Study on the Enhancement of the Level of Service for the Pedestrian Queuing Area (보행자 점유공간 현행화 및 대기공간 서비스수준 산정을 위한 개선 연구)

  • Pedestrian facilities encompass pedestrian roads, stairs, and queuing areas exclusively designed for pedestrian use. The Korean Highway Capacity Manual provides guidelines for analyzing the capacity and level of service of pedestrian facilities. However, there is a lack of analysis methods tailored specifically for pedestrian facilities. Therefore, in this study, we introduced a new standard of pedestrian space to account for changes in the Korean body ellipse. Furthermore, based on this newly defined pedestrian space, we proposed a new standard value for the level of service of queuing areas. The results of on-site surveys confirmed that the proposed level of service can effectively reflect the actual walking situation.

  • The rapid change in almost every area of science at the turn of the 21s1 century have also affected libraries and information centers. Whatever the change, from the library users' perspective, the functions provided by the library, is perceived as "service" and the satisfaction of the users can only be measured by the quality of the service. The study adopted the SERVQUAL model and five factors of SERVQUAL. Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance. and Empathy are used as parameter values. In measuring the parameter variable, both the users' expectations and their perceived service level were measured. The difference between the expectations and the perceived level was used as users' assessment of service quality. According to the results. all but re-investment dependence level among the five SERVQUAL levels, were linked in one way or another.r another.

  • In recent years, BIM services have been used in many construction projects. However, they are raising the question that there are many differences between what was initially proposed and what was actually done. In the IT sector, a method called as SLA is used to perform an assessment of the services delivered to the IT service project. In this respect, this study intends to introduce this method into building construction projects to use BIM in order to propose evaluation criteria and the evaluation process for SLA-based BIM service. The BIM service assessment process and criteria presented are judged to help introduce consistent and systematic BIM services in construction projects.

  • The airline industry faces with significant competition due to the rise of technology innovation and diversified customer needs. Therefore, continuous quality management is essential to gain competitive advantages. For this reason, there have been various studies to measure and manage service quality using customer reviews. However, previous studies have focused on measuring customer satisfaction only, neglecting systematic management between customer expectations and perception based on customer reviews. In response, this study suggests a framework to identify relevant criteria for service quality management, measure the importance, and assess the customer perception based on customer reviews. Machine learning techniques, topic models, and sentiment analysis are used for this study. This study can be used as an important strategic tool for evaluating service quality by identifying important factors for airline customer satisfaction while presenting a framework for identifying each airline's current service level.

Determination of Key Factors for the Pedestrian LOS Introducing the Accessibility Index (접근성 지표를 도입한 보행로 서비스 수준의 영향요인 규명)

  • A considerable amount of literature has been published on pedestrian LOS. So far, however, there is a limitation that LOS analysis methodologies has concentrated on quantitative variables such as pedestrian flow rate, speed and space. This paper intended to suggest the accessibility variable which can not be considered on previous study. The factor was defined and quantified using public transport attributes in particular. This study was carried out in three phases: 1. defined accessibility employing public mode location and service information. 2. investigated the relationship between accessibility and pedestrian flow rate 3. developed the model to establish the factors affected to pedestrian LOS. The results showed that accessibility, walkway attribute and land use type affected the pedestrian LOS. Especially, accessibility and commercial area ratio had negative relationship with LOS. Futhermore, pedestrian LOS declined when obstacle of bus station located on the walkway. On the contrary, LOS was upgraded when sufficient effective width or residential area was secured. These results can receive considerable critical attentions related to determination of pedestrian LOS or effective walkway width.

  • LOS(Level of Service), the qualitative measure describing operational condition of highway, must be evaluated as quantative index in terms of user service. So, This study is focused on developing the user cost function that user cost is measured in the variation of V/C, MOE(Measure of Effectiveness) of LOS in basic Section of highway. The user cost is calculated as the sum of accident cost, operation cost, travel time cost. The data is collected in the four basic section of Singal-Ansan and Jung bu Highway. As the result of user cost function analysis, the user cost is the lowest When V/C is 0.54. Considering the V/C ratio(0.7) of Basic Section in rural highway suggested in KHCM, We find out that the LOS suggested KHCM increase the user cost of highway.

  • 본 논문은 고객의 관리 및 서비스의 중요성이 강조되고 기존의 마케팅 방법들이 온라인을 기반으로 한 고객 마케팅으로 바뀌는 경향에 따라 고객의 만족도를 반영한 고객지원시스템을 제안한다. 고객의 제품사용 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 고객을 수준에 따라 분류하여 수준별 학습에 따른 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 비즈니스 퍼포먼스를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 전문가에 의해 검증된 지식을 각 항목의 제품평가 기준으로 설정하고 삼각퍼지 수에 의한 컨텐츠만족도 평가를 통해 고객 의사의 반영비율을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 고객중심의 지원시스템은 고객관리 및 서비스지원부문에 활용 쥘 수 있을 것이다.

  • 정보기술의 발달 및 정보화의 촉진으로 인해 정보시스템의 복잡도는 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 정보보호제품을 설치 ${\cdot}$ 운영함으로써 보안목적을 달성하는 과거의 보안정책은 한계에 도달하였다고 할 수 있다. 대부분의 정보시스템 사용자들은 해당 정보시스템의 보안대책에 대한 신뢰가 적절한 수준인지 판단할 수 있기를 원하고 있으며, 또한 이러한 수준이 지속적으로 유지되기를 바라고 있다. 보안수준을 유지하기 위해서는 지속적으로 해당 시스템의 보안수준을 확인하여야 하는데, 이러한 확인 및 판단의 근거를 제공하는 가장 기본적이고 전통적인 방법은 보안수준에 대한 평가이다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템의 보안수준을 유지하기 위한 보안수준관리의 필요성과, 이를 위해 보안수준 확인이 필요한 평가 대상항목을 식별하였다.

A Study on the Analysis of Bicycle Road Service Level by Using Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (적응 뉴로-퍼지를 이용한 자전거도로 서비스수준 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Currently our country has very serious problems of traffic congestion and urban environment due to increasing automobile ownership. Recently, our concern about environmentally sustainable transportation and green transportation is increasing, so the government is pushing ahead the policy of bicycle using activation. So it is needed to develop a model to analyze the service level of bicycle roads more realistically. In this study, a neuro-fuzzy inference model to analyze the service level of bicycle roads was built selecting the width of bicycle roads, the number of conflicts during cycling and pedestrian volume, which have fuzzy characteristics, as input variables. The predictability of the model was evaluated comparing the surveyed and the estimated. The values of the statistics, $R^2$, MAE and MSE were 0.987, 0.142, 0.032. Therefore, It may be judged that the explainability of the model is very high. The service levels of bicyle roads estimated by the model are 1~3 steps lower than KHCM assessments. The reason may be explained that the model estimates the service level considering the width of bicycle roads and the number of conflicts simultaneously besides pedestrian volume.

A Study on Improving Minimum Level of Service for Public Transportation Using Altteul Transport Card Data (알뜰교통카드를 활용한 대중교통 최소서비스 수준 분석 기준 개선 방안 연구)

  • User-centered public transportation services such as DRT, Autonomous Transit etc. have been provied but current minimum level of service for public transportation has been evaluated by the operator because there is no data on user's accessibility to use public transportation. This study was performed GRID analysis using altteul transport card data including user's accessibility to use public transportation. The analysis result showed that user's accessibility to use public transportation was different within a same dong area. We proposed improving minimum level of service for public transportation considered by the user. The result of applying the proposed method showed that many area was changed to unsatisfied area for minimum level of service for public transportation
