Analytical Study on the Priority in Hospital Administrative Strategy for Improvement of Medical Service (의료서비스 향상을 위한 병원 행정전략의 우선순위 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the need for changes in the administration strategies of hospitals which would be vital for building up competitiveness of hospitals amid the changes in medical market. For that, 20 experts with doctoral degree in public administration and business administration related to the field of hospital administration were selected as the sampling group in the survey. Regarding the method of AHP survey as in this survey. The results showed that the factors were important in the order of medical staff factor(ranked first), overall facility factor(ranked second), staff service factor(ranked third), and access factor(ranked fourth). Second, the relative importance was in the order of medical staff specialization(ranked first), medical staff diversity(ranked second), and medical equipment level(ranked third), regarding the relative importance for general hospital development strategy and the complex weighted value for relative importance.

A Study on Audience Service by Seasonal Program Operation in Theaters: Based on AHP methodology (극장 시즌제 프로그램 운영에 따른 관객 서비스 연구 : AHP 방법론을 기반으로)

  • The operation of the theater's seasonal program is an important service for the stability of theater management and audience development. However, the domestic theater season system has been around for 20 years, but still has not been established in practice compared to overseas theaters, and academic research is also lacking. Therefore, in this study, the government wanted to draw out elements of 'season system' program services and additional services provided by domestic and foreign theaters, and to calculate the importance of each attribute to suggest a plan to operate a seasonal service suitable for the actual conditions in Korea. Thus, through the analysis of seven theater seasonal programs, a study model consisting of two higher, seven median and 23 lower factors was derived. Based on this survey, 14 theater experts were asked to compare the priorities of each factor. Studies have shown that the composition of packages and works in program services is important, and that monetary factors are important in additional services. In other words, an important element in the seasonal system is judged to be the need to upgrade program services and selectively operate a small number of additional services with large audience needs to attract audiences.

An analysis on the importance and performance of home help service through measuring service quality perceived by its users (방문요양서비스 이용자가 지각한 서비스의 질 측정을 통한 중요도와 성과도 분석)

  • This dissertation is based on the evaluation of service by the home help service users and suggested managing strategy through analyzing importance and performance. The subject is a person receiving the service from the three home long term institutions in S city, Gangwon province, and SPSS 12.0 is used to analyze data to conduct analysis of basic statistic, confidence level, and factors. The result came out that home help service's importance showed 4.55 out of 5, performance 4.26 out of 5. The most improvement needed factor was 'providing quick service' and 'offer service at ease'. Also it seemed that the four categories in tangibles and four categories in reliability and assurance, one category in responsiveness and empathy needs to be improved. The three in reliability and assurance and five properties in responsiveness and empathy need to remain its strength. In conclusion, in order to better the home help service first the progress result in focus improvement area needs to be achieved.

Comparative Study on Perception Difference about Importance of Quality factors in Logistics Service in Supply Chain Partnership (공급사슬 파트너십에서 물류서비스 품질 요소의 중요도 지각 차이 비교)

  • Today, researches on logistics service quality or supply chain management are highlighted due to intensification of competition and diversification of needs for customer service. This study have done a comparative analysis on supply chain partnership members' perception difference about importance of logistics service quality factors. It measured perception about logistics service quality which suppliers, carriers, and buyers regard as important and then conducted t-test in order to compare perception difference. It was found that quality factors of logistic service which suppliers, carriers, and buyers in supply chain partnership perceive as important were different. And disagreements among members were found in most items when market orientation and long term orientation was low while there was no difference among most members when market orientation and long term orientation was high.

Impact of Science and Technology Information Service Quality Satisfaction and Perceived Importance on User Loyalty (과학기술 정보서비스품질에 대한 만족도와 중요도 인식이 이용자 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • In this paper, impact of science and technology information service quality satisfaction and perceived importance on the user loyalty was studied to find the way of improvement of information service quality. To analyze the impact among service quality variables, the research questions and hypothesis are set and statistical analysis on 641 survey answers was conducted. The correlation between satisfaction and perceived importance regarding each service quality item was high. Relationship between satisfaction of every item of the service quality and overall satisfaction was verified by multiple regression analysis. As a result, the five out of seven independent variables are statistically significant influence to the dependent variable. Relationship between the perceived importance and loyalty for each item was verified by multiple regression analysis was confirmed that the four out of seven independent variables are statistically significant influence to the dependent variable. The overall satisfaction is having an effect on loyalty verified through simple regression analysis.

