for this study are reference research and surveys. The survey was conducted by imposing complete enumeration on the targeted high schools that specialize in industry related fields. The survey targets were the directions of academic affairs, the directions of practical affairs, and the directors of the educational curriculum of each school.The research results are as follows: First, the teachers recognize the necessities of having opportunities to gain specific skills in different industrial fields, having chances to get stable employment, and securing the industrial institution's competitiveness through the customized nurturing and supply of human resources as the primary goals of industrial-educational cooperation. Second, the teachers express the similar opinion that industrial-educational cooperation in their current system is inappropriate to achieve their goals. Third, the teachers claim that an educational curriculum that emphasizes industrial educational cooperation must be developed and managed. Fourth, it was found that when schools plan their educational curriculum, they often do not implement the requests from industrial institutions. Fifth, major educational program implement methods that meet the requests of the industrial institutions include field trips or the introduction of other field-based experience learning programs, the application of customized curriculums based on industrial-educational cooperation, and the invitation of industrial-educational personnel as teachers to school environments. Sixth, it was concluded that educational institutions need to proactively seek companies for cooperation; they need to support, develop, and manage school programs that are based on industrial-educational cooperation; and finally, institutions need to enthusiastically participate in the government's vocational education policies that are founded upon industrial-educational cooperation. Seventh, the enforcement of selective curriculum for the benefit of diversifying the educational program; the pursuit of balancing the specialized curriculum through shedding the national educational level provided within the regular curriculum; and the establishment of related amendments on the national level to provide effective industrial-educational cooperation have been identified as the vital factors that can develop the educational programs within high schools specializing in industry and that are closely related to industrial educational cooperation.

이동 에이전트는 에이전트 코드 자체가 서버로 이동하여 주어진 작업을 수행한다. 이 때 이동 에이전트의 노드 이주 방법은 분산 시스템의 전체 성능에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있는 요소가 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 네이밍 에이전트의 메타데이터를 이용한 이동 에이전트의 적응적 이주 경로 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법에서 노드 이주의 선택은 참조된 메타데이터의 정보에 의존하며 이주 정보의 신뢰성은 멀티 에이전트의 각 에이전트 시스템들의 상호 협력 및 메타데이터 갱신 방법에 의해 결정된다. 이를 위해 적중 문건 수, 적중률, 노드 처리 및 네트워크 지연 시간 등의 정보로 메타데이터를 설계하고 이를 이용하는 각 에이전트의 상호 관계와 적중 문건의 수에 따라 이동 에이전트 노드 이주를 결정하기 위한 메타데이터의 생성, 이용 및 갱신하는 방법을 기술하며, 순회 노드 수 결정 방법과 우선순위에 따른 이주 경로에 대한 방법을 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 농촌의 재난관리에 있어 개인 및 민간단체와 정부가 네트워크를 구성하는 방안에 대해 제시하였다. 현대 사회의 재난은 본래의 정부주도하의 재난대응보다는 협업과 협력을 통한 재난관리가 필요하다는 주장이 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 지역 내의 자율적인 민관네트워크체계 구축과 재난대응에 있어 주민의 참여는 재난관리에 있어 매우 중요한 부분이다. 본 연구에서는 민관네트워크 방안을 도출하기 위해 먼저, 농촌 주민과 지방자치단체 재난관리 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 농촌지역의 재난관리의 문제점 및 한계점에 대해 분석하였다. 최종적으로 안정적인 활동과 발전을 위한 운영방안에 대해 제시하였다. 따라서 농촌지역에서 재난관리 민관네트워크를 구축할 시에 해당지역에 적합한 운영방안을 선택하는 데에 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

정보통신기술의 발달로 사내 주요 정보들이 보다 쉽고 다양한 경로로 외부로 유출이 가능해짐에 따라 산업 기술 유출로 인한 보안사고가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 보안사고는 문서 유출 경로에 따라 악의적인 공격자가 외부에서 침입하여 유출된 경우와 내부정보 접근이 용이한 인력(전 현직 임직원 및 협력업체 직원)에 의해 유출된 경우로 크게 2가지 형태로 분류될 수 있으며, 유출된 사내 주요 정보들은 기업의 막대한 피해를 가져오게 된다. 기업 측면에서도 사내 보안 관리는 더 이상 선택이 아닌 기업의 생존을 위한 필수 요소임을 인지해야 하며 기업의 보안 관리 수준의 향상이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 필수적인 사내 보안 관리 방안의 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 기업의 사내 보안 수준을 향상시키고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and verify the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction and relationship quality in liner shipping company. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality was carried out and took an empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in international freight forwarders. The final results are as follows; First, correlations between service quality and customer satisfaction are found to be positive. But service quality component of tangibles and responsiveness with customer satisfaction are not to be positive. Second, as the other study on the similar logistics industries, the correlation between customer satisfaction and relationship quality is found to be positive in this study.

