This paper presents the three-dimensional stress analysis of orthotropic thick plates using the three-dimensional spline strip method based on the theory of elasticity. The orthotropic plates are made of Aragonite crystal and sitka spruce. To demonstrate the convergence and accuracy of the present method, several examples are solved, and results are compared with those obtained by other exact and numerical methods based on the theory of elasticity. Good convergence and accuracy are obtained. The effects of thickness/width ratio, aspect ratio and boundary conditions on normal stress distributions of Aragonite crystal plates and sitka spruce plates are investigated. Moreover, the difference of weak orthotropic and strong orthotropic properties given to the characteristics of stress distributions are also shown.

This paper investigates the problem of cracks emanating from a circular hole in an orthotropic infinite plate. The mixed-mode stress intensity factors are obtained by using the modified mapping-collocation method. To investigate the effect of anisotropy and circular hole boundary on crack tip singularity, stress intensity factors are considered as functions of the normalized crack length for various types of laminated composite. The results indicate a strong dependence of the stress intensity factor on the material anisotropy and geometry.

Among various calculation methods for residual stresses, inherent strain method can be useful one for its simplicity. In comparison with finite element method, it is more economical and efficient. First, inherent strain is assumed, and then incompatibility can be calculated from this inherent strain. Based on collocation method, incompatibility equation is solved assuming stress functions which satisfies boundary conditions. Assumed inherent strain can be determined through iterations on the condition that longitudinal residual stress in centerline is yield stress and transverse distortion is the same as predicted one from other method. Calculated results according to this analytic method yield good agreement with experimental ones.

About 60 percent of cosmetic products sold in the dominant Taobao internet shopping mall proved recently to be counterfeit products made in China. This paper is to investigate the anti-counterfeiting strategies to clean up fake goods for Korean cosmetics which have been exported to China. Using the scienter rule the paper classified the forgery action for Korean cosmetics into four broad groups - counterfeit, piracy, illegally distributed product, and brand prior register. This paper suggested interior company's anti-counterfeiting strategies for each group, focusing on the construction for an integrated anti-counterfeiting system including consumer's rationality through the government cooperation between Korea and China.

2005년도 벌써 1달이 지나갔다. 지난 연말 각 도서관별로 한해를 정산하느라 몹시 분주해서였을까. 아직은 전체적으로 조용한 느낌이다. 2005년을 예측하는 글 중에는 '주5일근무제', '학교도서관', '법개정' 등의 단어가 많이 눈에 들어온다. <공공도서관 자료구입비 지원예산 지방 이양>, <도서관정책 담당부서 이관> 등의 굵직한 정책 변화도 과연 우리의 현실에 어떤 모습으로 다가올지 궁금하다. 미래를 선점하기 위해서는 올바르게 예측하고 끊임없이 준비하는 자세가 필요하다. 부디 우리가 계획하고 준비한대로 도서관계가 2005년을 걸어갈 수 있기를 소망한다.

A powerful analytical procedure and strain energy analysis to investigate the free vibration of antisymmetric cross-ply laminated plates, having one pair of opposite edges simply supported, are develped on the basis of the Yang, Norris abd Stavsky (YSN) theory. The equation of motion of the plate are solved by the use of collation method. A range of results are presented for plates to show the effects of modulus ratio and number of layers on natural frequency. In addition, an analysis of the strain energy distributions is used as an aid for the better understanding of the vibration characteristics of the plates.

사물 인터넷, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 인공지능, 빅데이터 등 첨단 정보통신기술을 활용하여 모든 사물들의 지능화와 초연결을 지향하는 것을 나타내는 4차 산업혁명에 대한 관심은 나날이 증가하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 다양한 분야의 기술들 중에서 인공지능을 활용한 자율주행자동차 기술과 관련하여 논의를 진행하고자 한다. 여러 국가에서는 자율주행자동차 시장선점을 위해 관련 기술의 발달에 몰두하고 있다. 그러나 자율주행자동차의 상용화를 위해서는 기술의 발달뿐만 아니라 관련 법제도의 정비가 더욱 필수적인 요소라고 본다. 자율주행자동차가 안전성을 보장할 수 있도록 시험운행에 대한 규제를 완화시켜야 할 것이며, 향후 상용화가 될 경우 야기될 수 있는 민사적 손해배상문제와 형사책임의 문제, 과실책임의 문제, 사이버 보안문제 등을 대비할 수 있는 법제도 마련을 촉구하고자 한다. 타국가와의 자율주행자동차 법제도 비교분석을 통해 우리나라의 도로교통법과 기존 법 제정상태를 고려하여 법안 마련에 방향성을 설정하는 데에 목표를 두고 있다.

This study aims to enhance Korea's competitiveness by taking the lead in the international standardization and relevant global market. This is to be achieved by performing the role of First Mover through the resolute investment from Fast Follower that is servile to the decision of the organization in the e-Navigation strategy that has been promoted by the IMO. The study methodology is an integrated approach. It is established by modelling LSCM G2B2C2 Platform in maritime safety/security logistics and applied to the enhancement of maritime safety/security in global LSCM. This paper externally contributes to the reduction of world maritime accidents and exalt the national prestige; internally, the enhancement of the national competitiveness through the improvement of shipping port logistics and others. These eventually contribute to Korea's economic development that is combined by both theory and practice and of practical use of the integrated approach.

최근 국.내외적으로 e-learning에 관한 관심이 증대되면서 e-learning과 관련된 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 또한 정부의 관련 부처들도 e-learning 발전을 위한 다양한 노력이 시도되고 있으며, 이러한 노력은 관련법을 제정하거나, 전문 기관을 신설하고, 각종 지원 제도를 정비하는 등 다각도로 구체화되고 있다. 산업계에서도 e-learning 시장을 선점하기 위하여 많은 투자와 활동들이 전개되고 있으며, e-learning을 통한 교육 시장 또한 급속히 활성화되고 있기도 하다. 이와 함께 대학이 이미 e-learning 체제를 기반으로 하는 대학내 교수학습센터 등을 설립하여 활발하게 운영하기 시작하였다. 이에 따라 e-learning의 국내시장 규모는 2002년도에 1조 7천억원 규모에 달하였으며, 2003년도에는 2조 5천억원으로 전체 교육시장의 4.5%를 차지하였다는 보고도 있다.
