The Healthcare supply chain management has recently attracted attention as a critical tool to improve service quality and reduce healthcare operational cost. Improving large hospital supply chain performance has become increasingly important as healthcare organizations strive to improve the service quality, while reducing the ever-increasing healthcare cost. This paper explores the strategic areas where the traditional supply chain management may enhance the overall performance of the large hospitals. Based on the literature review and relevant case analysis, this paper argues that the visibility, information sharing and standardization are the critical factors for deploying the supply chain principles, and also proposes the supply chain framework for efficient planning and execution, the use of RFID-enabled system for the end-to-end traceability of medical products, and cross-docking system for minimizing the inventory level in the hospital supply chain. Implications of the study findings are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to improve the competence and performance of teenage creators through the behavioral comparison. With the recent growth of video streaming services, the number of teenage creators is rapidly increasing. However, research on the video production behavior of teenagers is still limited. Therefore, in this study, we examined the video production behaviors of teenagers and assessed difficulties in each step. This study was conducted with the case study and the empirical study which interviewed the enthusiasts group and the creators group. Experimental results indicated that the editing stage was the most important but the lowest in both groups. In particular, the interest group had a greater burden on the editorial stage than the creator group. Therefore, in order to encourage teenage video production activities, it will be necessary to train them in editing programs or provide easy editing functions.

Voice commerce has emerged as a key channel for consumer searches and purchases. This study examines the continuance use intention of voice commerce, applying value-based adoption model. An online survey was conducted with 470 consumers who has experienced with voice commerce. As participants were who buys and purchases goods; or a user who uses food delivery service in voice commerce context. This study used SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 for descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structul equation modeling analysis. These reaults are as follows. First, usefuleness and response accuracy were significantly influenced the perceived value of voice commerce. Second, functional risk was significantly influenced the the perceived value of voice commerce. Third, perceived value was significantly influenced the continuance use intention of voice commerce. These results enhance understanding of voice commerce users and provide insight into the service provider of voice commerce.

Realistic media, the next-generation media technology in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, is becoming an issue as a technology to experience through an environment that optimizes user experience, especially! It is rapidly developing into the health and healthcare convergence and complex fields. Realistic media technologies and services are being adopted to solve the problems of the increase in chronic diseases due to the increase in the elderly population and the lack of infrastructure and professional manpower in the fields of cognitive training and rehabilitation. Therefore, in this study, a cognitive training system was designed and implemented for the purpose of improving cognitive ability and daily life activity in subjects with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) who require cognitive rehabilitation. In the future, an integrated service platform with interactive communication and immediate feedback as an intelligent cognitive rehabilitation integrated platform based on AI and BigData is left as a research project.

The factors for service quality improvement of frozen and refrigerated warehouses are derived and the differences in perception about service quality improvement between shippers and operators of frozen and refrigerated cargos are analyzed. The objective of this study is to propose quality improvement measures for frozen and refrigerated cargo services using the importance-performance analysis (IPA). As a result, 15 analysis factors were derived. It was found through independent sample t-test that there is no difference in perception about quality improvement between shippers and operators. Furthermore, four top priority investment areas were derived from the IPA: maintaining temperature and humidity, securing variable storage space, on-time stocking and releasing, and providing information service. Meanwhile, inventory management service ability, on-time stocking and releasing, and reliable cargo storage ability needed urgent improvement. This study has industrial implications in that it proposes practical improvement measures for service quality improvement.

The selection of a third-party logistics (3PL) provider is a critical process for shippers who want to receive competitive logistics service. However, studies analyzing the factors that influence the selection of 3PL provider from the viewpoint of shippers are insufficient. The present study aims to derive factors to be considered when selecting a 3PL provider by domestic shippers and to present the weights of each factor. The analysis results showed that among the major factors, the "operation factor" showed the highest importance, followed by "strategic factor", and "communication factor". The results of compound weights showed that "cost reduction" is the most important factor, followed by the "expertise of the provider", "inventory management ability", and "human resources management". The present study proposed the core factors that should be considered when selecting a 3PL provider from the shipper's viewpoint. This study also has an industrial implication from the viewpoint of 3PL providers because it provides the basic data for enhancing the shipper's satisfaction by reinforcing the factors that are considered important in by shippers. In future research, it is necessary to classify shippers by industry and analyze the differences in the factors that arise in selecting 3PL companies for each industry.

