새로운 패러다임인 유비쿼터스에 대한 개념이나 적용 기술들에 대해서는 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 이를 고려한 도메인 분석 기법에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 또한, 범용적으로 사용되고 있는 휘처 기반의 도메인 분석 기법은 공간 재설계나 상황 인지 등의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 대표적인 특징을 수용하는 데에는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 #공간 재설계#나 #상황 인지#에 초점을 두고 휘처 개발 방법을 통해 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스의 도메인 분석 방법을 제시한다. 유비쿼터스 환경을 위한 정형화된 유비쿼터스 휘처 메타모델을 제시하고, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스를 휘처로 표현함으로써 기존의 휘처 모델링 방법에 의한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스의 모델링 접근을 가능하게 한다. 이로써 유비쿼터스 서비스 도메인 모델의 효과적인 분석을 가능하게 하고 정형화된 휘처 모델을 통한 기존 휘처 모델의 제품 계열 개발에 따른 재사용성을 증진시킬 수 있다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템은 방대한 정보와 자료를 가진 컴퓨팅 시스템으로 해커의 공격 대상이 되기쉽다. 또한 복잡한 구조를 가지기 때문에 취약점이 발생하기 쉬워 체계적인 보안 분석이 필요하다. 현재 클라우드 컴퓨팅 보안 요구사항 분석이나 권고 사항 연구를 위해 많은 국제 협의기구가 활발히 활동 중이다. 하지만 협의기구들의 연구 활동은 서비스 유형에 따라 사업자 기준에서 보안 분석이 이루어지고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스가 보다 활발히 발달하기 위해서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 이용하는 사용자들을 세분화하고 그들에 맞는 보안 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 보안 분석들과 다르게 사용자 기준에서 분석한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 보안 분류를 제시한다.

Mobile Communication Companies are trying to increase data services rather than telephone communication services that already became saturated as the competition of mobile communication market gets intensified. However, it is hard and time-consuming for customers to find desired mobile phone wireless services because of the limitation of screen and speed of the mobile phone. Therefore, the market does not grow rapidly as mobile communication companies expected. In our research, we suggest a personalized wireless service recommendation system that considers each individual context by using geographic information and wireless internet usage logs to overcome the mentioned problems. In order to design and implement the system, we conducted clustering analysis on base stations and real service usage logs of each base station, and suggested a personalized recommendation system based on collaborative filtering that uses the clustering results. Moreover, we verified the performances of our system with experiments.

The necessity of research for EA service and performance is surfacing while nation-level and individual agency level performances utilizing Government-wide EA information. In this study, performance model for EA service has been developed categorizing characteristic elements of EA as service. And weight differences between quality items that constitute performance model have been calculated using AHP analysis method. To achieve the stated, SERVQUAL applied performance model for EA service has been developed working through logical reasoning and a broad range of theoretical studies concerning EA service. Moreover, relative weight differences between quality items that constitute the model have been calculated. The results of weight analysis find that importance differences between quality items in order of significance are as follows: EA administrator > EA information > EA education > EA policy > EA operating system. This study, as the nation's first research to graft the public-sector EA service onto SERVQUAL Model that is capturing remarkable attention, has considerable practical and theoretical implications.

This study sought to find importance factors for the quality of delivery food service, identify the mutual importance of delivery food service quality studied in the preceding study, and derive the order of importance of each factor. To compare the priorities of factors determining the choice of quality of delivery food service, this study used a decision model using the appropriate Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and carried out the process of quantifying the mutual evaluation. This process allows us to view the relative importance and priority of the selection factors. Through a prior study, the main factors of quality of delivery food service were classified and the main people of high importance were selected. According to the results of AHP the quality of deliver service is the main factor for the quality of delivery food service, and the quality of order service and food service is the key factor of the quality of delivery food service, which should take the upper hand in importance. This study results in how important specific factors are by giving relative self-weights to the lower factors, showing that convenience and accuracy always have the first and second place weight priorities in the lower factors, despite differences such as gender age and frequency of making them more convenient and accurate.

