Comparative librarial~sl~ip may be defined as the systematic anallsis of library derelopmetit, practices, or problems as they occur under different circumstances (most usually in different count r ~ e s ) , considered in the c o ~ t t x t of tlle relevant historical, geographic, political, economic, social, cultural, and other determinant backgrourd factors found in the situations under study. Essentially it co~~stitutes an important approach to the search for cause and effect in library development, and tu tl~e understandillg of library problems. 근년에 개발된 효소적인 DNA증폭법을 이용하면 일차구조상의 단편적인 정보만 알면 단 수시간내 해석에 필요한 양의 DNA가 증폭되어 cDNA의 염기배열결정의 신속화, 간편화가 가능하게 되었다. 그러므로 유전자증폭법으로써 PCR법에 관해 기술한다. 그리고 리보좀 RNA는 분자시계로서 생물의 계통을 논하는 데에 있어서는 최적의 조건을 갖춘 고분자화합물이다. 이에 PCR법을 이용한 16S like 리보좀DNA의 증폭법을 다루고, PCR증폭산물의 염기배열결정법에 대해 서술한다. 또한 인위적인 leading error 등을 배제하고 신속한 자동해독과 시간적인 절약이 자동 DNA sequencer의 개발과 시판으로 가능하게 되어 cDNA의 형광색소표식 염기배열결정법에 대해서도 서술한다.

In Kang(2017), Jinho Kang persuasively criticized the attempt of Peter Hanks using his concept of cancelled predication to solve the Frege-Geach problem. According to Kang, Hanks had successfully shown the incoherence of Scott Soames's concept of neutral predication, but if it is true, then Hanks's concept of cancelled predication also falls into the same incoherence. I agree with Kang that Hanks faces the same incoherence, and I think that Hank's answers are unconvincing. As I see, however, it is possible for Hanks to overcome Kang's criticism. In this paper, I will reply to Kang's criticism by using conceptual resources in Hanks's own theory. In particular, the idea is that the final predication is compositionally explained by the type it belongs to without having truth-values because cancelled predication itself gives rise to target-shifting toward the type. By doing so, Hanks can successfully solve the Frege-Geach problem even though he let some remarks about cancelled predication unclear and confusing. In addition, it will be revealed that his notation is misleading as well.

This study analyzes the content validity of descriptive tests developed for elementary schools, in order to acquire basic data to improve them. Various descriptive tests were collected and tested for differences in proportions between two-dimensional classification of educational objectives and the level of behavioral objectives. Results show that the descriptive tests developed by elementary school teachers mainly focused on "knowledge" and "understanding," and that content validity for behavioral levels to be low. Nine elementary school teachers were interviewed to understand the result. From the interviews, we found both internal and external factors that cause low content validity. The main internal factors were teachers' ability to make two-dimensional classification of educational objectives, the teachers' consideration of students' level, item level of difficulty, the ease of scoring, and path dependence. The main external factors were curriculum, parents, and administration. Based on the results, we suggested the factors related to elementary school teachers' PCK of descriptive tests.

막에 의한 유기액체 혼합물을 분리 하는 방법으로 액/증기 계의 막투과 메카니즘으로 분리, 농축하는 투과증발법(Pervaporation)이 연구되어져 왔다. 이 방법은 공급상이 수용액, 투과상이 기체로써 상변화를 동반하는 과정이기 때문에 분리의 에너지 효율은 증류법에 비해 그다지 높게 기대 되지 않지만 공비점(azotropic point)을 가지는 혼합물이나 비점차가 적어 분해하기가 쉽고 증류법이 불가능한 혼합물의 분리에 많이 쓰여져 왔다. 그러나, 이 방법을 실용화 시키기 위해서는 분리계수 및 투과속도가 큰 막이 필요로 하며 현재 그 연구 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 본 강의는 무기재질을 가지는 다공성막을 사용하여 투과증발 분리법에 대한 최근의 연구 동향에 대해서 간략하게 서술하고자 한다.

