New Product Development (NPD) is essential for companies' survival, and continuous growth in the rapidly changing, convergence and business environment, and companies need to collaborate with their internal and external partners to improve performance in NPD. This research examined the integrated relationship between NPD (Cross-functional collaboration, and supplier collaboration) and collaborative communication (formality and reciprocal feedback) on corporate performance. The employees who worked in manufacturing for more than one year with experience in NPD were tested. The reliability and feasibility were assessed using the sample 272 data. The results are summarized as follows. First, cross-functional collaboration and supplier collaboration, which are the factors of NPD collaboration, had a significant positive effect on formality. Second, formality and reciprocal feedback had a significant positive effect on reciprocal feedback and corporate performance. Therefore, for successful NPD, manufacturing companies need to establish efficient management strategies and communicate officially and reciprocally to maximize productivity and efficiency based on the reciprocal partnership between suppliers. To accomplish this, companies need to plan effective communication strategies to respond quickly to internal and external partners' needs.

기초가 되는 제품 하나하나는 모두가 높은 풍질을 갖추고 있어야 한다. 단 하나의 부품에서라도 불량이 생긴다면 완제품은 절대 좋은 제품이 될 수 없기 때문이다. 특히 수준 높은 기술력이 요구되는 석유화학제품에서는 더욱 그렇다. 이와 관련해 기초화학제품인 카본블랙을 전문적으로 생산하고 있는 콜롬비안케미컬즈코리아(주)는 업계에서 남다른 유명세를 떨치고 있다. 여수산업단지에 위치하고 있는 콜롬비안케미컬즈코리아는 인도계 다국적 회사인 벌락카본의 전세계 17개 공장 중 하나다. 이곳은 그동안 콜롬비안이라는 미국계 다국적 기업으로 있다가 재작년부터 인도계 회사를 모기업으로 두게됐다. 하지만 회사 명칭은 그대로 남게 됐다. 콜롬비안이라는 회사 자체가 100년이 넘는 역사를 가지고 있을 정도로, 카본블랙 생산 분야에서는 세계적으로 독보적인 위치에 있었기 때문이다. 콜롬비안케미컬즈의 제품이 얼마나 큰 신뢰를 받고 있는지 알 수 있는 부분이다. 그런 가운데 콜롬비안케미컬즈코리아는 최근 안전으로도 국내에서 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 각종 위험요소가 산재해 있음에도 불구하고 2004년 8월 이후 현재까지 무재해를 이어오고 있기 때문이다. 특히 지난 5월에는 무재해 8배수를 달성했고, 이제는 9배수 달성을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 이 같은 눈부신 성과를 낼 수 있었던 원동력은 환경기술팀 김진호 부장에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 넓고 깊은 안전지식을 바탕으로 사업장의 무재해를 이끌고 있는 김진호 부장을 만났다.

This study is an empirical study of 'the effect of the key factors of Smart Factory on management performance through internal environmental factors in small and medium enterprises'. The purpose of the research is to verify that the implementation of a Smart Factory affects the performance of management and contribute to the continued development of the company, and to suggest the national policy of expanding the deployment of a Smart Factory. The procedures were surveyed by working-level officials of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies with a Smart Factory and statistically analyzed with the SPSS and SMART PLS. The results of the study showed that first, the environmental factors within the company had a positive effect on the key components of the Smart Factory. Second, the key factor in Smart Factory has had a positive impact on management performance. The above evidence shows that the key factors in smart factory considering the environmental factors of an enterprise affect its management performance, thus laying the theoretical foundation for the performance of smart factory construction. In the future, we will study how to build a Smart Factory.

This paper analyzes Korean aesthetic characteristics of Korean independent animation, which is closely related to artistic and social characteristics, by searching Korean independent animation image for the winner of "Indie AniFest", the only independent animation film festival in Korea. And social communication methods. There are three ways in which Korean Independence Animation shows the way of speaking through award-winning works. The first is a method of expressing feelings, impulses, and desires in a formative way, and a direct and sensuous image as in sign language or sound. In the second method of speaking differently with images, in the third method, It makes the voice of the fringe through the real world of the story sound as a story of reality. Animation is a medium that 'originalizes and communicates meaning' as an image, and has implemented and constructed a new way of speaking, which is different from existing social voices. Nevertheless, it is not easy to find a research that approaches animation from the viewpoint of social and political speech through images. Therefore, this paper is necessary for the balanced development of animation. In addition, this study can contribute to re - examining Korean independent animation from an academic point of view and to discover and evaluate fair value from a wider perspective.

