디지털 방송 서비스가 널리 보급되고 확대 되면서 사용자는 프로그램 제작자가 만든 순서대로 시청하는 방송이 아닌 개인이 원하는 장면을 원하는 시간대에 시청하는 맞춤형 방송 서비스에 대한 요구가 생겨나게 되었다. 이러한 맞춤형 방송 서비스에서는 프로그램의 정보를 미리 저장하고 사용자가 입력한 데이터를 바탕으로 검색하기 위하기 위한 메타데이터 정보가 중요하다. 기존의 맞춤형 방송 서비스는 사용자가 원하는 장면 별로 시청할 수 있는 반면에 본 연구는 원하는 장면뿐만 아니라 사용자가 보고 싶은 객체를 원하는 카메라 시점에서 시청할 수 있는 객체중심의 맞춤형 영상 미디어 서비스를 위한 메타데이터 구조에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구를 통하여 사용자에게 기존의 맞춤형 방송 서비스에 없었던 객체에 대한 세그먼트 정보를 제공해 줌으로써 시청의 폭을 넓혀 사용자의 방송 시청 만족도를 높일 수 있다.

인터넷 사용자의 폭발적인 증가로 인하여 차별화된 웹 서비스를 제공해주는 웹 응용프로그램들의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그러므로 웹 서버내의 품질향상을 보장해주는 웹 QoS 기술은 전자상거래나 웹 호스팅 같은 부분에서 점점 더 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 웹 서버들은 FIFO 방식의 최선 서비스만을 제공하며, 정보의 중요도나 정보를 제공받는 사용자의 중요도에 따라 차별화된 품질보장을 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 클러스터링 웹 서버 환경에서 차별화 서비스를 위한 동적 부하분산 시스템을 제안한다. 웹 서비스의 차별화된 품질보장을 제공하는 웹 서버 구현을 위해 커널 수준 접근 방식과 응용프로그램 접근방식을 제시한다. 제안 시스템에서는 웹 서비스의 신뢰성과 반응속도를 개선시키기 위해 IP수준의 가장법과 터널링 기술을 이용하여 웹 서버의 부하를 분산한다. 그리고 SNMP의 시스템 부하관련 MIB-II 정보를 검출하여 부하 분산에 반영함으로써 동적인 부하분산이 가능하도록 한다.

It is very important to IT users that the Cloud service provides dynamic extension of IT resources and cost-saving. However, the reliability for Cloud service hinders utilizing Cloud service actively. Existing studies on assessment program for Cloud Service are executed by extracting information security assessment articles and adding features of cloud services by referencing ISO/IEC 27001:2005. This paper will review the recently released ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for the addition, reduction, and changing of articles for Controls and Control objectives. Comparative analysis for the Controls of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 with those of CSA CCMv.3, FedRAMP which is an assessment program for Cloud service will suggest Control Objects of Information Security Management System for related Cloud service. The suggestion of Controls will be an important reference index for the security policy of companies which manage the information security management system based on Cloud service.

Event notification service is a event-based messaging middleware service needed for various vertical domains, such as, business applications, distributed system management, and web service integration. In this paper, we investigate the architecture of an event notification service that includes a subject-based event dissemination service and a flexible message communication service. The event dissemination service is in charge of transferring events asynchronously but speedy according to the subjects of events and their environmental knowledge. It also includes content-based message filtering. The message communication service provides a common communication infrastructure supporting variety types of messages and variety of protocols. Depending on application domains and situation, we can re-configurate the communication infrastructure in order to optimize the efficiency and usability. This paper shows the performance analysis of our event notification service with various types of message formats and protocols.

This study is planned and designed to develop an education program for students majoring health care in order to improve their knowledge and attitudes of ethics and service. First, this study examine the educational needs of 505 students majoring health care and 175 field workers through literature reviews, survey of questionnaire, and opinions of experts. And then, the educational goals, contents, methods are selected and established in this study. Lastly, the effects of the ethics and service education program shown by their knowledge and attitudes are examined. In the effect analyses, we can see there is meaningful difference in average variation of knowledge level in before and after the education, and also find that average scores after education was higher than before education in the field of intrinsic, social, and altruistic compensations. We can conclude that the developed education program in this study, has an effect on increasing a standard of value of the students participated in the program.

EPG (Electronic Program Guide), which was born with the development of digital broadcasting technology, is becoming a successful data service in the environment that a digital broadcasting station operates more than one hundred channels. In the circumstance, the request for the development or renewal of EPG frequently occurs and so the developers are looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the EPG development. This paper addresses the need of the developers by devising an EPG feature model based on FODA and the test-cases for each feature of the model. Utilizing the EPG feature model and the test-cases, the EPG development process, especially the phases of requirement analysing and test-case designing can be improved.

지리정보의 중요성이 널리 인식되고 사회 각 분야에서 지리정보에 대한 수요가 날로 증가되고 다양해지고 있지만 GIS의 개발, 설치, 유지, 보수의 어려움에 따른 고가의 비용과 시장에 대한 적응력부족으로 GIS의 광범위한 활용이 저해 받고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 개인을 위한 GIS 서비스나 응용프로그램의 하나의 기능 컴포넌트로서의 GIS 서비스가 GIS의 주류로 발전할 것으로 예측되고 있지만 이를 지원하기 위한 GIS 개발, 배포 모델과 기반기술이 결여되어 있다. 그러나, 사용자가 월 정액요금을 지불하고 인터넷 또는 인트라넷을 통하여 ASP (Application Service Provider)에 의해 원격 중앙 서버에 설치, 관리되고 있는 소프트웨어 응용프로그램을 사용하는 형식은 혁신적인 소프트웨어 개발과 배포 모델로서 차세대 컴퓨터 환경의 기초로 각광 받고 있으며 이를 GIS에 적용할 때 GIS의 광범위한 응용과 원활한 유통을 크게 추진할 것으로 기대된다. 그러므로, 현시점에서 GIS ASP를 위한 합리적인 모델과 이에 근거한 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 대한 연구와 개발이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ASP 환경 하에서 더욱 신속하고 편리한 GIS 개발, 통합, 배포를 가능하게 하고 보다 나은 질의 GIS ASP 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 마이크로소프트의 ASP 플랫폼인 .NET 기반의 3 계층 GIS ASP 모델을 중심으로 하는 GIS ASP 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 설계를 제시하였다.

Over the past decade, the environment around libraries for the disabled has been greatly improved. Related legislation was established, facilities and facilities expanded, and the number of related collections and programs increased. In order to solve this problem, a survey of users' needs in accordance with the changing environment needs to be completed. In this study, we studied the existing research and analyzed the core needs of each type of disability employing user interviews and expert Delphi research. Users demanded quantitative and qualitative expansion of resources as well. Users needed personalized services and programs, convenience in using facility, accessibility of web and applications, and professional staff.
