우울증은 슬프거나 울적한 느낌이 신체에까지 영향을 끼쳐 개인이나 사회생활에 장애를 초래하는 것을 의미한다. 한의학에서는 이를 기울(氣鬱)이라 하며 억압되고 침울한 마음으로 생리기능이 침체되는 현상으로 이해하고 있다. 우울증을 바로 알고 예방하며 즐거운 마음을 갖고 건강한 생활이 되도록 해보자.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the level of importance, difficulty, satisfaction, and needs of biological nursing science courses-pathophysiology and pharmacology- among students of Advanced Practice Nursing Programs. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study using a self-report questionnaire has been adopted. Participants in this survey were 436 graduate students enrolled in an Advanced Practice Nursing Program. Using SPSS WIN 18.0 program, descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and t-test were conducted. Results: In a pathophysiology course, the students taught by nurse lecturers presented a higher level of importance and satisfaction than those were taught by non-nurse lecturers, but the difference was not significant statistically. In a pharmacology course, the students were taught by nurse lecturers expressed a higher level of satisfaction than those were taught by non-nurse lecturers, but the difference was not significant statistically. The students wanted to improve the quality of courses. Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, we should try to improve the quality of classes and to increase the number of courses taught by nurse-lecturers.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to introduce the Clinical presentation and announce the importance of developing Clinical presentation of Korean medicine and suggest about development direction of Clinical presentation of Korean medicine. Methods: To Investigate the Clinical presentation used in western medicine. I think that Clinical presentation of Korean medicine is a systematic list of Korean medicine symptoms and a standard syndrome differentiation and treatment(辨證論治). So I would like to offer "PangYakHapPyon(方藥合編)" as a basis for developing Clinical presentation of Korean medicine. Results: The clinical presentation term has become widespread in use at Calgary Medical college. Calgary Medical college created a list of 120 clinical presentations In 1991. In Korea, 101 clinical presentations were made in 2016. "PangYakHapPyon(方藥合編)" has been used effectively for over 130 years and widely used in the public. In addition, "PangYakHapPyon(方藥合編)" is summarized in the symptoms and prescriptions that occur frequently in Korea. Conclusions: For the globalization and standardization of Korean medicine, Clinical presentation of Korean medicine should be developed. The overall form of Clinical presentation of Korean medicine uses the form of Clinical presentation of Canada and a standard syndrome differentiation and treatment(辨證論治) for diagnosis and treatment is based "PangYakHapPyon(方藥合編)".

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the inhibitory effects of Juglans regia complex extract(JCE) consisted of Juglans regia, Eucommia ulmoides, Eleutherococcus senticosus and Zingiber officinale on osteoclast differentiation. Cell toxicity test by using CCK-8, TRAP activity and TRAP positive multi-nucleated cell counting were performed to evaluate inhibitory effect on differentiation of osteoclast from bone marrow derived macrophages(BMMs) induced by receptor activator of nuclear $factor-{\kappa}B$ ligand(RANKL). As a result, JCE inhibited RANKL-induced osteoclast differentiation in BMMs dose-dependently without cytotoxicity. These results suggest that JCE may have a potential role for treating bone lytic diseases such as osteoporosis.

우울증은 동기, 의욕, 관심, 주의력, 정신기능 및 식욕의 감소를 특징으로 하는 일종의 기분 장애이다. 우울증은 유전적, 내분비 및 환경적 스트레스를 포함한 다양한 원인에 의해 발생하지만 가벼운 우울증은 식이요법으로 개선되는 것으로 보고되었다. 따라서 우울증 환자를 치료하기 위해서는 기능성 및 영양 보충제를 포함한 다양한 식품 공급원이 필요하다. 치즈에는 숙주 건강에 유익한 영향을 미치는 생리 활성 펩타이드가 포함되어 있다. 특히 저지(Jersey) 우유는 홀스타인(Holstein) 우유보다 고형분 함량이 높은 것으로 보고되었다. 이 연구는 저지(Jersey) 와 홀스타인(Holstein) 우유의 가우다 치즈(Gouda cheese)가 만성 스트레스(CUMS, chronic unpredictable mild stress)에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 치즈를 먹인 만성 스트레스 마우스 모델의 개선적 변화는 젖소 종에 관계없이 통계적으로 유의미하게 효과적으로 나타났다. 흥미롭게도 PCR을 통한 분변 미생물 균총 분석에서 저지 치즈를 섭취함으로써 Bacteroidetes가 증가하고 Firmicutes가 유의적으로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 종합하면, 본 연구는 치즈 섭취가 스트레스 개선 작용이 있음을 제시하며, 특히 장내 미생물 균총의 유익한 방향으로의 변화가 관찰되는데, 치즈의 생리활성물질 혹은 장내미생물 균총의 대사물질들이 이러한 행동·정신학적 개선 작용과의 연관성이 있음을 시사한다.
