In this study, we analyzed student satisfaction and effectiveness regarding the Center for Teaching and Learning Support where students are using educational information. Based on the analysis, the purpose of this study was to identify the requirements for the improvement to enhance the educational support by the Center for Teaching and Learning Support. As a result, it was shown that satisfaction and effectiveness as well as requirement for improvement were different depending on school level. Therefore, it is necessary for the Center to enhance the services appropriate for each school level rather than unified services. In other words, the improvement is required to enhance the fun and interesting aspects for elementary and middle school students, and the effort is required to enhance the quality aspect of information for high school students when educational information is provided.

As the demand for finding clearer information amid vast information acquisition increases, the enhancement of academic research services is highly important. In 2019, the Presidential Archives opened the only academic research services among the permanent archives management institutions. This study aims to identify the status of the insufficient use of academic research services implemented in the Presidential Archives, analyze problems and requirements through interviews with users who have used the Presidential Archives for academic purposes and conducted research, suggest a plan to upgrade the research services of the Presidential Archives, and offer a plan to improve the services of archives institutions accordingly. Researchers mostly sought information through an online search, but the information gap was large depending on the background knowledge, and the research scope was reduced because of insufficient information. Moreover, problems occurred regarding search tools, records management, and records disclosure, and most users were unaware of the academic research services. Therefore, the advancement plans entailed reducing the information gap among researchers, improving the search tool functions, creating more detailed descriptions of records, resolving geographic constraints, promoting academic research services and developing content, nurturing subject-specialized archivists, and providing online chatting services.

Richmedia Service means that interactive media service can provide view with various multimedia elements(such as Video, Audio, Text) at same time. Various Multimedia elements can be serviced by Scene Description technology standards like BIFS(Binary Format for Scenes) and LASeR(Light Application Scene Representation). By providing Scene Component information, richmedia service is available to various multimedia services. so users is available to personalized services fitting temporal and spatial options. In conventional technology, when the scene is changed by user or service, mobile deletes the scene of configuration information and makes new scene of configuration information. this is a very inefficient way. In this paper, Propoesed that by using DOM(Document Object Model) method, to pass only the dynamic configuration part, changes scene method.

Studies on human-centered services are approaching their highest peak with the emergence of a new concept of the network environment, a ubiquitous environment. Among these ubiquitous service technologies, services related to health care are very closely related to the current social environment. In this paper, With social aging and changes in ubiquitous IT environment, studies on health care, which is among the essential application services and which has been defined as a key application technology, and studies related to it have been conducted. In addition, healthcare services, which are essentially applicable to the ubiquitous environment, were suggested by analyzing existing healthcare studies and drawing from them the requirements for such. This paper proposes management protocol for serious case except from health care research. This system is constructed database using RFID, it has location information. It provides procedures to consistently monitor the status of patients and process the outcome in real-time.

Recently, as wireless communication are becoming more and more popular, Internet users is becoming increasingly demand HTTP-based web service in mobile computing environment. But, overall performance of web services may slow down, because mobile device are generally equipped with lower capability. Therefore, the most important factor to design wireless internet delivery system should be scalable to handle a large scale traffic due to rapidly growing users. But, in case of some preceding research, they not present a basic efficiency reform measure until currently. Therefore, In this paper, We propose a Web Service Delivery System for mobile environment that alleviates problems that occurred while executing web services in mobile environment and are helpful to overcome the above needs. The system composed of HTML/WML Converter, SOAP message processor. We compare the existing system with the proposed system.

This study suggests the user's needs for a smart parking service that enables parking lot search and advance reservation service, and is a study on the user's preference selection model related to fees (reservation fee, penalty fee), etc. Two types of user preference models in the form of logit models were constructed by composing a response questionnaire for smart parking service. The first is a model for selecting a smart parking lot, which suggests a situation in which the probability of selection is higher than that of a general parking lot in the relationship between usage fee and cost. The second is a parking ticket reservation discount selection model, and the smart parking service selection probability was analyzed through the relationship model between the reservation amount and the penalty. It can be used as a design requirement that enables sophisticated and various types of smart parking service considering users' preferences.

Future Internet has been designing and developing in the world because of overcoming limits of current Internet and accepting new requirements. Therefore it is totally different from architectures of current Internet and it is based on Clean-Slate. Future Internet already has been studying with enormous investment by advanced countries such as USA, EU etc. Technical characteristics of Future Internet can be categorized into Infra techniques, Architectures and Service techniques. Especially, our country is in a superior position in Infra techniques and Service techniques. We can have competitiveness to develop trust communication in Future Internet because we have advantages of various Services such as mobile communication, Machine to Machine and Sensor Networks. This paper aims to analysis reference model of trust communication in Future Internet. To achieve this, we studied analysis of security techniques in four Future Internet researches of NSF.

In this paper, we propose the adaptive separated-queueing ATM switching model for the effective processing of the various types of multimedia traffic by virtue of ATM switching network with multiple outlets which is the essential part of B-ISDN. This proposed model employs the dynamically separated buffering mechanism in the processing of two classes of cell, realtime service traffic and non-realtime service traffic, at the output buffer to enhance the overall QoS(Quality of Service). The adopted ATM switch architecture has Batcher-banyan based network, but it uses different topologies and control techniques 6to resolve the cell contention. For the performance evaluation of our proposed method, we have done both analytical modeling and simulation. The both results show that our proposed queueing strategy is quite appropriate to the ATM switch with multiple outlets and can quarantee the QoS requirements of the incoming multimedia traffic.

Recently, Korea government make an effort to make jobs through public information disclosure and a public-private partnerships. In this regard, the MOLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) is pushing the V-World Business. The V-World is the public platform for the government to disclose spatial and adminstration information. However, the V-World is still not been able to fulfill the role of a public platform, private partnerships window, Warehouse jobs. So, the molit is promoting the V-World advanced project, creating a long-term plan. This study performed a user satisfaction survey and analysis, this result are used as a basis data of the efficient execution of the V-World advanced project and creating long-term planning. Also, we suggested V-World Service Improvement, Open API Service Improvement, future service direction. This study improve the current the V-World, will be utilized as basic data of improving utilization of the use.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction and requirements of users' devices after development of tablet based AAC(Augmentative and Alternatice Communication) application for Android. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the satisfaction and the requirement of tablet - based AAC application, Were assessed using the Korea Assistive Technology Assessment Tool (KAAT). As a result of satisfaction evaluation of tablet-based smart AAC device, all the items including device, service, and everyday life showed positive response satisfying from 5 point scale to more than 4 point scale. However, it was relatively low in the items of effectiveness, manipulation and convenience. Some of the improvements in the application include the enlargement of the symbol sound and the simplicity of symbol editing. The results of the study suggest that continual updates of m Smart AAC applications, the simplicity of symbolic editing, application usage and training should be improved. The satisfaction evaluation results of this study and the feedback of potential users will be the guidelines for improving and complementing the functions of existing smart AAC devices.
