This study is research of actual proof on verification of the user's utility about mobile convergence products and the types of convergence categorize into four types according to their characteristics. Four types of convergence; (1)Open service via scalable internet, (2)Close service dependent on mobile phones, (3)Broadcast services such as DMB, (4)Individual products such as camera based on digital technology. The purpose of research model is to identify differences in effect value of the types of mobile convergence according to its usage level and level of quality. As the result of this study, Usage level of open service/individual products had a significant effect on the user's utility about mobile convergence products, Also Level of quality of open service had a significant effect.

User-centered public transportation services such as DRT, Autonomous Transit etc. have been provied but current minimum level of service for public transportation has been evaluated by the operator because there is no data on user's accessibility to use public transportation. This study was performed GRID analysis using altteul transport card data including user's accessibility to use public transportation. The analysis result showed that user's accessibility to use public transportation was different within a same dong area. We proposed improving minimum level of service for public transportation considered by the user. The result of applying the proposed method showed that many area was changed to unsatisfied area for minimum level of service for public transportation

본 연구에서는 Flickr에서 제공하는 어노테이션 기법 중 Note 서비스에 대한 다양한 분석 결과를 제공하고, 이를 기반으로 소셜 미디어 검색을 위한 Flickr Note의 응용 방안을 제안한다. Flickr Note는 기존의 태그 기반 검색에서 활용되는 태그와는 달리 이미지의 특정 영역 위에 직접적으로 할당되는 텍스트들의 집합이다. Flickr Note는 보다 지능적인 소셜 이미지 공유 및 검색 서비스를 위하여 다양한 정보들을 제공할 수 있는 중요한 데이터지만, 이를, 이미지 검색에 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 연구는 미미한 수준이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Flickr Note에 대한 다양한 분석을 통하여 소설 이미지 검색에서 Note의 역할 및 활용 기능성을 제공하고자 하며, 이를 바탕으로 Flickr Note 기반의 이미지 분석 및 검색을 위한 다양한 연구들이 시도되기를 기대한다.

Small-sized domestic logistics-companies are required to satisfy the high quality of logistics information service. However, these companies are not prepared to complete customers' requirement because of the e-logistics process, excess of logistics distribution steps, and so forth. Moreover, large-sited foreign logistics companies are going into domestic market and trying to share the market. In this paper, we propose an ASP-based real-time Logistics Information Control System using location-based service(LBS) and logistics information service to reinforce the competitiveness of domestic logistics-companies and improve the customer service quality. This system is designed to trace and control the real-time logistics movement information by using GPS and to process the transportation information by using SMS.

This study was conducted to provide information which will be useful for managing the forest trails effectively. To investigate users' attitudes toward the forest trail construction and use, a questionnaire survey was employed in the Jirisan Dulegil. As the results, most of the respondents perceived that the Jirisan Dulegil have positive impact economically and socio-culturally on community growth. Contrastively, a negative perception existed in the environmental aspect. The users' satisfaction level regarding the Jirisan Dulegil appear to be positive. Users' satisfaction level regarding use services provided in community boundary was evaluated relatively lower. In this point of view, trail use service system provided in the community should be reconsidered for effective forest trail management.

Handset 을 통한 m-Commerce 시장의 확장과 더불어 커머스를 기반으로 한 물류서비스, 무선 인트라넷, 모바일 증권거래 등에 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)를 정보단말로 이용하는 서비스가 늘어나면서 PDA 무선 보안솔루션 개발에 관련된 관심이 잇따르고 있다. 특히 PDA 무선 보안솔루션은 무선 PKI를 비롯해 암호화 솔루션, 백신, 파이어월 등 다양한 분야에서 독특한 기술이 개발되고 있으며 보안분야의 새로운 시장을 형성할 것으로 기대된다. PDA 무선 보안 솔루션은 증권, 뱅킹 등에서 시도되어지고 있는 Application layer 에서 암호/복호화 하는 방식, 유선과 동일하게 브라우저/ 웹서버에서 제공하는 SSL 암호화 방식, SSL v3 및 TLS v1 과 호환되는 자체 암호화 모듈 방식등의 3 가지로 크게 나누어 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 WinCE OS 의 iPaq PDA 에 SSL v3 및 TLS v1 과 호환되는 자체 암호화 모듈 방식의 시스템을 설계한다. PDA 와 서버 간의 인증, 메시지 기밀성 및 무결성을 충족시킬 수 있는 보안 서비스를 제공하고 유선과 동일한 수준의 보안 수준을 유지하면서도 지금까지 무선 암호인증의 문제점이었던 소용량 무선단말기의 한계를 극복하는 PDA 용 무선 보안 솔루션을 설계하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