This study seeks to understand the inter-relationship between employee enthusiasm, trust, immersion and satisfaction of employees working at a hospitality company based in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The purpose of this study is to examine the human resources management of workers in the hospitality industry by grasping the current situation of employees working in the service enterprise. As a result, corporate organizational support in the hospitality industry has a significant impact on the enthusiasm of employees. The enthusiasm of the employee is shown to be trusting, immersing, and satisfying in the work of the employee in the hospitality company, which can be seen as an organization, showing that the employee's passion plays a positive role in trust, immersion and satisfaction. As the employee's enthusiasm is reflected in the quality of the service product as a result, it can be regarded as the quality of the relationship that the employee is responsible for or positive feelings about the company in which he or she is in charge. Personnel management measures are required to strengthen pride and desire to achieve work so that employees can exercise their passion to feel trust, immersion, and satisfaction in their businesses and work. Therefore, it is necessary to provide tangible and intangible organizational support and introduce and implement personnel-related programs to enhance work pride and desire to achieve.

Recently, the smart healthcare industry that grafted the Internet of Things (IoT) onto the healthcare and medical services is being highlighted. Smart healthcare refers to the healthcare and medical services offered on the basis of information communication technologies including application, wearable devices and platforms, etc. The number of next generation smart healthcare devices are increasing in the smart healthcare industry through the combination of information technology (IT) and Bio Technology (BT), which are the most active areas among the 6T, which are the areas of the next generation industry. With the emergence of a diverse range of smart healthcare systems or devices, whether the smart healthcare system can be linked with other systems organically and the security and quality of the system have become important elements of evaluation. In this Study, the characteristics and service types of smart healthcare systems were examined, and the trends in the technology and industry of the smart healthcare system were analyzed. Moreover, this Study aims to develop the evaluation method for security and standards for quality evaluation by deducing the factors for the evaluation of smart healthcare system on the basis of the results of aforementioned examination. It is anticipated that this can induce improvement of quality and development of highly reliable products of a smart healthcare system, and will become the core technology to substitute the technology protection barrier.

This paper proposes an innovative cognitive IoT framework specifically designed for fog computing (FC) in the context of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The discourse in this paper is centered on the intricate design and functional architecture of the Cognitive IoT platform. A crucial feature of this platform is the integration of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), which enhances its operational flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of industrial applications. An exemplary application of this platform is highlighted through the Predictive Maintenance-as-a-Service (PdM-as-a-Service) model, which focuses on real-time monitoring of machine conditions. This model transcends traditional maintenance approaches by leveraging real-time data analytics for maintenance and management operations. Empirical results substantiate the platform's effectiveness within a fog computing milieu, thereby illustrating its transformative potential in the domain of industrial IoT applications. Furthermore, the paper delineates the inherent challenges and prospective research trajectories in the spheres of Cognitive IoT and Fog Computing within the ambit of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

This study searched and analyzed online tracking technologies. It tried to understand what to consider when establishing policies related to online tracking. Online tracking technologies were classified into 'general cookies', 'super cookies', 'fingerprinting', 'device ID tracking' and 'cross-device tracking'. Political considerations should include the layers of online tracking, the subjects of tracking technology, purpose of use, duration and storage format of information, and development of technology. The implications of this study are as follows: first, policy makers and industry should be aware that the degree of risk perceived by users may vary according to the characteristics of online tracking technology. Secondly, it is necessary to understand factors that affect the classification of online tracking technology. Finally, in the industry, preemptive measures such as building an integrated privacy system are needed to relieve anxiety of users and to build trust.
