정보통신기술의 비약적인 기술혁신은 인간의 생활에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 사회전반에 걸친 정보화는 여가의 증대, 교육욕구의 충족, 주거생활의 개선, 생활정보의 확충 등을 통해 생활을 윤택하게 하고 복리증진에 기여하고 있다. 한편, 이러한 정보화는 건물의 지능화를 촉진하여 많은 인텔리전트 건물을 탄생시켰다. 건물의 지능화는 건물의 이용이나 유지관리의 편리성에 크게 기여하는 동시에 보다 효율적인 정보를 제공하므로 양자는 불가분의 관계에 있다. 지금까지는 생산성 향상을 목표로 하는 사무소 건물이 인텔리전트 건물의 대부분을 차지하였으나 이제는 개인정보 욕구의 상승 및 편리한 생활을 지향하는 가정자동화 등에 대한 요구가 높아지면서 주택의 지능화에 관심이 커지고 있는 추세이다.

최근 생활습관정보는 대사증후군을 진단하기 위한 임상적 진단지표로 중요하게 활용되고 있다. 대사증후군은 심혈관 및 간질환 그리고 당뇨와 같은 여러 합병증을 유발할 수 있는 질환으로 질환 정도에 따른 체계적 관리가 필요하다. 그러나 대사증후군 환자의 생활습관을 수집하기 위한 대부분의 시스템은 자가진단 및 예방 중심의 시스템으로 구성되어 있어 정확한 생활습관을 수집하여 생활습관을 관리하기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 임상적 진단지표에 도움이 될 수 있도록 신뢰성 있는 생활습관 정보를 수집하기 위한 방법을 제시하고 수집된 생활습관정보를 모니터링 하여 환자의 생활습관 개선 여부에 따라 지속적인 피드백을 제공하여 체계적으로 생활습관을 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement measures focusing on traffic accidents in apartment complexes that occur to children among life safety accidents. Roads in most apartment complexes are not "roads" under the Road Traffic Act. In addition, there is no mandatory punishment or regulations, so the perception of the danger of traffic accidents in apartment complexes is very low. Recent, traffic in automobiles and motorcycles is increasing in the apartment complex, and traffic accidents are frequently occurring due to low safety awareness for both drivers and pedestrians. Accordingly, this study attempted to identify cases of traffic accidents in children's apartment complexes and to present problems and improvement measures for accidents. Problems of traffic accidents through child traffic accidents The current affairs are meaningful in that they are aware of dangers to children, carers, and drivers, and suggest traffic safety measures in apartment complexes.

Based on basic studies on the current status index of BF certification application for school facilities according to the BF certification implementation, this study sought to improve the direction of the different BF certification evaluation indexes for school facilities by investigating and analyzing the status of BF Reservation Certification for elementary schools. A comparative analysis of the status and evaluation indexes of 30 elementary schools in the Gyeongsang region that included indicators of external and internal facilities, sanitary facilities, guidance facilities, and other facilities indicated that school facilities are insufficient to discriminate based on criteria and thus need to be updated for accurate grading. For school facilities that are open for anyone to use, quality improvement should be induced by improving standards and adjusting points for items that earn middle and lower grades.

본 논문에서는 미국, 유럽, 일본의 ISM 제도를 소개하고, 국내 ISM 제도의 개선사항과 개정방향을 제안하였다. 국내 ISM 제도의 개선사항으로는 ISM 대역에서 ISM 기기의 전계강도 기준 개정, 생활편의형 ISM 기기의 인증대상기기 확대, ISM 대역 외에서의 전파통신서비스 보호를 위한 혼신규정 신설과 ISM 기기의 불요파 기준 검토 등을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 개선방안은 국내 ISM 제도 선진화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

