On-line Signature Verification Using Fusion Model Based on Segment Matching and HMM (구간 분할 및 HMM 기반 융합 모델에 의한 온라인 서명 검증)

  • The segment matching method shows better performance than the global and points-based methods to compare reference signature with an input signature. However, the segment-to-segment matching method has the problem of decreasing recognition rate according to the variation of partitioning points. This paper proposes a fusion model based on the segment matching and HMM to construct a more reliable authentic system. First, a segment matching classifier is designed by conventional technique to calculate matching values lot dynamic information of signatures. And also, a novel HMM classifier is constructed by using the principal component analysis to calculate matching values for static information of signatures. Finally, SVM classifier is adopted to effectively combine two independent classifiers. From the various experiments, we find that the proposed method shows better performance than the conventional segment matching method.

  • Individual authentication system that take advantage of multimodal information is very efficient method that can take advantage of method of speech recognition, face recognition, electron signature etc. and protect important information from much dangers that exits on communication network whole as skill that construct security system. This paper deal product connected with hardware from internet space based on public key sign and electron signature description embodied system. Maintenance of public security is explaining that commercial transaction system implementation that is considered is possible as applying individual authentication.

  • 컴퓨터와 유\ulcorner무선 인터넷이 확산되어 더욱 보안의 중요성이 요구되면서 살아있는 개별 인간의 신체 일부를 이용한 생체인증 보안기술이 핫 이슈로 회자되고있다. 지문인증, 얼굴인증, 홍채인증, 정맥인증, DNA 인증, 뇌파인증, 손금/손모양인증, 음성인증, 서명인증 등 많은 생체인식기술들은 이미 수십 년 전부터 연구되었고, 과거 한때 상품화도 되었으나 시대의 요구에 부응하지 못하고 사라졌지만, 최근 들어서는 더욱 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있고 다양한 영역에서 상용화가 된 상태이다. 본 서명인증 보안기술은 전자펜(혹은 마우스)으로 입력된 개인의 동적인 서명을 이용하는 것으로써, 쓰는 모양, 쓰는 속도, 필체의 각도, 획수, 획순서, 펜DOWN/UP 정보 등의 여러 가지 정보를 비교\ulcorner분석하여 진서명인지 모조서명인지를 실시간으로 검증하는 것이다. 경제성, 보안성, 활용성, 안정성, 편의성 등의 여러 가지 관점에서 볼 때, 앞으로 널리 확산될 전망이다. 본 논문에서는 지난 10여 년간 직접 연구 개발하여 2000년 8월에 교수실험실창업으로 사업화한 서명기술의 개요와 응용/구축사례를 소개하고자 한다.

  • 기존의 참조서명과 입력서명을 비교하는 방법 중 분절 단위 비교 방법은 전역적 방법과 점단위 방법에 비하여 우수한 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 분절 단위 비교 방법은 인식률과 직접적인 관계가 있는 분절의 불안정 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 분절 단위 비교 방법을 이용한 서명검증의 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해 두 가지 형태의 모델을 구축하였다. 우선 기존에 사용된 구간 분할 매칭 방법을 사용하여 매칭도를 산출하였다. 다음으로 서명의 분할된 영역을 주성분 분석 기법에 의해 특징 벡터를 산출한 후 HMM에 의해 서명 모델을 구축하였다. 산출된 두 특징을 융합하는 방법으로는 SVM 분류기를 사용하였다 실험 결과 제안된 기법은 분절 단위 기반의 구간분할매칭 기법에 비해 우수한 성능을 나타냈다.

Feature Extraction based FE-SONN for Signature Verification (서명 검증을 위한 특정 기반의 FE-SONN)

  • This paper proposes an approach to verify signature using autonomous self-organized Neural Network Model , fused with fuzzy membership equation of fuzzy c-means algorithm, based on the features of the signature. To overcome limitations of the functional approach and Parametric approach among the conventional on-line signature recognition approaches, this Paper presents novel autonomous signature classification approach based on clustering features. Thirty-six globa1 features and twelve local features were defined, so that a signature verifying system with FE-SONN that learns them was implemented. It was experimented for total 713 signatures that are composed of 155 original signatures and 180 forged signatures yet 378 original signatures written by oneself. The success rate of this test is more than 97.67$\%$ But, a few forged signatures that could not be detected by human eyes could not be done by the system either.

  • Online signature verification is one of the simple and efficient methods of identity verification and has less resistance than other biometric technologies. To handle signature verification as a classification problem, it is necessary to gather forgery signatures, which is not easy in most practical applications. It is not easy to obtain a large number of genuine signatures either. In this paper, one class SVM is used to tackle the forgery signature problem and someone else's signatures are used as general handwriting data to solve the genuine signature problem. Someone else's signature does not share shape-based features with the signature to be verified, but it contains the general characteristics of a signature and useful in verification. Verification rate can be improved by using the general handwriting data, which can be confirmed through the experimental results.

  • 화자인식 기술의 필요성과 방법에 관하여 간단히 서술하고 있다. 통신망을 통한 개인의 정보 검색이 증가하면서 간편하고 정확한 화자인식 기술의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 종래의 개인 확인 수단인 신분증, 도장, 서명 등은 원거리에서 통신망을 이용하여 정보를 이용하고자 할 때 적용되지 못하며 부가적인 장치가 요구된다. 이에 반해 음성을 이용하여 사용자를 확인하는 화자인식 기술은 별다른 부가적인 장치가 필요하지 않고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 장점을 지닌다.

A Proposal On Digital Signature For FAX Document Using DM Algorithm (FAX 문서에 대한 DM 합성 알고리즘을 이용한 디지털 서명의 제안)

  • This paper presents a digital signature scheme for facsimile document which directly embeds a signature onto the document. We use multiple reference lines which have been scanned just before and modify each distance of changing pels both on the reference line specified by key and on the coding line with a single bit of the signature data. The time to take in signature is reduced by spreading of signature. Non-repudiation in origin, the 3rd condition of digital signature is realized by proposed digital signature scheme. The transmitter embeds the signature secretly and transfers it, and the receiver makes a check of any forgery on the signature and the document. This scheme is compatible with the ITU-T.4(CCITT G3 or G4 facsimile standards). The total amount of data transmitted and the image quality are about the same to that of the original document, and thus a third party notices that no signature is embedded on the document.

  • This papre presents the RDM algorithm for composition of bit. After this, we propose a digital signature scheme for facsimile document using RDM algorithm. We modify the even-odd feature in distance of changing pel between coding line and multiple reference line which have been scanned before, and run-length in coding line.   • Electronic signature system is required to be used in the promotion of the e-Commerce. Because the application system for electronic signature system has inconvenience and vulnerability of security, users are reluctant to use it. Therefore, the electronic signature system should give a guarantee of convenience and security. In this paper, we propose server-based application model, which uses identity information and makes users access transparently to solve electronic signature problems. We also design and verify electronic signature system that reduces threats to security, which cause server attack by distributing the part of signature key to both server and client. The application model with lightweight server system based on the electronic signature system is expected to be used in the promotion of the e-Commerce and help to make its business more efficient and competitive.
