The Study of Service Quality Model in O2O(Online-to-Offline) Context (O2O(Online-to-Offline) 환경에서의 서비스 품질요인 탐색에 관한 연구)

  • In O2O environment(Online-to-Offline), providers attract new customers via web sites and lead them to pay online, then induce them again to offline when receiving products. Thus, online and offline channel is integrated and create synergy for marketing in O2O context. As online and offline channel coexist in O2O, consumers' perceptions for products and services that providers offer cannot help being different compared to an independent channel (i.e., either online or offline). Therefore, this research aims to develop the O2O service quality model(O2O-SQ model). Especially, O2O is the unique environment where offline, online, and mobile commerce are integrated so that the current paper suggests the $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model by integrating the common factors of offline, online, and mobile service quality model through the previous literature review. Hence, this study conducts FGI(Focus Group Interview) for customers who have experienced in purchasing products in O2O commerce. Among integrated common service quality factors of $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model, the current paper identifies the specific service quality factors that customers perceive significantly through FGI analysis. Moreover, after extracting the unique O2O-SQ factors with this qualitative analysis and integrating with the $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model, the paper develops the final O2O-SQ model.

  • 본 논문의 주목적은 경쟁이 치열한 항공 산업의 주체인 국적 항공사들의 효과적인 기내식서비스 품질 경영을 위한 항공사 서비스품질 차원의 규명을 위함이다. 항공사 서비스에서 객실 서비스가 차지하는 비중이 상당하며, 그 중 기내식 서비스 시 승무원과 고객 간에 많은 상호작용이 장시간 유지된다. 특히 좌석등급에 따라 고객들의 인구통계학적 특성도 다른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 좌석 등급에 따라 기내식 서비스 품질 차원들이 어떻게 다르게 나타나고 그 구성요인들이 무엇인가를 밝힌다. 본 논문의 결론은 항공사의 기내식 서비스 품질 차원들은 좌석 등급에 따라 큰 차이를 보이고 있어 고객의 만족도와 충성도 또한 다르게 나타날 것이라는 예측을 가능하게 한다. 그러므로 앞으로 기내식 서비스 품질만이 아니라 항공사 서비스 품질 평가 시 좌석 등급에 따른 서비스 평가가 필수적임을 본 연구 결과는 시사하고 있다.

A Study on Influences of Academic Library Service Quality on the Satisfaction and the Loyalty of Users (대학도서관의 서비스 품질이 이용자 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the casual relationships of the service qualify, the satisfaction of the users, and the loyalty of the users on the academic libraries. The study develops a model and a hypothesis based on the previous researches, and testifies through multiple regressions and path analysis using questionnaires from 266 academic library users(undergraduate students and graduate students) in the C University. The result of this study is summarized as the following: the service qualifies of e-service, contents, and librarians significantly influences the satisfaction of the users-undergraduate students on the qualifies of library space/environment and contents, and graduate students on the qualities of e-service and librarian. The satisfaction of the users and the quality of e-service are the variables that influence the loyalty of the users. The quality of e-service is an important variable that influence both the satisfaction and the loyalty of the users in academic libraries.

  • This study analyzed the effects that service convergence factors in the public sector have upon corporate performance via the parameter of overall satisfaction, targeting corporations that have received corporate support service under the auspices of regional industry promotion policies. The results of the analysis indicated that corporate support service quality factors pertaining to support processes and outcomes, excluding quality, have significant influence on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction also affects corporate performance. Thus, the study is significant in that it provides a sound basis for judging which aspects of corporate support convergence service quality need to be supplemented in order to improve overall satisfaction and corporate performance.

The Effect of Sommelier Service Quality on Customer's Emotional Response and Revisit Intention (소믈리에 서비스품질이 고객의 감정반응과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The study aimed at grasping the factors of sommelier service quality and analyzing how customers' emotional responses based on sommelier service quality had a big impact on the revisit intention for the customers who received sommelier service from food service industries located in Seoul. The findings are as follows. The effects of sommelier service quality on positive emotions were respectively significant in specialty factor(${\beta}$=.257, p<0.001), reliability factor(${\beta}$=.314, p<0.001), and responsiveness factor(${\beta}$=.387, p<0.001). And the effect on negative emotions was significant in specialty factor(${\beta}$=-.178, p<0.05). Meanwhile, the result of the effect on the revisit factor of sommelier service quality was significant in reliability factor(${\beta}$=.286, p<0.001). And the effects of customers' emotional response on revisit factor were significant in positive emotion factor(${\beta}$=.350, p<0.001) and negative emotion factor(${\beta}$=-.195, p<0.01) respectively. As the emotional responses based on sommelier service quality had a great impact on customers' revisit intention according to positive or negative emotions, it is necessary for food service industry operators to improve customer satisfaction with consolidating the factors to give customers positive emotions which eventually can lead them to revisit wine restaurants.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ERP system quality factors on the system use satisfaction and on personal and organizational performances. For achieving this objective, we investigated the interrelationship among quality factors, use satisfaction and business performance in the companies which operate the ERP system using questionnaires, whereas many previous studies focused on general quality factors such as the relationship between system quality and use satisfaction on organizational performance. The difference between our study and previous studies is that we classified the information system quality into three categories (system quality, information quality, and service quality) before analyzing the respective relationship among three identified variables (use satisfaction, individual performance and organization performance). The result of this study proved that the system quality, information quality, and service quality considered as the ERP system quality factors have a positive effect on user satisfaction level, respectively.

  • 본 연구는 e-Learning 컨텐츠 품질과 서비스 품질 차원을 분류하고, 학습자 특성에 따른 e-Learning 성과와의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 이에 기존 연구에 근거하여 e-Learning 컨텐츠 품질 차원을 교수설계, 내용성, 주의성으로 분류하고, 마케팅 분야의 정보 품질 모형 중에서 Parasuraman이 제시한 SERVQUAL 측정도구를 사용하여 e-Learning 서비스 품질 차원을 유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 확신성, 공감성으로 분류하였다. 이들 요인들이 e-Learning 성과(학습만족과 이용의도)에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 실정적으로 검정하고자 한다. 이들 요인들 간의 매개적 역할을 하는 많은 요인들이 존재할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 학습자의 경험적, 태도적, 행동적 특성과 자기효능감과 같은 학습자 특성의 매개 효과에 주목하고 한다.

The Effects of Service Fairness Service and Service Quality on Airline Reuse Intention -Moderating Effect of Value-Orientation - (항공사의 서비스공정성과 서비스품질이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 -가치지향성의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of service value in the effect of service fairness on service quality and structural causal relationship between service quality and reuse intention of domestic airlines. The impact between the variables was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 based on a survey of 320 airline users. The results are as follow. First, all the three factors of airline service fairness had a significant effect on service quality. Second, out of the three service fairness factors, distribution fairness and interactivity, had a positive effect on reuse intention. On the contrary, interactive fairness had no significant effect on reuse intention. Third, airline service quality had a significant effect on reuse intention. Finally, there was a moderating effect of value orientation in the relationship between service fairness and service quality.
