본 논문에서는 스마트폰 케이스에 제품디자인에 있어서 패턴 디자인 활용사례를 알아보고 주조색 분석을 통해 패턴디자인 트렌드를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 주조색 추출에 사용된 스마트폰 케이스는 +D프로젝트에 출시된 자료를 활용해 9명 디자이너 별 대표제품 2개를 분석했으며, 분석은 한국 표준색 색채분석, KSCA (Korea Standard Color Analysis) 프로그램을사용하여 각각의 이미지에서 5%이상 쓰인 주조색을 추출 하였고, Hue&Tone 분포를 통해 스마트폰케이스 패턴디자인에 사용된 색채 트렌드를 알아보고자 한다. 스마트폰케이스에 사용된 전체 주조색들을 살펴보면 색상에 있어서는 붉은색(R) 과 보라색-파랑색(PB) 의 분포가 상대적으로 높게 나타났고, 색조에 있어서는 밝은(B), 옅은(P) 톤이 가장 많이 사용 된 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 색채를 통한 감성분석을 연구해 스마트폰 케이스 제품디자인에 있어서 색채와 감성 간의 상관관계를 알아보고자 한다.

Importance of color in floral design has been emphasized for long time, but it is difficult to find out standardization of color for floral design and for educational system. Wedding bouquet is major and important part of floral design and it shows same problem. The research is concentrated on color image analysis of wedding bouquet designs which have been submitted for 'Interflora World Cup Competition' with the intention to utilize the study result as the basic information of floral design. Colors of wedding bouquets from 20 different countries were analyzed. All of designers chose high brightness and saturation more for designing the bouquets. Warm colors and cold colors have been taken in similar portion. Blue color has been rarely used and it is probably because of the rarity of blue flowers. This study shows each continent has different color preference. European designers used wide variety of colors while Asian designers preferred red color. From this study, we found that color image scales of wedding bouquets represent 8 images out of 12 representative images. Four exceptions are 'clean', 'elegant', 'gentle' and 'modern' images.

As a result of the rapid development in the digital content industry, designers have to visualize colors across a range of digital media in a relevant and sophisticated manner. The purpose of this study is to develop a new digital color design education curriculum for enhancing learners' capability of digital color management. This study presents an original university-level color design curriculum for digital color learning that includes traditional color learning. In order to develop interactive pedagogy that provides diverse color experiences to students, this study suggestes a blended learning method that combines face-to-face instruction and web-based instruction. Through two case studies at universities, this paper illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed digital color design curriculum.

본 연구에서는 미래 감성실내 공간색채에 대한 연구로 심리설문반응과 생리 신호 분석을 통하여 감성색채데이터 분석에 목적을 두었다. 생리신호반응 분석 중 뇌파측정과 7점 척도 SD 스케일법을 이용한 설문조사를 실시하여, 정상적인 감성어휘와 정량적인 생리신호 결과의 상호관계를 분석하였다. 기존의 직관적이며 주관적인 색채 배색디자인과 심리분석의 색채연구결과에 비해 본 연구는 객관적이며 과학적인 방법 및 주관적인 감성어휘를 연결짓는 것으로 연구의 의의를 두었다. 이러한 연구는 감성에 미리 반응하는 감성 지능형 환경디자인에 중요한 페이지로 활용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 현대인의 건강에 대한 관심 증가에 따라 건강 증진 환경디자인에 도움을 줄 수 있는 색채 배색을 제안할 수 있다.

사람마다 다 색깔이 있다. 물론 좋아하는 색깔도 가지각색이다. 특히 유아시기(만2세이상∼만5세이하)는 다른 시기의 유아들 보다 색에 대한 관심이 특별하다. 즉, 어떤 물체를 형태보다는 색채에 의하여 동일 물체로 인정하려 하여 자신이 좋아하는 색채에 대해서 민감한 반응을 보이게 된다. (중략)

중국홍[紅]은 중국 색채문화 중에서 중요한 자리매김을 하고 있고 또한 중국인의 마음속에 행복한 생활을 갈망하는 상징적 표현의 색채이다. 본 논문에서는 중국 전통 색채인 중국홍[紅]이 지니는 개성과 특징 및 패키지 디자인응용사례를 분석함으로써 중국홍[紅]이 기호품 패키지 디자인에서 중국인에게 보다 더 감성적으로 정보를 전달하고 매료시킬 수 있게 하는 매개체임을 시사하고자 한다.

While modern illustration designs require originality, the shape and color of marine life provide rich materials for illustration creation. Illustration has a very high artistic creation value. Based on the knowledge of color science and visual form design, this study takes illustration design and marine biology as the main research object. The purpose of this study is: ① The typical features of Marine life are sorted by color and form. ② Lead out graphic symbols representing Marine life. ③ Combine Marine life with illustration design to make design cases. Through research, it is highlighted that the curve feature is a typical feature for distinguishing marine organisms from terrestrial organisms. The classification and comparative analysis of the color phenomena of tropical fish help to extract and process the color of marine tropical fish on the basis of understanding the color characteristics of tropical fish, and apply it to the illustration design.

With the recent increase of sensitivity to decors, there has been an ever-increasing significance of exhibiting the beauty of the outer looks of an article. This trend has necessarily led to the diversification and also specialization of the color scheme activities. And so, it is inevitable that we should form the substantial ideas of the color scheme and further on, enhance the efficacy of its orientation under the prevailing circumstances. Now, we come to a realization that we must first take a glance at the whole picture of the arrays of color embedded in a variety of articles in the sixties and seventies of the 20th century, a bold introduction of color designs, thereby tracing the birth of color designs and finding a meaning in its mechanism. This study begins with the obtaining of a large collection of articles in those days, along with the literature on the commercial effects color suggest, and looking into the background of their trend and finding a meaning that underlies what these colors suggest. The general idea of those color designs exemplifies that the color selection was none other than the simplicity and convenience in the making of things in doser relation to the easy selling. With the advance of material quality and enhancement of the industrial idealism, it has been proved that color plays an important role in depicting the image of quality and tastes of class. In that role color has been given the indicator of visual delights and differentials in quality articles. All this has been reflected in a diversity of articles: for instance, white for household appliances, prime color for living necessaries and natural color for the decore like furniture. Formerly, after all, people used to have little regard for color. What is color for, it was thought, in relation to the selling image of articles? That is wily our preceding generation pays attention only to the first-hand looks of articles, neglecting the intensive study on color. We are beginning to understand what image a certain color scheme evokes in our feeling.

Consumer's needs, pursuing diverse lifestyles, can be identified systematically by the development of design research method with computer technologies. Color, which is the most important factor in industrial design, has been regarded as possessing difficulties in collecting and analyzing reliable data, because it has multi-dimensional features. The purpose of this paper is to develop a new research method for design and color preference investigation, and to provide the possibilities of applying this method into the traditional color research which has many limitations in time, space, and money. This paper emphasizes that the new method using visual and concrete 3D modeling of a product can enhance the reliability of collecting and analyzing data comparing with traditional linguistic and abstract one.