인공지능 기계학습에 의한 한문고전 자동번역기는 승정원일기 뿐만 아니라, 한국 고문헌 중 천문 기록에 특화되어 한자로 된 천문 고전을 한글로 번역해 서비스하고 있다. 한국천문연구원은 한국지능정보사회진흥원이 주관하는 2019년도 Information and Communication Technology 기반 공공서비스 촉진사업에 한국고전번역원과 공동 참여하여 이 자동 번역기 개발을 완료한 것이다. 이 번역기의 개발 목적은 초벌 번역 수준일지라도 문장 형태의 한문을 한글로 자동 번역하는 것이며, 이 연구는 현재 번역기 운용 현황을 서비스 별로 분석하고자 한다. 자동 번역관련 서비스는 크게 3가지이다. 첫째, 누구나 웹 접속을 통해 사용 가능한 한문고전 자동번역 대국민 서비스이다. 1년간 자체 시험을 거쳐 2021년 1월 12일 시험판을 오픈하여 운용 중에 있다. 둘째, 기관별로 구축된 코퍼스와 도메인 특화된 번역 모델 등을 관리할 수 있는 한문고전 자동번역 확산 플랫폼 서비스이다. 대국민 서비스와 함께 클라우드 기반으로 서비스되며, 한국고전번역원이 관리를 담당한다. 셋째, 자동번역 Applied Programmable Interface를 활용한 한국천문연구원 내 자체 활용이 가능한 천문고전 자동번역 서비스이다. 서비스 현황 분석은 기관별 관리 서비스에 해당되는 한문고전 자동번역 확산 플랫폼에서 집계하여 제공하는 대시보드의 통계 기능을 활용한다. 각 서비스별 문장과 파일 번역 이용 건수, 번역 속도, 평균 자수 뿐만 아니라, 번역 모델 프로필에 따른 이용률 분석이 가능하다. 이에 따른 주요 분석 중 하나인 올해 전체 번역 이용 건수는 한 해 각 기관의 평균 방문자수 대비 87% 성과 목표에 해당되는 약 38만 건에 근접할 것으로 예측된다. 이 자동 번역기는 원문 해독 시간을 단축시키는 효과와 함께 미번역 천문 고문헌의 활용성을 높여 다양한 연구에 기여할 것이다.

Urban parks are public spaces that provide various services for any urban resident to use and enjoy. Parks should be fairly distributed so that the urban parks can be equally used amongst different regions, generations and classes. Researches on spatial distribution of urban parks have been continuously conducted from the past based on the principles of fairness with variety, and it was evident that their techniques have become more elaborate and sophisticated. Yet, there have been limitations in the analysis of residents who are the main users of the urban parks. The research done so far was unable to apply the real number of the residents and it was carried out by only classifying and analyzing the population by the same scale(grid in the same sizes), postal(zip) code and administrative district. The actual population that resides within the usable range of urban parks was not used. This study analyzes and evaluates the spatial distribution that the residents can use on foot, by utilizing the service areas and the residents' registration data by addresses. In this study, to analyze the square measure of the service areas of neighborhood parks in Daegu Metropolitan City and the number of residents within and outside of the service area, network analysis techniques were employed and the residents' registration data were utilized. Major findings were that the Square measure of service areas of neighborhood parks turned out to be 31.23% of the square measure of the residential areas and also, that only 43.03% of the population of the Daegu Metropolitan area lives within the service areas of the neighborhood parks.

This paper analyzes the quality of library services for disabled by studying the service of national public libraries and libraries for the disabled. The sample consists of 768 public libraries and 36 libraries for the disabled. The evaluation criteria is composed of six areas: general, amenities, substitute data, complementary device, source/information service, and culture program. The findings show various deviations depending on the library operator, contents and region. The research also shows that the service quality for the disabled is higher in libraries with specialized worker for this type of library services.

본 논문은 ATSC2.0 기반 8-VSB/MH 융합형 3DTV (A/104 Part 5 Service Compatible 3DTV using Main and Mobile Hybrid Delivery, A/104 part 5) 방식의 서비스 커버리지 및 음영지역을 예측할 수 있는 측정 및 분석시스템 개발에 대하여 기술 한다. ATSC2.0 기반 고정/이동 방송시스템은 8-VSB 로 전송되는 고정 TV 방송서비스(좌영상 전송)와 ATSC-MH 로 전송되는 in-band 모바일 방송서비스(우영상 전송)를 모두 수신하여 좌/우영상의 재생 및 동기화를 통해 융합형 3D 영상을 복원하게 된다. 따라서 융합형 3DTV 수신기는 고정 및 모바일 방송신호를 모두 수신하여야 융합형 3D 영상복원을 할 수 있으며, 방송사 입장에서 서비스 커버리지 측정을 하기위해서는 8-VSB 및 ATSC-MH 신호의 수신여부를 모두 측정하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 RF 수신전계강도 파라미터 및 GPS 정보등을 실시간으로 모니터링하여, 시스템 사용자에가 융합형 3DTV 서비스 커버리지 측정 및 분석을 통해 서비스를 위한 RF 방송망 셀 구성 및 음영지역을 예측할 수 있는 ATSC2.0 융합형 3DTV 서비스 커버리지 분석기 구현에 대한 내용을 기술한다.

In this study the need for new service qualify assessment scale is investigated to cope with the paradigm change in library information service and the dimension and model for e-service quality assessment applicable to a digital library are developed. In order to verify newly proposed dimension and model for e-service qualify assessment, the dimension which is developed by employing data collected from NDSL(National Digital Science Library) and its factor are analyzed and casuality analysis between independent and dependent variables is executed based on the proposed e-service qualify model We also analyze the gap between customer's ideal expectation and perception and, finally investigate what is the most important dimension among e-service quality in the digital library from the customer's point of view.
