This study is to identify different characteristics of chinese tourists in relation to food tourism. These features includes motivation, travel behavior, attributions, information source, preference about local food and food tourism. Based on the results from empirical investigation, it develop suggestions for attracting chinese tourism to rural area. The results shows that the strongest motivation is to find new food which is different from daily life. Also, they believed that eating local food is meaningful travel behavior. In addition, this study reveals that the attribution of food selection is highly related to freshness, tastes, and sanitation. Accordingly, this study suggests following guide to attract chinese tourist to rural area. 1) developing unique and authentic local food, 2) preparing extensive menu with meat and local agricultural products & a light menu for breakfast 3) deliberating about freshness and sanitation, 4) creating good appearance and smell.

Satellite signal is excellent broadband, can provide the same information in a wide range, but there is a disadvantage that much less of the security level of the data. Therefore, supplementation of safety is a serious problem than anything in the satellite communication. In this paper, it was simulated by applying ARIA in encryption technique and by applying transport mode, tunnel mode in security header AH and ESP in order to examine the effect of IPsec VPN. In addition, we had compare with general services that do not apply encryption in order to analyze the impact of the encryption algorithm. Channel, by applying the Markov channel and adding AWGN, is constituted a satellite communication environment. In case of retransmission based error control scheme, we applied Type-II HARQ scheme and Type-III HARQ scheme which are performance is a good way in recently, and it is constituted by a turbo code and BPSK modulation scheme. we were analyzed performance in BER and Throughput in order to compare the simulation more effectively.

This study investigates the importance of government's support for logistics security assurance through certification programs. First, the study analyzed priorities among the requirements of logistics firms through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Quality Function Deployment(QFD) approaches. For this process we invited 21 logistics experts to assess the relationships between logistic firms' requirements and government policies regarding logistics security using the house of quality, a set of matrices of QFD. The results of this phase of the study revealed the priorities of logistics firms' goals regarding the diffusion of the government security certification program as follows: integrated logistics security systems(40.3%), strengthening government support systems(32.4%), and operational effectiveness of logistics security certification(27.2%). Second, a relative weights applied QFD method based on AHP was applied to determined the expected outcome of the logistics security certification program. The results indicated as follows: productivity improvement(28.4%), improved level of service(26.7%), logistics cost reduction(21.6%), advanced information systems(19.7%), and improved environmental protection(3.6%). The results of this study provide new insights concerning logistics firms' requirements for supply chain security and the importance of government's support policies through logistics security certification programs.

As the mobile content industry is growing, mobile health (m-health) market is expanding based on various contents. It has developed in the way of utilizing health contents through mobile device such as smart phone among young people. This study aims to examine the usage of m-health application and factors of continuous usage among students in Seoul National University. The result is expected to provide a foundation for future health promotion programs utilizing m-health. The study analyzes the difference of application usage tendency based on demographic characteristic and the continuous usage, and compared the level of knowledge, attitude, belief, and practice (KABP) of mobile health application. 28% of the total sample population uses the application continuously, and their KABP level was higher than that of users that stopped using. This study goes beyond the previous studies of service satisfaction and acceptance analysis on the marketing level, and is meaningful in that it has analyzed the m-health application usage from the public health point of view.

Consumer's value based content and business platform are more important than the existing supplier based market. Convergence civilization paradigm is being accelerated with expanded combination of information & communication technology and others. In this study, it was classified into four groups with respect to the level and viewpoints of innovation in products and services, which were already supplied on the market by industry convergence activity. Barriers that are obstacles to the development of a new converged industry through strategic approaches were identified by surveying the current industrial status. In detail, they were summarized with respect to three aspects, such as, target, infrastructure and main agent of individual sector. Finally, it presents an alternative to overcome the obstacles and develop a new growth engines for the future industrial evolution.

Discovering customers' behavioral patterns from large data set and providing them with corresponding services or products are critical components in managing a current business. However, the diversity of customer needs coupled with the limited resources suggests that companies should make more efforts on understanding and managing specific groups of customers, not the whole customers. The key issue of this paper is based on the fact that the behavioral patterns extracted from the specific groups of customers shall be different from those from the whole customers. This paper proposes the idea of pre-segmentation before developing customer classification models. We collected three customers' demographic and transactional data sets from a credit card, a tele-communication, and an insurance company in Korea, and then segmented customers by major variables. Different churn prediction models were developed from each segments and the whole data set, respectively, using the decision tree induction approach, and compared in terms of the hit ratio and the simplicity of generated rules.

Products and/or services should be objectively verified in terms of the technological and use-conditional considerations before entering a market. Every organization or company tries to find the better procedure and method for checking the core needs of customers based on their experience in the market and looks for continuous ways to evaluate the power of products and services(PoP). They also prefer the overall evaluation of indices that could reflect various customer needs, rather than a separate evaluation index for each characteristic of the product or service. S. Ko (2008) proposes a Multi-characteristics Sigma Level(MSL) that can simultaneously evaluate many characteristics of a product or service. In this research, using MSL and a new Blue Ocean Index(BOI), an application of NPS, mobile phone field test is considered from a practical and statistical point of view.

Since "Act on Private Participation in Infrastructure" were changed in January 2005, BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) projects of Private Participation In Infrastructure was introduced in the domestic construction market for the purpose of providing public facilities with the public. Selecting the most qualified Promoter should be considered discreetly in BTL projects because BTL projects is for projects with approximately thirty year project life cycle, plan, construction, operating, maintenance and obviously the success of the project totally depends on the capability and role of concessionaire. However, score for cost is likely to influence designating concessionaire to take the project. Accordingly, low bid contract with too much competition could decrease the quality of the construction plan and operating plan. Thus, this study did preliminary research and documents on problems of evaluation criteria for designating concessionaire in BTL projects, and proposed improvement program by doing questionnaire over specialists of each field.

This paper analyzes the impact of the change in telecommunication regulation on network investment such as the integration of telecommunication service. The integration of telecommunication service plays a role of separating the behavior regulation from entrance regulation and reducing a entrance constraints. Therefore, it is expected that the market spill over effect is high through the improvement of behavior regulation such as interconnection regulation, facilities provisions, retail price regulation, bundling, number portability of VoIP. This paper discusses the critical factor affecting the decision making process in respect of the firm level and analyzes the impact path guiding investment and innovation. Finally, the paper proposes the guideline for telecommunications policy.
