In this study, after Library-Assisted Instruction is set out and executed, it is surveyed and verified the connection between Learning Attitude and Life competence. This study indicates that Learning Attitude and Life skills of Library-Assisted Instruction have close correlation and the extension of Life competence(Communication, Problem Solving. Self-Directed Learning) is under the influence of Learning Attitude. This study suggests that cooperative learning, Information Processing Model and constructivism learning theory have to be adopted as a means of increasing more educational effects and extensions of Library-Assisted Instruction.

The purpose of this study is to develop indicators for assessing korean youth lifelong learning competency and to validate the structure of the competencies. To achieve this research aims, the indicators for assessing life-long learning competence were drawn by systemic literature review and they were validated and modified by expert review method and two surveys targeting youth. 28 youth experts participated in the expert review. Participants were 333 middle or high school students for the first survey and 791 middle or high school students for the second survey. As results, the 3 competencies and nine sub-competencies were developed: thinking(wholistic thinking, critical thinking, emotional thinking), intellectual tools use(language, mathematic and science, information and communication technology), learning adaptability(change capacity, intellectual curiosity, learning-direction). The results of this study will provide the fundamental guidelines for developing various activities and establishing youth policies related to korean youth life-long learning competency.

This study aims to investigate the mediation effect of creativity in the relationship between the core competencies of lifelong educators and the life competencies of adult learners. A survey was conducted for adults participating in the lifelong education programs in lifelong education institutes in Gyeonggi-do. Consequently, a toows. First, among the life competencies of adult learners, the problem solving ability showed the highest correlations with the planning, action, and support competencies, which are the sub-factors of the core cotal of 520 questionnaires were used for research analysis. The main findings of this study are as follmpetencies of lifelong educators. Among the creativity factors of adult learners, unique flexibility showed high correlations with the life competencies of adult learners. Second, the core competencies and creativity of lifelong educators had a 74.6% effect on the life competencies of adult learners. Among them, creativity was a variable that had a greater effect on the life competencies of adult leaners than on the core competencies of lifelong educators. Third, the mediation effect of creativity in the relationship between the core competencies of lifelong educators and the life competencies of adult learners was verified. The results of this study proved that the creativity of adult learners is an important variable for improving life competencies and that qualitative improvement through the core competencies of lifelong educators is required.

The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of lifelong educators' core competencies as a mediating effect on adult learners' ability to function. The subject of this study was aimed at adult learners participating in lifelong education programs at lifelong educational institutions located in Gyeonggi Province. and was finally used for a total of 520 additional analyses. The main findings of this study are as follows: first, regarding the correlation between the core competence of lifelong educators and the life ability of adult learners, core competence has a static association with wisdom. In addition, wisdom has a high static association with life expectancy. Second, the core competence and wisdom of lifelong educators were found to have a significant static impact on adult learners' life abilities, accounting for 66.8%. Specifically, the most significant predictors of life's ability were creative problem solving, consideration for others, and acceptance of change, which were lower factors of wisdom. Third, the impact of a lifetime educator's core competence on adult learners is not significant. It was found that core competence has an indirect influence on life capacity through the mediating effect of wisdom, and that wisdom has directly interfaced the relationship between core competence and life ability. Taken together, these results proved that the core competence and wisdom of a lifelong educator are important variables for adult learner's life abilities. Based on this, the core competence of lifelong educators being taught in the field of lifelong education should be enhanced, and the ability of adult learners to utilize the wisdom that has been developed through the experiences of adult learners, to improve their life skills.

