Dynamic manufacturing scheduling using multi-agent-system in FMS (유연생산 시스템에서의 에이전트를 이용한 동적 작업배정규칙 할당에 관한 연구)

  • As flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs) are highly automated and required flexibility to satisfy market need, dispatching rules are constrained by specific environments of manufacturing systems such as mechanical failures, absence of employees, and lack of spare parts. In this paper, an ontology-based knowledge approach is proposed to improve efficiency of system through adapting suitable dispatching rules, considering context in a FMS shop floor, which consists multiple manufacturing cells. the multi-agents monitor manufacturing system status and job so that it figures out a dispatching rule considering context. To demonstrate the proposed approach, a proof-of-concept prototype system has been implemented in the $JADE^{TM}$ platform and Protege to make OWL DL ontology.

  • Recently, in the industrial field, various studies are being conducted on converging IIoT devices that combine low-power processes and network cards into industrial sites to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. In this paper, we propose a processing model that can efficiently manage products produced by attaching IIoT sensor information to infrastructure built in industrial sites. The proposed model creates production data using IIoT data collection, preprocessing, characteristic generation, and labels to detect abnormally processed sensing information in real time by checking sensing information of products produced by IIoT at regular intervals. In particular, the proposed model can easily process IIoT data by performing tracking and monitoring so that product information produced in industrial sites can be processed in real time. In addition, since the proposed model is operated based on the existing production environment, the connection with the existing system is smooth.

  • Renewable energy and smart grid become the focus of attention of industry. The smart grid is an intelligent system which maximizes the efficiency of energy and it needs to monitor the amount of power generation and power consumption continuously. Remote Monitoring System(RMS) is very useful for monitoring the power generation and consumption, but mostly they are implemented on the wire communication. In this paper, we propose a wireless sensor network based remote power monitoring system. And as an application, a new anti-islanding method with the proposed RMS is presented. An experimental micro grid system is implemented to verify the proposed RMS and anti-islanding method.

  • 최근 집중호우로 인한 도시침수가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 특히 2022년 서울의 강남지역과 경북의 포항 등 기습호우에 의한 침수로 인해 재산피해와 인명피해가 발생하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 집중호우로 인해 발생되는 도시침수에 대응하기 위하여 '저감이 아닌 예방'을 목적으로 도심지홍수 모니터링 시스템개발을 진행하고 있으며, 지자체와의 연계를 통한 실증실험을 진행하여 기술검증을 진행하고자하였다. 단일 센서로는 얻을 수 없는 종합적인 정보를 수집하기 위하여 멀티센싱을 이용한 시스템을 구상하였으며, 수위센서를 통한 침수심 데이터와 CCTV의 비정형 영상데이터 등을 종합적으로 취합하여 분석하고 사용자에게 안내 할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축하고자 하였다. 수집된 데이터는 연구원과 지자체로 전송되며, 연구원은 데이터수집을 통한 양질의 정보를 생산할 수 있다. 지자체는 수집된 데이터를 통해 실시간으로 침수지역 및 침수심 등을 확인 할 수 있으며, 홍수 이후 침수의 원인을 분석할 수 있는 데이터를 확보하여 추후 발생되는 홍수에 대한 대비가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에 대한 실증실험을 위하여 서울특별시와 인천광역시 미추홀구청과 업무협약을 진행하였으며, 도림천 인근과 인천광역시 미추홀구의 침수지역을 대상지역으로 선정하고 계측센서를 설치하여 실측 데이터를 확보하고자 한다.

  • In food choice, consumers consider importantly food safely and reliability focusing on a high qualify control. Also they are concerned about sustainable production and consumption considering of area and environment. In this paper, We propose and design the high-quality seafood production support system that is based on international sanitary standard haccp, traceability and eco-fiendly seafood certification for safety and reliability of the seafood production. The system is categorized into five part: aquafarm haccp, environmental control monitoring, traceability, disease prevention and messenger service and seafood price inquiry service. The proposed system utilize diverse ubiquitous-it technologies like usn, network cctv, mobile device etc.

  • Recently, with the rapid growth of information technology, many studies have been performed to implement web-based manufacturing system. Such technologies are expected to meet the need of many manufacturing industries those want to adopt E-manufacturing system for the construction of globalization, agility, digitalization to cope with the rapid changing market requirements. In this research, areal-time web-based machine tool and machining process monitoring system is developed as a first step fur implementing I-manufacturing system. In this system, main spindle motor current and feed current are measured using hall sensors. And the relationship between the cutting force and the spindle motor RMS current at various spindle rotational speed is obtained. Also, a rule-based expert system is developed in order to monitor the machining process effectively. Finally, developed system is applied to real machining process to verify the effectiveness.