Ubiquitous service environment is poor in reliability of connection and has a high probability that the intrusion and the system failure may occur. Therefore, in the environment, the capability of a system to collectively accomplish its mission in spite of active intrusions and various failure scenarios, that is, the survivability of services are needed. In this paper, we analyze the Jgroup/ARM framework that was developed in order to help the development of fault- tolerant Jini services. More importantly, we propose an intrusion-tolerant Jini service architecture to satisfy the security availability and quality of services on the basis of the analysis. The proposed architecture is able to protect a Jini system not only from faults such as network partitioning or server crash, but also from attacks exploiting flaws. It is designed to provides performance enough to show a low response latency so as to support seamless service usage. Through the experiment on a test-bed, we have confirmed that the architecture is able to provide high security and availability at the level that degraded services quality is ignorable.

Service-Oriented Computing (SOC) is the development method that published services are selected and composed at runtime to deliver the expected functionality to service clients. SOC should get maximum benefits not only supporting business agility but also reducing the development time. Services are selected and composed at runtime to improve the benefits. However, current programming language, SOC platforms, business process modeling language, and tools support either manual selection or static binding of published services. There is a limitation on reconfiguring and redeploying the business process to deliver the expected services to each client. Therefore, dynamic selection is needed for composing appropriate services to service clients in a quick and flexible manner. In this paper, we propose Dynamic Selection Handler (DSH) on ESB. we present a design method of Dynamic Selection Handler which consists of four components; Invocation Listener, Service Selector, Service Binder and Interface Transformer. We apply appropriate design patterns for each component to maximize reusability of components. Finally, we describe a case study that shows the feasibility of DSH on ESB.

As a part of the ITS, the traffic information system is more widely adopted to deliver traffic information to vehicle drivers via various types of media. As the ITS system establishment has been recognized as somewhat accomplished, the focus has shifted to the efficient operation and maintenance of the system. In this paper, we propose a method for evaluating a VMS traffic information service system from a user's perspective. In particular, relational expressions for the level of information provided and the level of user satisfaction are generated for the evaluation to take place from the user psychological satisfaction aspect of all other beneficial features of the system. As continuous flow facility is the one that has limited entry and exit, the traffic information of VMS plays a significant role for vehicle drivers to make their decisions. A method suggested in this paper could be used for evaluating an existing system as well as setting up the target service level of the system of a new system. If individual system properties are considered along with various VMS functions being as supplement of this research, more systematic evaluation method could be arranged.

In the perspective of service, it is important to institute certification process required by International Standard Organization (ISO) for software (SW) development process, since Information and Communication Technology (ICT) takes high portion of the Korean industry and its certification for SW is essential internationally for trade. In addition, the certification service provided by BPMN tools like ADONIS is absolutely necessary. In that perspective, this paper proposes a new approach to satisfy this kind of necessity. This approach provides the certification service for the safety of SW required at the international level in Korean industry. Furthermore, the approach can be applied to other domains beside the SW. In order to demonstrate the approach, this paper shows how to guarantee service design for certification of ECSS-E-40 of European Space Agency (ESA) with ADONIS. This paper focuses on specification and verification of SW in E-40, and the main requirement for the verification will be safety of the SW.
