A Case Study on the Meaning of Performance of the Elderly Suicide Prevention Service (노인자살 예방서비스 성과의 의미에 관한 사례연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the meaning of performance experienced in the process of practicing at the elderly suicide prevention center. Therefore, the actual results perceived from the subjective viewpoints of the chiefs, staff and service users from the public institutions, which offer the elderly suicide prevention services were examined. The results classified the service provider's view, service users view and multi-dimensional view. The research method is a case study of qualitative research method. The results of the study found that the analysis commonly perceived from the perspectives of both the chiefs and staff from the public institutions offering elderly suicide prevention service were 'the perception of structural obstacles during the process of practicing the services and focused on the achievement of experiencing changes in the service users and the community'. On the other hand, the analysis from the perspective of the service users turned out to be 'focusing on changes in the users'internal perception according to service experiences'. The meaning and essence of the analytical results perceived from each perspective are summarized as follows. First, the analytical results perceived of the chiefs of public institutions offering elderly suicide prevention service were 'the process in which the identification of the institution is rediscovered through the service'. Second, the analytical results perceived by the staff from the institution were 'being acknowledged in the community and organization while experiencing changes in the service users in the process of struggling to survive in such community and organization'. Third, the analytical results perceived by the service users were 'holding on to the lifeline at the edge of a precipice'. Based on the results, political and practical implications of elderly suicide prevention service were discussed.

The Effects of Service Design Quality Factors and Availability on User Satisfaction (서비스디자인 품질요인과 유용성이 사용자만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest and prove that service design is not in the dimension of a simply new design methodology, but in the design paradigm change from conventional tangible and visual view of design to the intangible service of design. Based on a variety of literature research, this study defined service design, found its characteristics, and proved its differences from conventional design approaches and thoughts. To do that, this study looked into service design theories, processes, and methodologies, defined quality factor and availability of service design, and user satisfaction, and setup hypotheses to prove them. This study conducted a questionnaire survey with service design firms, service designers, and their customers. The questionnaire data were applied to structural equation to analyze the hypotheses. According to the analysis, reliability, tangibility, assurance, and empathy of the quality factors of service design were accepted, but responsiveness of the factors was rejected. It was found that quality factors positively influenced availability and ended up positively affecting user satisfaction. The quantitative research results will made some suggestions to service design firms and designers in the paradigm change to service-centric design, and will show the importance of understanding the essence of service in terms of design methodology.

  • This study was performed to empirically verify how the degree of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, the degree of work value which each founder gains from starting a shop, and the degree of usefulness perception of the entrepreneurial service given by the public sector influence founder's entrepreneurial intentions. The degree of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and internal work value was found to influence entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, would-be coffee shop founders' usefulness perception of entrepreneurial service had an impact on entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study could allow a wider understaning of what factors influence entrepreneurial intentions of a coffee shop founder and the importance of governmental support(education, funding, skills, and management).

  • Health care privatization will have a very significant impact on the quality of medical service and income redistribution and risk diversification. This study was conducted to improve the situation without too much insistence that one did not understand the essence rife about the privatization of health care. In this study, grasp the implications of the current health care debate to be privatized, and dealing with the claims accordingly. Seeks to help establish an objective perspective, looking at the pros and cons at the same time claims for medical privatization policy. The Health and diversification through the capitalist market access as part of the transition process is being overlooked as a new growth engine industries. But health care is constrained to follow the growth of universal access and how to deal with life because it is practical conduct of the person. In addition to services that are not only for the benefit of the profit or government institutions.

  • The vehicle navigation system is a representative driver supporting system that available to present searching and guiding path functions, have been increased for usability. Under competition situation because of following the spreaded navigation market, to meet customer's needs about new given services, there are need differentiated services increasing dramatically. Also now, dash board indicates various vehicle's status and driver can aware of that. However it is not easy to know where is abnormal essentially and there are no devices to give warning to driver. Therefore, It is difficult to preserve accidents because it can't deal with various abnormal functions immediately on driving. In this paper, we proposed vehicle diagnosis program within navigation that is available to manage and to make a diagnosis of vehicle. And this program conform OBD-II standard, so it can transmit diagnosis data from ECU to navigation system using Bluetooth wireless communication protocol. Thus this program give enhanced services to customer as well as multimedia and geometry information services.

A Study on the New Management Technology Model in Service Economy Era (서비스경제시대의 경영기술 연구)

  • This study was conducted to derive a management technology model based on the new management framework established in previous studies. The management technology sector, which occupies most of the existing business administration, is defined as a technical division in new management. In this study, the theory of management technology based on the service philosophy of the service economy era was presented. The structure of new business, which is the basis of new management technology, is presented first, the service philosophy of the service economy era where management is performed, and then the management technology model based on service philosophy is presented. The management technology model was derived on the basis of immutable axioms. After presenting new management axioms based on common human ideology and nature and human nature, a management technology model was presented based on axioms. On the basis of the axioms, a new dialectical development model was developed as a model for the dialectical development that maintains a tight balance and a fierce interaction between two opposing parties based on the structure and operation model of service philosophy. In addition to the overall organizational management model, a management function model and a management expansion model were presented. Each detailed technique is presented as a model for dialectical development of opposing confrontations. Management technology is a dynamic technology that is constantly changing, and is an overall technology that takes into account various situations and viewpoints. This study has significance as a basic study to overcome the limitations of the existing static management technology and develop dynamic management technology. Future research requires empirical analytical studies on new management technology models.