인터넷 기술의 발전으로 우편물류시스템은 우편집중국을 중심의 허브-스포크 구조를 기반으로 자동화 우편소통 시설과 우편물류정보시스템 구축 등의 많은 변화와 발전을 해왔다. 현행 우편물류정보시스템은 바코드를 기반으로 정보의 교환 및 처리를 수행하며, 물류정보의 수집, 처리 및 활용에 있어서 실시간성과 동적인 운용 측면에서 진일보하기 위해서는 차세대 정보기술인 RFID를 지원하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 우편물류의 운송용기를 중심으로 업무 및 시스템을 분석하며, 업무 효율성과 생산성 개선을 위해 RFID 기술을 적용하기 위한 정보처리시스템 모형을 설명한다.

The number of people using the information communication have being rapidly increased owing to promote a national information policy. The rate of teenager using the information communication are over 90 percent. We can communicate quickly and easily owing to the rapid increment of the information communication. But there are adverse effects because of the rapid increment of the information communication. Specially, teenagers have been quickly influenced by the adverse effects. We must consider a counterplan for the adverse effects. Therefore, in this paper, I will survey the present status of ethics education for information communication which have been taught in school and the actual condition using information communication of teenagers. And I will analyze the connection of them. In addition, I will propose the desirable direction of ethics education for information communication.

The construction industry is a labor-oriented and quality, cost, and schedule performance is effected by technicians. However, the construction industry have faced a labor shortage problem. Therefore, technician graying and no new workers inflow cause labor shortage and decline of worker's skill level. The utilization of foreign technicians instead of domestic technicians has been increased in the construction industry. This paper performed questionnaire survey for 43 managers on 14 project fields to determine the current status and problems of construction technicians and to propose a improvement plan. As a result, most foreign technicians are carpenters and iron workers, but the skill levels are generally lower than domestics. The major problems for foreign technicians are communication and non-skilled. Then, labor productivity and accident rates of foreign technicians are higher than domestics. This paper proposes that skill training programs, language lessons, and multi-cultural programs are effective to improve foreign workers' problems.

This study suggests a board fence design with a convergence-style mural. The basic structure contains pictorial factors with mural paintings on the fence. It is also equipped with electricity facilities inside the fence itself, so it has not only the unique function of the fence but also the complexity and expandability in order to be used as a garden lighting and security alarm system. All the components meet the standard so they can be manufactured in a factory. Through this design proposal, this study tries to suggest a fence which encourages personal or social communication one another as well as the basic function of the fence. As a result, the fence realizes a broad convergence function of its usefulness for social functioning such as the crime prevention as well as an esthetic function.

오늘날의 정보시스템 구축 방향은 대형 컴퓨터를 중심으로 수많은 단말기를 연결한 수직형네트워크 시스템에서 다운사이징과 네트워크 기술이 결합하여 분산적으로 자료를 처리하는 클라이언트/서버 시스템 구축으로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구는 모든 단말기를 통제하는 대형 컴퓨터를 운영하는 전산망에서 클라이언트/서버 전산망으로 전환하는 하나의 사례연구를 통하여 구축환경변화, 시스템구성, 경영환경변화를 분석함으로써 클라이언트/서버 시스템의 성공적인 사례를 제시하는 것이다. 클라이언트/서버 시스템으로 변환하기전에 재개발할 시스템의 목표와 방향을 설정하기 위해서 벤치마킹을 실시하였고, 이의 결과를 바탕으로 경영업무의 프로세스를 재설계 하였다. 그리고 기업의 내부와 외부자료에 관한 표준화를 실시하였다. 정보기술 투자의 경제성과 경쟁우위 확보를 위하여 클라이언트/서버 시스템을 구현하게 되었으며 판매물류, 생산물류, 그리고 재무회계에 관한 경영지원시스템으로 구성되는 종합물류시스템 이외에 영업소에 관련된 영업정보시스템과 자동창고시스템이 컴퓨터 네트워크와 관련해서 시스템을 구성하였다. 구성 전략 촛점은 리엔지니어링, 다운사이징, 그리고 벤치마킹이었다. 시스템을 재개발한 후 업무의 계획, 진행, 분석, 감리등에 관한 체계적 업무흐름이 정착될 정도로 변화하였으며, 통신방식의 확대 및 다양화로 의사소통의 원활화와 타 관련업무와 연계처리, 그리고 부서들 상호간에 정보를 공유할 수 있었다. 또한 정보기술에 의한 업무처리를 기본으로 하는 기능적 태도로 인하여 관리자와 실무자의 업무운영에 관한 사고와 의식이 변화하였다. 따라서 매출액의 증가와 종업원수가 감소되었다.