이 연구는 간호사의 보건정책과 정치에 대한 미래지도력을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로써 한국의 4년제 간호학과에서 가르쳐야할 보건정책과목을 상세하게 제시한다. 새로운 보건정책과목 개설을 위한 기초작업으로써, 미국 간호사들의 정치와 정책참여에 대한 사례를 열거하고 어떻게 간호사들이 정책에 참여하고 영향력을 발휘 했는지를 서술한다. 특히 Oregon plan과 지역사회 중심으로 형성된 연합체제와 간호정책 분석가의 역할이 소개된다. 간호사들의 사회 정치 진출의 한 방법으로써 간호교육에서의 보건정책과목의 필요성과 중요성이 언급되며, 미국의 4년제 간호대학 학부과정, 석사과정, 박사과정에서 가르쳐지는 보건정책 과목이 소개된다. 간호정책 전문가로써의 등용문으로 알려 진 Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Internship과 Fellowship이 소개한다. 미국간호사들의 보건정책 참여방법과 현재 가르쳐지는 보건정책과목의 장점을 토대로 하여 우리의 실정에 맞는 간호학생을 위한 보건정책 과목이 제시되어진다. 보건정책과목의 목적과 내용이 자세히 서술되어지고 역동적인 실습과정이 소개되어진다. 또한 학과목으로 정착되기 위해서 필요한 새로운 전략이 서술되어 진다.

(고도 정보통신 네트워크 사회형성 기본법(통칭 : IT 기본법))의 기본 이념과 역할에 대하여 서술함과 동시에, 이것에 기초하여 고속 접근이 가능한 인터넷망을 정비하여 세계 최첨단의 (IT 국가)를 지향하는 (e-Japan 전략)에 대하여 살펴본다. 그리고 그것을 구체화하여, 고도 정보통신 네트워크 사회형성을 위해 정부가 신속하고도 중점적으로 실시해야 하는 시책의 전모를 명확하게 밝힌 (e-Japan 중점계획)의 세부사항에 대하여 법적 관련성을 중심으로 살펴본다. 또한 IT 사회에 있어서, 글로벌 네트워크 형성 및 이것을 이용한 전자상거래 등에 관해서는 국가간의 제휴.조정이 불가결하다는 인식을 기본으로 국제적인 IT법의 환경정비에 대해서 다루기로 한다.

To get accurate information about the defect from the test signal, NDT engineers should have a good knowledge on forward problems. Such knowledge is usually obtained by a lot of testing experiences. Another why of obtaining such knowledge is to build a database containing lots of defect information and their corresponding signals. However, the archiving of raw test data would require a lot of storage space. In this paper, an economic way of storing signals is studied by using Fourier descriptors. Instead of saving raw signal data, Fourier descriptors are saved and the storage spare is reduced. Of course, the defect signal can be reconstructed from the stored descriptors. By using differential ECT signals produced by numerical modeling and experiment, the savings of 85% from the original signal and $57{\sim}65%$ from the filtered signal in the storage space were confirmed. The similarity of the reconstructed signal and the original signal was also demonstrated. This Fourier descriptor approach could contribute significantly in building differential signal databases.

현대사회에서 광기술은 다양한 첨단산업분야에 응용 및 활용되고 있으며 산업발전에 큰 일조를 하고 있다. 본고는 레이저광이 식물의 표면에 산란됨으로써 생기는 레이저 스펙클(Speckle)을 이용한 새로운 초고감도 간섭계측법의 원리를 서술하고 이것을 이용한 식물의 활성 상태나 생장(신장) 모니터링에 관한 최근 연구 성과를 소개한 것이다. 이 계측법에서는 스펙클 필드(場)의 임의성에 기초한 새로운 간섭계측법인 통계적 간섭법을 이용하여 초고감도의 계측을 실현하고 있다.

S-box의 암호학적 성질이 블록 암호 알고리즘의 안정성을 좌우한다. 여기서 말하는 암호학적 성질이란 선형 공격법에 안전한 높은 비선형성과 입출력 변화공격법에 안전한 입출력 변환의 낮은 균등성을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 갈로아 체의 원시원을 밑으로 하는 멱승 순환 함수를 이용한 S-box의 입출력 변환의 균등성에 관하여 서술한다.