Evolution of ICT Ecosystem and Mobile Telcos' Counterstrategies (ICT 생태계 변화에 따른 국내 이동통신 사업자의 대응 전략에 대한 연구)

  • This study analyzes the nature of consumers and smart phones as well as its limitations that domestic mobile communication companies confront. According to the analysis results, emerging technologies such as 5G communication, pervasive computing, augmented reality, and big data seem to have significant effect on the ICT ecosystem in the near future. Based on the results, this study suggests four counterstrategies for domestic mobile communication companies: big data strategy, preparation of things acting as a main communication agent, new service platform development, and 'total life care service provider' strategy.

  • Libraries manage e-Books as a new kinds of library materials and provide library users with information services in Korea. Initially, this study was intended to be an investigation into several misconceptions surrounding e-Books and their pricing structure. This study is also concerned with the fallacies of unifying e-Book techniques from four perspectives: (1)the misunderstandings related to unifying viewer and DRM, (2)the misconceptions about unifying service techniques in the industrial structure, (3)the analyses of essence of e-Book techniques, (4)the settlement of users´ inconveniences through continuous technique refinement. Based on the results, this study suggests various problems associated with the collaborative purchase of e-Books and presents several ideal strategies for their acquisition and services.

  • 현재 지능형 서비스로봇이 활성화되고 있으며 지능형 로봇 분야에서 청소로봇은 개인생활의 본질적인 운동성을 보조하며 인간과 공생의 형태를 지원하는 로봇으로 성장하고 있다. 청소로봇은 가정에서 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 가정환경과 적절한 상호작용은 필수적이다. 따라서 로봇이 외부의 서버와 협동을 통한 원격제어는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 현재 지도 작성이 가능한 청소로봇은 바닥에 센서를 부착하거나 작업환경에 카메라 및 기타 많은 장치를 구축하므로 고가의 장비로 분류되어 일반적으로 활용지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 청소로봇의 효율적인 제어를 위하여 작업환경에서 로봇의 궤적과 센서정보를 원격으로 서버에 전달하고 서버는 이러한 정보를 바탕으로 지도를 작성하고 최적의 작업을 수행할 수 있는 알고리즘을 연산하여 로봇에 전달할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. 이는 로봇이 지도 작성을 위한 연산 과정을 줄이므로 수행 시간을 단축하고 로봇에 주어지는 부하를 줄일 수 있다. 또한 원격으로 제어를 수행하므로 무선통신이 가능한 각종 디바이스와 상호 연동할 수 있는 체계를 만들어 유비쿼터스 환경을 구축할 수 있는 계기를 만들므로 청소로봇의 성능이 향상될 수 있음을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 청소로봇을 제작하고 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 전체적으로 주어진 작업을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있음을 보여준다.

Multicast Rerouting according to Mobile Host Handover in Internet (인터넷에서 이동 호스트의 핸드오버에 따른 멀티캐스트 경로 재설정)

  • 인터넷에서 멀티캐스트 그룹 통신을 하고 있는 이동 호스트가 접속지점을 수시로 바꿈에 따라 지속적인 멀티캐스트 응용에 참여하기 위해서는 이웃하는 멀티캐스트 라우터를 찾아내어 연결을 유지시켜야 한다. 기존 연구들은 주로 멀티캐스트를 지원하는 환경에서만 고려된 것들이다. 그러나 오늘날 대부분 라우터들은 멀티캐스트 서비스를 지원하지 않으며, 기존 연구들에서는 이를 터널링으로 해결하였다. 그런데 터널링은 경로 최적화 문제를 안고 있으며, 호스트 이동성의 본질적인 특성인 투명한 라우팅과 최적의 경로설정에 위배되는 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문은 멀티캐스트 기능을 지원하지 않는 망에서도 이동 호스트에게 멀티캐스트 응용 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 MRM-IP 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 이동 호스트가 인터넷에서 멀티캐스트 라우터가 장착되지 않는 망으로 이동했을 때, 종단 호스트와의 최적 경로를 이루는 최하단 멀티캐스트 라우터를 찾아 그룹 멤버로 원격가입 함으로써, 유니캐스트 한다. 이는 IETF의 양방향 터널링과 원격가입의 장점만을 이용한 것으로, 경로 최적화 문제를 해결하여 망에서 트래픽 지연을 줄일 수 있다.