  • This paper describes the on-line readymixed concrete production system using CAN network, which is a leading industrial control network. The CAN network interface circuits for moisture sensor and load cell sensor we designed for CAN network of readymixed concrete production system, respectively, and also the method for networking 2-states devices such as limit switch and lamp is suggested. The operating status of a overall remicon production system is monitored, and also the system is controlled with host computer through the network. The CAN network interface method is applied to the real readymixed concrete production system to verify the performance of proposed method.

  • 지열에너지는 지구가 생성될 당시부터 지구 내부에 존재하는 무한한 열에너지로 온실가스 배출이 적으며 태양광이나 풍력 등 다른 신재생 에너지와는 달리 일정한 에너지를 공급할 수 있는 항상성 에너지로 기저부하를 담당할 수 있다. 지열을 이용한 전력 생산은 1904년에 이탈리아 라데렐로에서 처음으로 시작되었으며, 현재까지 화산지대를 중심으로 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 2001년에서 2005년 사이에 전세계 지열발전용량은 약 13% 증가하였으며, 2005년을 기준으로 약 8,933MWe의 지열발전설비가 가동 중이다. 최근 들어 지하 심부까지 시추하여 지열저장소(geothermal reservoir)를 형성하고 이를 통해 지열에너지를 생산하는 새로운 시스템인 EGS(Enhanced Geothermal Systems)가 개발됨에 따라 비화산지대에서도 지열발전소를 건설하려는 움직임이 가속화되고 있다. EGS는 지하 심부의 불투수성 결정질 암반에 존재하는 지열에너지의 경제적인 생산뿐만 아니라 물을 주입하여 생산시키는 순환 방식을 이용하여 지열에너지 획득의 매개 역할을 하는 지열수의 고갈 문제를 해결하였다. 결정질 암반에서의 지열저장소의 형성은 암반 내에 분포하는 불연속면에서 주로 발생하며, 이를 위한 압력 조건은 현지 암반의 응력 분포 특성과 암반 및 불연속면의 물성에 좌우된다. 시추공을 통해 지하 심부의 암반에 수압이 가해지면 물의 주입으로 불연속면의 마찰력이 감소하며, 이로 인해 불연속면에 전단변형이 발생하게 된다. 전단변형은 불연속면을 열린 상태로 유지시켜 지열저장소를 형성하게 된다. 불연속면의 전단 변형시 발생하는 미소 탄성파는 시추공 주변에 설치한 모니터링 장비에서 측정되며, 모니터링 장비에 의해 측정된 미소 탄성파 발생 지점의 클러스터는 지열저장소의 공간적 분포 및 규모를 추정할 수 있는 자료가 된다. 현재 EGS를 이용한 지열발전 프로젝트는 프랑스 슐츠, 스위스 바젤, 호주 하바네로에서 대표적으로 진행 중이다. 슐츠는 현재 1.5MWe의 파일럿 플랜트를 가동 중이며, 하바네로는 파일럿 플랜트 건설 단계를 진행중이다. 스위스 바젤은 지열저장소를 형성시킬 목적으로 수행된 주입시험에서 발생된 문제에 대한 기술의 신뢰성을 확보할 목적으로 잠시 중단된 상태다. 제주도는 신생대에 분출하여 형성된 대표적인 한국의 화산지형으로 지열부존 가능성이 높을 것으로 예상되는 지역이다. 따라서 폐사는 지열에너지 부존 특성을 파악하기 위한 심부 물리 탐사 및 탐사정 시추가 실시될 예정이며 궁극적으로 국내 최초의 상용화된 지열발전소 건설을 목표로 하고 있다.

  • The application of ubiquitous technology offers many chances for improving construction management technologies. Currently the Construction System Integration Lab (CSIL) at Pusan National University is executing research on applying ubiquitous technology for better communication in the construction process. One of the research area is the implementation of RFID for monitoring the concrete pour process. The objective of this study is to collect data occurring in the process and use the data be properly planning concrete pour activities. Case study has been done on an actual concrete work. For the study a user environment was developed interfacing on internet with RFID devices that were installed in a batch plant and a construction site. The result of the test demonstrated that the RFID-based concrete monitoring can be a feasible approach for improving the communication in the construction process.

  • Recently, livestock farms in Korea are introducing data-based technologies to improve productivity, such as livestock environment and breeding management, safe livestock production, and animal welfare. In addition, the government has been conducting a smart livestock distribution project since 2017 through the modernization of ICT-based livestock facilities in order to improve the productivity of livestock products and improve the livestock environment as a policy. However, the current smart livestock house has limitations in connection, diversity, and integration between monitoring and control. Therefore, in order to intelligently systemize all processes of livestock with intelligent algorithms and remote control in order to link and integrate various monitoring and control, the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and mobile It is necessary to develop a smart livestock system. In this study, domestic and foreign research trends related to smart livestock based on intelligent information technology were introduced and the limitations of domestic application of advanced technologies were analyzed. Finally, future intelligent information technology applicable to the livestock field was examined.
