As information resources have become more various and the number of the resources has increased, knowledge customization on the social web has been becoming more difficult. To reduce the burden, we offer a framework for context-based similarity calculation for knowledge customization using ontology on the CBR. Thereby, we newly developed context- and intensity-based similarity calculation methods which are applied to extraction of the most similar case considered semantic similarity and syntactic, and effective creation of the user-tailored knowledge using the selected case. The process is comprised of conversion of unstructured web information into cases, extraction of an appropriate case according to the user requirements, and customization of the knowledge using the selected case. In the experimental section, the effectiveness of the developed similarity methods are compared with other edge-counting similarity methods using two classes which are compared with each other. It shows that our framework leads higher similarity values for conceptually close classes compared with other methods.

최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 언제 어디서나 정보를 누구라도 손쉽게 전달하고 볼 수 있는 수단으로 각광받고 있다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 주요한 특징은 사람과 사람, 사람과 정보, 정보와 정보 간의 관계 네트워크로서, 사용자가 능동적으로 참여한다는 것이다. 하지만 범람하는 수많은 정보들 속에서 사용자가 직접 정보를 검색 및 분류해야 하는 과정은 사람과 정보간의 관계 네트워크 측면에서 소셜의 의미를 충족하지 못한다. 이러한 기존의 정보 활용법은 사용자의 선호도에 따른 맞춤형 정보의 수용과 공유를 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서 설계된 사용자 맞춤형 서비스 시스템은 사용자의 상황인식 속성정보와 이에 따른 선호도를 평가하는 알고리즘을 기반으로 하여 보다 효율적인 커뮤니티 공간이 제공될 수 있는 맞춤형 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템을 설계 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 사용자가 텍스트를 읽거나 작성하는 행위를 바탕으로 사용자의 관심사를 제공된 알고리즘으로 분석하여 사용자의 선호도에 따른 정보를 분류하고, 사용자의 인적정보로부터 선별한 유사 사용자들을 통해 신뢰성이 높은 정보를 우선적으로 선출한다. 따라서 사용자의 속성과 선호도를 고려한 상황인식 정보를 제공함으로써 사용자가 직접 정보를 검색 및 분류하는 과정을 단축하고 정보의 신뢰성을 향상할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 이러한 상황인식 기반의 맞춤형 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템은 실시간으로 많은 정보가 공유되는 서비스에서 다양하게 적용되어 인터넷 신문, 타겟 마케팅 광고 등의 응용분야에서 다양한 정보제공 서비스 시스템으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 본다.

In ubiquitous environments, there are a large number of various mobile devices everywhere. Recently, many studies have been research on distributed resources sharing in this ubiquitous environments. However, the problems with this researches are no considering user's situation and preference. Therefore in this paper, we suggest the personalized resource sharing system considering user's situation and preference. Our system is aware of user's situation by using user's schedule information and a context information such as the time and location information and recommends personalized resources by using the simple weighted scheme. We prove our situation-aware based personalized resource sharing system by using a meeting scenario.

현재의 정보 과적재(information overload) 상황은 대량의 정보 가운데서 사용자의 관련 정보에 대한 요청을 도와 불필요한 정보로부터 막기 위한 도구가 매우 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 도구중 대표적으로 사용되는 웹 검색 엔진과 같은 정보 검색 시스템의 단점은 적합한 검색용어를 선택해야만 하는 점과, 결과에 대한 효율적인 요약이 제공되지 않는다는 점이다.따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 검색 엔진에서의 단점을 보완하여 사용자를 정보 과잉 상황에서의 불필요한 정보로부터 보호하기 위해, 사용자의 프로파일을 기반으로 하여 정보를 개인화된 요약과 함께 제공하는 정보 여과 에이전트(information filtering agent)인 '사용자 맞춤의 문서 요약을 제공하는 정보 여과 에이전트 시스템'을 제안한다.