In this study, $L-{\alpha}-amino$ acid, which is a constituent of natural moisturizing factor, was applied to skin in periodic cycle to improve skin tone and texture roughness. Based on the polarity of the alkyl group (R) of the $L-{\alpha}-amino$ acid, the acid was categorized into two groups and their efficacy was studied. As a result, it was found that the improvement rate of $L-{\alpha}-amino$ acid complex with polar alkyl group ($L-{\alpha}-AAC-1$) is 21% higher than that of $L-{\alpha}-amino$ acid complex with non-polar alkyl group ($L-{\alpha}-AAC-2$). For clinical trials, emulsions containing $L-{\alpha}-amino$ acid complex ($L-{\alpha}-AAC-1$) were applied to the randomly selected 20 to 40 year old female participants, as an experimental group, on the right facial cheek once per day for 8 weeks, and emulsions without $L-{\alpha}-amino$ acid complex, as a control group, were applied to the left facial cheek in the same way. Improvements in skin tone were measured using $JANUS^{(R)}$ equipment and analyzed using image analysis software. Skin texture improvement was measured and analyzed mechanically using the phaseshift rapid in-vivo measurement of the skin (PRIMOS) equipment. As a result, improvements of skin tone and skin texture were 11.7% and 6.7%, respectively. In addition, a questionnaire survey was conducted to the participants on the aesthetic improvement and the degree of the feeling of skin improvement. The results suggest that $L-{\alpha}-amino$ acid can be used as a cosmetic substance that can provide aesthetic satisfaction through physiological skin tone and texture roughness.

This study focuses on some institutional improvement for revitalization of change in building use of officetel to lifestyle lodging industry. First as analysis method, this study establishes a failure factor for change in building use of officetel to lifestyle lodging industry. Second, analyzes an urgent importance to improve it in aspect of a legal institution or management for revitalizing a change of building use of officetel to lifestyle lodging industry. As a result, a failure factor of change in building use from officetel to lifestyle lodging industry is deducted in 4 articles with 13 detailed index. As a result of AHP, 'existing contractor's 100% agreement condition' is the first place, 'commercial /semi-residential area in zoning' is the second place, 'relative cleanup zone' is the fourth place, 'late changes of building use by a complex licensing procedure' is the fifth place, 'operational risk of consignment' is the sixth place, 'deficiency in publicity of related institution' is the eighth place, 'lack of concept in lifestyle lodging industry of building code' is the ninth place, 'basic constructional condition such as parking lot sewage and fire protection system' is the tenth plce, 'installation of ventilation facility' is the eleventh place, 'installation of bathroom and shower room in each room' is the twelfth place, 'installation of kitchen facility' is the thirteenth place.

This study aims to reveal how a port affects the living conditions of its neighborhood area with a case study of Pusan New Port and to suggest several implications to port policy. PLS-SEM reflective measurement model satisfies the criteria on reliability and validity, and also structural model meets the criteria in terms of R2, path coefficients' significance and predictive relevance(Q2). The results of PLS-SEM support the hypotheses of this study: The expansion of Pusan New Port contributes to the improvement of living conditions of Gangseo-gu(nearby area) through its significant and sequential effects on the employment and population increase of Gangseo-gu. The originality of this study can be found in enunciating that a port plays a role as a driving force of the betterment of living conditions of its nearby Gu-level area. In terms of policy, central and local governments and port related companies should cooperate with each other to reinforce the acceptability of port policy through the improvement of the living conditions of port neighborhood area. To evaluate comprehensively the influence of a port on its neighborhood area, a further study needs to identify how a port affects the quality of life of the area or what kinds of socio-economic effects a port has on the area.

인프라(Infrastructure)는 도로, 다리, 철도, 에너지, 상하수도 등과 같이 일상생활과 경제활동에 필수적인 사회기반시설로 국민의 안전과 삶의 질, 경제성장에 큰 영향을 미친다. 국내 인프라 건설이 활발했던 1970년대 이후 30년 이상 경과함에 따라, 고령화된 인프라와 관련된 안전사고가 발생하는 등 대책 마련의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 여기서는 현대경제연구원 김동열 수석 연구위원의 '인프라 고령화의 실태와 개선과제' 보고서를 통해 인프라 고령화의 현황, 문제점, 향후 과제 등에 대해 살펴본다.

국민 소득수준의 향상은 복지사회를 이룩하기 위한 기본요건이지만 상대적으로 경제개발 및 근대화 과정에서 야기되는 사회문제나 건강생활에 저해되는 요인의 발생방지 대책이 결여된다면 이는 결코 이상적인 발전일 수 없을 것이다. 사회보장제도에서의 가장 중요한 기능이 물론 경제적 조건의 개선이지만 건강조건의 개선 역시 이에 못지 않게 중요한 기능의 하나인 것이다.