In the situation where various social problems are raised due to rapid aging, how to send a long period of old age is emerging as an important issue. As the life span is extended, education for the elderly is attracting attention as a means of sending meaningful and effective old age that is about over 20years longer than before. This study aims to analyse the current status and characteristics of elderly education as lifelong learning in Japan where has already entered a super-aged society. This is because it will be expected to find meaningful lessons and implication for the development of education for the elderly in Korea, which is becoming more important. In order to complete this purpose, the literature review was conducted based on the data and reports published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan which are institutions related to education for the elderly. Through this, the practical and policy support for the elderly education development in Korea was suggested. In specific, diversification of lifelong learning contents and execution places, expansion of out-reach education, and fostering coordinators were provided.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data and to construct education system by analizing the case of Japan on the lifelong vocational competency development utilizing the university. Japan has grown by the world leading technology and talented people. In a globalized world, In order to achieve economic growth, It is necessary to connect the Human resource development to the overall growth of the economy. After the law on policy implementation system for the Lifelong Learning Promotion is enacted. University of japan, the newly defined the philosophy of lifelong learning in the Fundamental Law of Education. Then, University of japan has induced people to actively participate in the lifelong vocational competency development. In this paper, we refer to the Shizuoka University in Japan and learning support program and we studied the method for the activation of improvement and field placement of the training capacity of field training using the case of Japan on the lifelong vocational competency development utilizing the university.

The purposes of this study were to develop lesson plans of library assisted practical problem-based teaching-learning for 'life and career planning' unit in high school Technology Home Economics Subject and to compare the learning effect of this lesson plan with that of practical problem-based teaching-learning in class. The change in student's perception about home economics subject was also compared after two types of teaching-learning process. The contents of the high school Technology Home Economics textbooks and curriculum guide book for the year of 2007 curriculum revision were analyzed. Based on these analysis 10 library assisted practical problem-based teaching-learning lesson plans on 'life and carrer planning' unit were developed. The high school students living in Gyeonggi province as an experimental group participated in library assisted practical problem-based teaching-learning. The control group of students who had same condition with the experimental group were taught by same lesson plans in class. After the experiment, the changes in attitudes toward life and career planning and in perception about Home Economics subject were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance. The more significant positive attitudes toward life and career planning were found in the experimental group of students compared with those of the control group of students. And compared with the control group of students, the experimental group of student perceived more positively about characteristics of Home Economics subject. Thus, the following conclusion was made that the library assisted practical problem-based teaching-learning could be one of the useful teaching-learning methods to improve attitude toward life and career planning and perception about Home Economics subject.

This study is an empirical research about lifelong education provided YIT(YeoJoo of Institute of Technology). This study aims at suggesting fundamental materials for the activation of the lifelong education provided by YIT by analyzing the participation of students and neghbouring district's residents in the programs and their requests. The lifelong education conditions should reflect the requests and levels of participants. and thereby encourage their positive participation and enhance their satisfaction with the programs.

본 연구는 한국전통사회의 자녀교육관을 율곡이 저술한 $\ulcorner$성학집요$\lrcorner$를 중심으로 고찰한 것이다. $\ulcorner$성학집요$\lrcorner$ 정가편 교자음에서는 인간의 본성은 선한 것이라고 믿고 누구 든지 노력하면 성인에 도달할수 있다고 보아 특히 교육시킬수 것을 강조했다 즉 애태시켜야 하며 일상생활을 통한 반복학습에 의한 습득형성을 강조했다 또한 유모를 정할때도 인성형 성의 막대한 영향을 고려하여 신중히 고를 것을 말 했다 셋째 교육하는 순서와 학문하는 자 세를 강조하였다 넷째 생활교육을 강조했다 가족에서의 자녀교육이란 일상생활을 통한 교육 이 중요함을 말했다 다섯째 학문을 할 때는 몸가짐과 마음가짐이 성패를 좌우한다고 했다. 이와 같은 자녀교육에 대한 가장 기본적인 사상은 성실함을 바탕으로 하고 있으며 생애학습 이나 자아실현이란 것도 입지를 돈독히 하여 꾸준히 성실한 자세를 갖는 것이 인간의 계속 적인 성장을 가능케 하는 동인이 된다는 것이다.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a simulated and structured senior program on nursing students. 42 nursing students participated in a simulated and structured senior program. Simulation equipment to revive the old man's feeling consisted of special space suits, glasses, gloves and sandbags. After the experiment, subjects composed the paper, which were analyzed according to the thematic content analysis method. Through the simulated and structured senior program, students could deepen their understanding not only upon physical weakness but also environment of elderly. And they came to have a wide perspectives of the elderly nursing.
