In the creative problem solving processes, the core was to generate unique and various ideas. Thus, an assumption reversal thinking skill needed to be considered as a concrete method that could help students who have difficulties with generating ideas. In this study, we applied the assumption reversal thinking skill to university students and explored the characteristics of the idea generation process. On the basis of the results, we found that the assumption reversal thinking skill helped students generate new ideas, inducing their perspective changes. Therefore, we could ascertain the possibilities of the assumption reversal thinking skill as a thinking frame supporting students' idea generation. However, there is a need to develop methods for students to exclude prejudice by theoretical judgment, intervention of the value, and experience for fostering more effective assumption reversal thinking. Also, ways should be considered so that students would be able to cultivate task commitment and courage of implementing new ideas, bearing criticism from others.

In this paper, a novel quantization method for wideband signal codec with 7 kHz bandwidth is proposed. In the transform-based wideband signal codecs, the signal is transformed to frequency domain and the spectral coefficients in each frequency band are quantized based on human perceptual model, followed by Huffman coding. However, the property of each band varies with frequency, and the codec has poor performance when all bands are quantized with the same method. Therefore, a selective quantization method is proposed, which analyzes the band property and selects the quantization domain between frequency domain and time domain based on the quantization efficiency. It is confirmed that the proposed method has better performance than the quantizer of G722.1 codec.

The purpose of the study is to reformulate the roles of local archives, reflecting the new archival paradigm. Archives management of local authorities is different basically from that of central administration agencies. This paper analyses four stages of archival paradigm shifts in Western archival communities, and finds some implications for roles and responsibilities of local archives and local archivists. Finally, it suggests the directions of local archives management and revision of related articles in Public Records Management Act.

This paper presents a new current transient test technique for wideband CMOS Op Amps. This technique monitors the transient power supply current and output responses of the CMOS Op Amp to automatically differentiate faulty and fault-free op amps. The wideband op amp is designed using 0.25${\mu}$m CMOS technology. We present detailed simulation results for a wideband op amp. We show that catastrophic faults in op amps can be detected and analyzed by monitoring power supply currents and output responses. This technique is inexpensive and simple.

The current is quickly changed to a simple structure in the existing system architecture is complex and diverse structures. Especially due to the new cyber threat is growing more and more system risks. And many kinds of system monitoring and analysis tools are released in order to minimize the risk, but there is a limit to such a system depends on the Partially automated tools. Therefore, to present the role of a system administrator for effectively managing the system for the new changing environment out of the frame of the old system in order to minimize the systemic risk management system in this study.

본 논문에서는 이득-투명 SOA 스위치를 이용한 새로운 구조의 광 셀 역압축기를 제안하였다. 제안된 구조는 하드웨어 및 제어의 단순화와 이득-투명 SOA를 이용함으로써 처리용량을 극대화하기 위한 요구조건을 만족시킨다. 제안된 구조의 동작을 실험으로 보이기 위해 4-비트의 소규모 광 압축셀을 역압축시키는 실험을 수행하였으며, 제안구조의 동작원리와 일치하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이는 시간분할 방식을 포함하는 광 ATM 교환기와 광 패킷망 등에 주요 요소로서 적용될 수 있다.

통신, 방송, 인터넷이 융합된 품질보장형 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 언제, 어디서나 끊김없이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 차세대 통신망에 대한 구축이 광대역 통합망 (Broadband convergence Network : BcN) 이라는 국가적인 프로젝트로 구체화되고 있다. 광대역 통합망에서는 차세대 통신망에 대한 기본적인 요구사항으로 제시되고 있는 구조, 즉 서비스 계층을 제어 및 전송 계층으로부터 분리하며, 이들 계층간에 표준화된 인터페이스를 사용하여 통신망 하부구조에 독립적으로 새로운 통신 서비스를 생성 및 관리할 수 있는 구조를 가지도록 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 매개변수를 추정하는 방법 중 하나인 역해석을 이용하여 강변여과 지역의 투수량계수를 추정하였다. 최적화 기법으로 BFGS(Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno)를, 정해석 프로그램으로 지하수위와 오염물 거동을 2차원적으로 모의할 수 있는 MOC(Method of Characteristics)을 이용하여 포트란으로 구성된 새로운 프로그램을 개발하였으며 프로그램의 적용성을 검증하기 위해 실제 강변여과를 하고 있는 경남 창원시 대산면의 8개월간 관측 지하수위를 이용하여 그 지역의 투수량계수를 추정하였다.

한국의 장기 에너지공급 전략에서 에너지수요 및 환경제약에 따른 원자력에너지의 역할을 평가하기 위해 에너지수급 최적화모형인 MESSAGE를 이용하였다. 에너지수급 네트워크의 입력자료로 필요한 유효에너지 수요를 예측하기 위해 새로운 프로그램을 개발하였고, 이 결과를 이용하여 1993년부터 2040년까지 원자력계통을 포함한 전체 에너지계통에 대한 최적화를 수행하였으며, 노형전략 및 핵연료주기전략, 원자력에너지의 확대이용 방안 등을 제시하였다. 한국에서 원자력 확대이용에 대한 핵심 요인은 경제성장 규모, 화석연료의 이용가능성, 이산화탄소 배출규제, 부지 및 대중수용성에 의해 제한 받는 원자력 자체의 공급능력이 될 것이다.

본 고에서는 국내외적인 환경변화에 중점을 두고, 이러한 환경변화에 대응해나가기 위한 새로운 정보통신 연구개발정책방향 및 추진전략방향을 제시하였다. 추진전략을 위한 기본방향으로는 서비스, 기기, 부품, S/W의 유기적.종합적 기술개발을 추구하는 통합전략, 기술발전단계에 따른 차별적 정책의 추진과 관련된 차별화전략, 연구개발의 국제화와 관련된 국제화전략, 기술분야, 기술성격, 기술수준별 우선순위 설정을 통한 집중육성과 관련된 특화전략, 각 연구주체별 역할 정립을 통한 역할분화전략을 제시하였다.