인구의 증가와 급속한 산업화 그리고 편안함을 추구하고자 하는 문명의 이기로 인한 에너지 사용량 증가는 환경오염을 가속화시키는 문제를 유발하고 있어 전 세계적으로 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 반해 삶의 질의 향상에 따라 보다 쾌적한 환경에 대한 욕구와 인식의 변화로 환경보호에 대한 관심이 증가하는 추세이며, 이에 따라 각 국의 환경규제는 날로 강화되고 있다. 이러한 환경문제를 해결하기 위한 국제협력이 활발해지면서 무역과 연계된 국제 환경규제가 가속화되고 있으며, 환경선진국은 이러한 환경규제를 무역장벽으로 이용하고 있어 국가의 대외경쟁력에도 직 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 환경오염물질 중 질소산화물(NOx), 황산화물(SOx), 일산화탄소(CO), 이산화탄소($CO_2$) 및 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs), 다이옥신 그리고 입자상물질(PM)과 같은 대기오염물질은 대기 중으로 쉽게 확산되는 특성에 의해 인접한 지역까지 영향을 미치기 때문에 국제적인 규제대상의 초점이 되고 있으며, 경제협력개발기구(OECD, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), 유엔산하 국제해사기구(IMO, International Maritime Organization) 및 국제연소기구협회(CIMAC, International Council on Combustion engines)등 여러 국제기구를 중심으로 각종 규제수단을 개발하여 적용하고 있다. 특히, 국제해사기구(IMO)에서는 선박에서 발생되는 오염물질 등에 대한 규제강화를 위하여 새로운 국제해양오염방지협약(MARPOL)을 채택, 발효하여 그 규제 범위를 넓혀감에 따라 선박에 대한 각종 환경규제가 대폭 강화되고 있어 친환경 선박 및 관련 기술 개발이 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 이 글에서는 선박에서 배출되는 대기오염물질 중 그 자체로도 인체에 유해하며, 산성비, 광화학스모그 등 다양한 환경문제를 유발시키는 대표적인 물질인 질소산화물(NOx)과 질소산화물 배출규제에 대한 대응기술인 선택적촉매환원법(SCR, Selective Catalytic Reduction)과 SCR 탈질시스템에 사용되는 SCR 촉매에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

This study aims to inquire into experience of geography teachers participating in a teacher learning community based on the grounded theory methodology. Participation observation was conducted on one of geography teacher learning communities. The total of 11 research participants were selected to conduct in-depth interviews. The data collected were analyzed by the coding method proposed by Strauss and Corbin(1990, 1998). In open coding, 125 concepts, 43 sub-categories and 17 categories were drawn and in axial coding by paradigm model, phenomenon, conditions, action/interaction and consequences turned out. In selective coding, the participants were classified into four types and the condition/consequence matrix was developed. As a result of the analysis, first, participation, obstacles and continuous participation factors of geography teachers in the teacher learning community could be understood from multi-dimensional aspects. Second, principles of the collaborative teacher learning and the factors promoting collaborative teacher learning were established. Third, the professional development of geography teachers through teacher learning community could be understood.

Cooperative communications are adopted as a promising solution to achieve high data rate over large areas in the future 40 wireless system and the relay station (RS) is the key concept in cooperative communications. However, most existing works in this area focus only on optimal RS selections. In addition, there are only few works consider another crucial issue: how many relay stations we need to place. Only when the number of relay stations is defined, the relay station selection can be performed well. In this paper we derive a formula which describes the impact of varying number of RS on end-to-end link throughput assuming a clustering scheme which is based on Voronoi tessellation. In addition to mathematical analysis on the feasibility of the formula, we also examine its performance through a set of simulations under the Erceg path loss model. Simulation results verify that the link throughput gain of our proposed scheme is promising.

This study examines each factor's effects on the firm's innovation method selection by comparing with EU countries and suggests policy implications for improving firm's innovation capabilities, confirming the changes with the latest data. We used similar data and model for this, and as a result, Korea is located between intermediate group and catching-up group in 2005. In 2014, we found partially positive changes; increase in R&D cost ratio along innovation expenditure, conducting in-house innovation, and R&D in high-tech sector. Therefore, it is required to support innovation expenditure and complement the system for high-tech firms, those that apply patent or conduct industry-university/government research institute linkage in order to improve innovation capabilities.

본 연구는 도시 및 지역의 지속가능성을 측정하고 평가하기 위한 수단으로 요구되는 ‘지표’의 개발방법과 절차를 설정하는데 목적이 있다. 사례지역으로 미국의 잭슨빌, 시애틀, 오레건 지역을, 지표개발을 위한 방법론으로서는 Maclaren의 이론을 분석하였다. 분석을 통하여 지속가능성 지표는 단순한 평가수단이 아니라 그 개발과정을 통해 시민그룹의 지속가능한 발전에 대한 인식을 제고함과 동시에 구성원의 협력과 노력에 입각하여 미래지향적인 새로운 공동체를 만들어 나가는 강력한 매개체가 될 수 있다는 시사점을 추출하였다. 이를 토대로 지속가능성 도시지표 개발절차를, \circled1 지표개발 주체 형성 \circled2 목표 및 비전의 정립 \circled3지표개발에 따른 기본방침의 설정 \circled4 지표개발을 위한 측정 및 분석 \circled5 예비지표의 발굴과 지표선택기준 마련 \circled6 예비지표 평가를 통한 최종지표의 선택 \circled7 지표에 대한 측정 및 분석 \circled8 지표분석 결과 보고 및 발표 \circled9 지표작업평가 및 새로운 목표 수립 등 9단계로 설정하였다. 본 연구가 제시한 지속가능성 도시지표 개발절차는 우리 나라의 지역 및 도시단위에서 지속가능성 도시지표를 설정하는데 준거로 활용될수 있을 것이다.