최근 휴대폰의 보급과 기능의 고급화로 휴대폰을 이용한 개인 환경 맞춤 서비스에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 특히 휴대폰을 이용한 상황인지 기술들이 개발되고 있으며 다양한 분야에 서비스를 제공하는 스마트 모바일 플랫폼에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 환경에서 휴대폰을 이용하여 사용자 프로파일과 수집된 상황 정보에 적절하게 주변 생활 가전 기기를 제어하는 개인화 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼과 휴대폰에서 작동하는 경량 상황인식 엔진을 제안하였으며 상황인식을 통한 추론 작업을 휴대폰과 홈 서버로 분산시켜 상황 추론 작업의 효율화를 기했다.

Recently, there are many researches to realize context-awareness service that recognizes surrounding environments as context and provide the citizens with pervasive convenience based on ubiquitous computing technology. In the u-City, various sensors collect information as context, and citizens will receive various context-awareness service, making use of their wireless and mobile devices and the infrastructures of the u-City. We designed ontology that is useful to structure information of sensor or device that is linked to networks and use OWL (Web Ontology Language) that can express information of mutual relation and partial situation. And we propose a context-aware reasoning system for personalized u-City services based on collected context information and user's intention.

In recent times, as most people develop keen interest in health management, the importance of cultivating dietary habits to prevent various chronic diseases is emphasized. Subsequently, dietary management systems using a variety of mobile and web application interfaces have emerged. However, these systems are difficult to apply in real world and also do not provide personalized information reflective of the user's situation. Hence it is necessary to develop a personalized dietary management and recommendation method that considers user's body state information, food analysis and other essential statistics. In this paper, we analyze nutrition using self-organizing map (SOM) and prepare data about nutrition using clustering. We provide a substitute food recommendation method and also give feedback about the food that user wants to eat based on personalized criteria. The experiment results show that the distance between input food and recommended food of the proposed method is short compared to the recommended food results using general methods and proved that nutritional similar food is recommended.

스마트웨어가 사용자 중심으로 다변화 되어가는 유비쿼터스 환경속에서 상황정보를 제공하는 것은 서비스 전략의 중요한 성공요소가 되고 있다. 상황인식은 현실의 상황을 정보화하고 이를 활용하여 지능화된 개인화 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 상황인식을 이용한 맞춤형 패션 디자인 스타일 추천을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 사용자에게 자신의 선호도에 부합하는 패션 디자인 스타일을 제공함으로써 이를 얻기 위한 시간과 비용을 줄여주고, 손쉽게 원하는 스타일에 접근하도록 한다. 상황인식은 개인화 서비스에 필요한 상황정보를 추출하고 분류한다. 그리고 상황인식 기반의 필터링으로 패션 디자인 스타일 추천을 함으로 사용자에게 보다 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 이를 사용자 인터페이스로 구축하여 논리적 타당성과 유효성을 검증하기 위해 실험적인 적용을 시도하고자 한다.

U-City pursues personalized service by collecting contexts through sensors located over the city and presenting the service automatically depending not on the user's request but on the situations that are needed. To provide the personalized service, however, contexts collected through various sensors are needed, and they include private information. Therefore, it is important to keep a balance between the convenience by presenting service and protecting private information. In this paper, we classify and grade person's various contexts requested in the personalized service environment. Based on these, we make decisions on whether to present the service or not by profile-matching between user profile and service profile. Also, we propose an efficient privacy-protection management scheme to encrypt transmitted private information and to control key distribution.

It is proven that students learn more effectively when they apply Empirical knowledge which they have experienced or been facing. Therefore, the customized training supporting systems for information communication ethics education for primary school is developed. It provide resources on the internet such as teaching methodology, teaching materials, real life examples and applications related to information communication ethics education to the teachers. Each resource is categorized according to the topic and it improved information communication ethics education by providing customized resources on the topic. It is also helpful for users to select necessary resources by informing the suitability between the subject and the resources and to lift the burden on searching the data.
