Improvement Plans of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA 분석을 통한 창업생태계 개선방안 도출)

  • Recently, various studies on the entrepreneurial ecosystem have been conducted. The entrepreneurial ecosystem is composed of various elements such as entrepreneurs, governments, and infrastructure, and these factors interact to contribute to economic development. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in importance and performance of the entrepreneurial ecosystem for startups using the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method. Based on this, the importance and current level of the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem were identified and policy implications were presented. The results of the study are as follows. The importance ranking was in the order of startup support program(4.43), startup funding (4.39), market accessibility(4.30). The ranking of performance was startup support program(3.81), ease of starting a business(3.76), support for startup support institutions(3.66), and startup funding(3.66). All elements of the entrepreneurial ecosystem showed higher importance than performance. This means that the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Korea are recognized as important, but do not play a significant role in terms of performance for startups. In addition, the factors with the highest improvement in the importance-performance matrix were 「safety nets for startup failure」, 「culture of acceptance of failure」, 「ease of market entry」, 「ease of startup survival」, and 「ease of exit」. This study suggested improvement measures such as establishing a social safety net, improving awareness of startup failure culture, matching successful startups, strengthening scale-up support by growth stage, easing regulations in new business fields, and diversifying investment recovery strategies.

  • 본 연구는 하천 호안의 안정성에 대한 값들을 체계적으로 정리하고 관련 기법을 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 개발하여 실무자들이 호안의 시공 설계시 안정성에 대한 평가를 쉽게 할 수 있도록 개발된 프로그램이다. 프로그램의 사용을 쉽게 하기 위해 GUI(Graphical User Interface)의 기능이 뛰어난 Visual Basic을 사용하였으며, Data-Base를 기반으로 하는 Menu-Driven 방식을 채택하였다. 프로그램의 기본구성은 호안의 수리적 안정성연구를 바탕으로 국내의 하천에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 식생호안공, 돌망태공, 식생호안 블록공의 3가지로 구성 되어 있으며 각 호안공의 소류력에 필요한 수리 특성 자료와 각종 계수, 호안에서 측정되어진 값을 산정 후 각 호안의 내력 소류력 값과 외력 소류력 값을 산출 한 뒤 이 들 값을 비교하여 호안의 안정성을 평가하였다. 호안의 안정성평가 프로그램을 바탕으로 하천호안의 축조 및 최근의 생태성이 강조된 하천의 호안 시공 설계 시 많은 사용이 기대된다.

  • The objective of this study was to develop an ecotourism planning model for Woopo area in Changryoung-Gun, Korea. To accomplish this objective, Ecotourism Planning Framework that was established from a previous study was applied into the study area as a case study. As a result, there was proved the necessity and justification of ecotourism development in Woopo area. Based on results in the basic environment survey, ecotourism themes were determined, then, space planning for proper facilities and programs was presented in this study. However, difficulties from public sections such as administrative, legal, and financial limitations must be considered in order to apply a master plan presented in this study into Woopo area.

  • Ecotourism refers to tourism that senses and observes superior natural resources, cultural resources and history around. Today, as the current leisure patterns of the people change, a healing trip to find nature is being activated. In this paper, we propose a platform design and construction for providing ecotourism information. In the proposed platform, first, the image file of the eco-tourism objects taken every day from the image capture device is collected, converted into a video, uploaded to the server, then, when the tourist arrives at the eco-tourism object, It is designed to be able to watch.

  • 본 논문에서는 생명체 간의 상호작용으로 형성된 안정된 생태계의 요인을 분석할 수 있는 계산 시뮬레이션 모델을 제안한다. 그리고, 실제 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 통해 얻은 실험 결과를 제시함으로써, 계산 시뮬레이션 분야와 생명과학 분야의 융합 가능성을 보인다. 제시한 계산 시뮬레이션 모델은 1) 하나의 커다란 생태계로 이루어진 세계, 2) 다수의 작은 생태계로 이루어진 세계, 3) 생태계가 미형성된 세계를 유전 알고리즘을 사용하여 모델링 하였으며, 실험 결과는 2)번 모델이 생태계를 가장 안정적인 상태로 오래 유지하는 결과를 보였다. 이를 통해서 충분한 에너지가 존재하거나 공급되는 환경에서는 생물 밀도가 높으면서 에너지 순환이 빠른, 작은 규모의 생태계가 가장 안정적이라는 생물학적인 결론을 도출할 수 있었다.

Pour tirer profit de ces paysages naturels il est d'abord n$\acute{e}$ssaire de les prot$\acute{e}$ger. Malgr$\acute{e}$ la haute valeur de ces paysages naturels, ils demeurent peu connus et les analyses $\acute{e}$cotouristiques de la ville de Yeosu et ses environs sont encore incompl$\grave{e}$tes. Par ailleurs, la protection de ces paysages naturels est rendue difficile par la d$\acute{e}$sagr$\acute{e}$gation d$\hat{u}$e aux sels halo$\ddot{i}$des. Cette recherche a pour objet l'$\acute{e}$tude du tourisme physico-$\acute{e}$cologique et sa contribution au d$\acute{e}$veloppement $\acute{e}$conomique d'une r$\acute{e}$gion de Yeosu en Cor$\acute{e}$e du sud. Nous nous int$\acute{e}$ressons particuli$\grave{e}$rement au d$\acute{e}$veloppement d'une route $\acute{e}$cotouristique, aux crit$\grave{e}$res de s$\acute{e}$lection du lieu $\acute{e}$cotouristique et $\grave{a}$ la pr$\acute{e}$sentation des explications touristiques, en tenant compte de l'$\hat{i}$le de Sado et de ses paysages naturels sur le plan de l'$\acute{e}$cotourisme. Il y a plusieurs ressources $\acute{e}$cotouristiques sur l'$\hat{i}$le de Sado et dans ses environs: la plage de sable et la falaise de l'$\hat{i}$le de Sado; les traces fossiles de dinosaures, la ripple-mark et la crevasse dans le sol boueux de l'$\hat{i}$le de Joungdo; le tombolo, l'affleurement tufac$\acute{e}$ et le dyke de l'$\hat{i}$le de Silouseom; le trou provoqu$\acute{e}$ par les sels halo$\ddot{i}$des et le dyke de l'$\hat{i}$le de Jangsado; la mer ass$\acute{e}$ch$\acute{e}$e entre l'$\hat{i}$le de Naquek et l'$\hat{i}$le de Choudo.   • 여름철의 양돈장은 기생충의 대부분이 환경상 최적의 생태조건을 갖는다. 여기에는 돼지회충증, 돼지편층증, 돼지 폐층증, 톡소플라즈마병, 외부기생충 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 이에따른 근본적인 대책은 구충프로그램을 작성 양돈장의 기생충 구충에 만전을 기해야 한다.