  • 최근 들어, 인터넷 사용자의 폭발적인 증가로 인하여 차별화된 웹 서비스를 제공해주는 웹 응용프로그램들의 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 이에 따라 웹 서버내의 품질향상을 보장해주는 웹 QoS 기술은 전자상거래나 웹 호스팅 같은 부분에서 점점 더 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나, 대부분의 웹 서버들은 F1F0 방식의 최선 서비스만을 제공하고 있으며, 정보의 중요도나 정보를 제공받는 사용자의 중요도에 따라 차별화된 품질보장을 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스의 차별화된 품질보장을 제공하는 웹 서버 구현을 위한 두 가지 접근 방식을 제시한다. 첫째는 커널 수준 접근방법으로, 커널상에 실시간 스케줄링 프로세서를 두어 웹 서버에서 수행중인 스케줄링 프로세서와 연동시켜 커널 내부에서도 웹 서버에서 할당된 사용자 요청 우선순위를 유지하도록 한다. 둘째는 부하분산 접근방법으로, IP 수준의 가장법과 터널링 기술을 이용하여 웹 서버의 부하를 분산하여 웹 서비스의 신뢰성을 보장하고 응답속도를 개선한다.

Research on the Relative Importance and the Priority for the Functions of the U-City Service Aid Organization (U-City 서비스 지원기관 기능의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위 연구)

  • The aim of this research is to analyze the priority to functions of the U-city Service Aid Organization(USAO), which is to support invigorating U-City industry. This research analyzes the relative importance and the priority about the functional area and components of UASO based on AHP. This research also performs a sensitivity analysis. The research result shows that relative importance of functional area is like following orders: 1) distribution of U-City service-related information, 2) quality certification of U-City-related products and services, 3) R&D of U-City technology, 4) standardization of U-City, 5) U-City human resource development. The relative importance order of functional components is 1) establishment of U-City information distribution organization, 2) construction and management of U-City information distribution network, 3) supporting U-City information distribution and price policy, 4) providing U-City information list for distribution, 5) preparation and application of quality certification standard of U-City products and services, 6) research on legal system of U-City items, targets, and procedures for quality certification, 7) research, analysis, and provision of U-City information distribution situation, 8) level examination of constructed infrastructures and services in U-City, 9) U-City core technology development and localization of technology, 10) standardization of collected U-City information, service classification, distribution system. This research result can be applied directly to design functions of USAO. The result also can be used for duty management, human resource planning, or resource allocation.

An Analysis of the Relative Importance of Park Services for User-Oriented Smart Park Development (이용자 중심의 스마트공원 조성을 위한 공원서비스의 상대적 중요도 분석)

  • Interest in smart parks has been increasing due to the recent rapid rise of smart cities, but concerns are growing over the development of technology-oriented smart parks. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relative importance of park services through Focus Group Interviews and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to develop user-oriented smart parks in the future. To this end, literature on park functions and services was reviewed, and interviews with experts in the field of landscape architecture and IT were conducted to derive service items. The AHP model consisted of four values, and 15 park services were established and used to survey 38 landscape experts. As a result, services for improving the park's essential functions, such as contact with nature, relaxation, and exercise-walking, were deemed important. Services related to the environment and safety in response to climate change, such as the amelioration of pollution and heatwaves were also high. The importance of social integration services was relatively low, but it was considered an important service to when enhancing community participation. Future smart parks should enhance the health benefits of contact with nature rather than implementing excessive artificial facilities and technology. Additionally, smart technology will need to be applied based on users' needs while reflecting local characteristics. Efforts should be made to enhance user intimacy and improve the understanding of smart parks by strengthening public relations education.

  • LBS의 등장은 무선인터넷의 이동성 특징에서 기인한다. 이 이동성을 대변하는 것은 바로 위치정보이고, 무선인터넷 시장이 확산되면서 무선인터넷의 킬러 애플리케이션으로 등장하게 되었다. 본 연구는 무선인터넷 서비스의 한 분야로 급속하게 확장되고 있는 위치기반 서비스의 기술모델을 수립하고 관련 기술들에 대한 중요도 등의 수요조사를 수행하는 것이다. 위치기반 서비스의 기술모델 구성 부분에서는 해외 모델들에 대한 특징을 분석하여 각 기술구분에 의한 개념적 모델을 구성하였다. 이 모델은 일반화된 위치기반 서비스의 구성을 제시하고 있으며 이를 바탕으로 각 기술분야의 기술수요조사를 가능하게 한다 기술수요 조사에서는 다양한 위치기반서비스의 개발과 제공에 대비한 수요자별 기술수요를 조사하고, 이에 대한 중요도를 분석함으로써 합리적인 기술개발, 관련 산업정책, 사업추진 및 산업 활성화 등에 효율성 및 적정성 유도할 수 있게 하였다.

  • 최근 해운고객 업체의 높은 서비스 기대에 따른 다양하고 질 높은 서비스 개발이 필요하다. 해운사업의 4대영역인 운임시장, 신 조선시장, 중고선 매매시장 및 해체시장의 점진적 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 해운선사가 제공하는 서비스와 관련된 문헌연구를 고찰하여 해운선사의 현황을 파악하고, 이들이 제공하는 서비스 질 향상을 위한 전략 수립 시 사용할 수 있는 평가요인을 도출하여 요인 간의 상대적 중요도를 제시하고자 한다.
