This research is to review various theories on leadership and to apply the transformational leadership that is suitable for military organization to captains of small naval vessels. The research comprehends types and adaptability of the leadership of captains, analyzes problems of them, and suggests the more desirable ways to develop leadership. In order to achieve these objects of the research, positive analyses were conducted through research on various documentations and survey. The first procedure was to survey the status of leadership on mine sweeper prior to the education on transformational leadership. The second procedure is to survey the result of the education on transformational leadership. Also, in order to understand the difference among the controlling groups, random vessels were selected for surveying the effectiveness of the application of transformational leadership on the same period of time.

This study is a case study of KEB HanaBank's information system integration, which has achieved outstanding results based on successful M & A. As of the end of 2018, KEB HanaBank is one of the domestic commercial banks that showed 896 domestic and overseas branches, 12,881 employees, total assets of 326 trillion won, and net income of 1.9 trillion won. The purpose of this study is to provide implications through KEB Hana Bank's unique case and strategy for information system integration since M & A. To accomplish this, KEB HanaBank's information system integration related resource status, strategy, and performance are searched using various sources, and existing researches on resource dependency theory and entrepreneurial bricolage are reviewed. In the post merger integration process, organizations need to understand the status of their resources in terms of resource constraint theory in order to succeed in the information system integration. In resource constraints, for successful computational integration, a strategy based on entrepreneurial bricolage will be needed.

The social crisis like swine flue epidemics can influence on the various groups and organizations in society. The activity and result by the influence can be different according to the kind of social crises and characteristics of organizations. To understand the short-term response of an organization to social crisis, ser-M model has not been used, but in this study, it is shown that the study using ser-M model can be applicable to short-term event and that ser-M model can be one of access methods to social crisis and disaster. In this study author tried to examinate the response of an hospital in Korea to swine flue epidemics from 2009 to 2010 based on ser-M model. This ser-M model can be used for analysis of response by an organization or a company to short-term external environmental impact like social crisis or disaster as well as long-term management strategy.

This study reviewed behavioral studies that have been conducted to prevent accidents. The studies were analyzed according to settings, subjects, experimental design, dependent and independent variables. Based on this analysis, issues important for conducting future research are proposed. The analysis indicated that behavioral studies have several limitations although they have been successful in preventing accidents. Especially, variables in individual levels that have been related to the accidents have not been appropriately dealt with in the behavioral studies. Similarly, several important variables in organizational levels have not been implemented in the behavioral studies. Therefore, these variables should be more appropriately dealt with in future behavioral research to increase the effectiveness of accident prevention programs. In addition, theoretical relationship between dimensions of independent and dependent variables and maintenance of programs need to be studied further.

소비자의 욕구변화와 정보기술의 발전으로 정보경제시대, 신경제시대가 도래함에 따라 가치사슬이 변화하고, 새로운 가치를 창출하는 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 선으로부터의 자유, 개인성, 즉시성이 가능한 모바일 비즈니스가 우리나라에서도 태동하고 있다. 모바일 비즈니스는 금융업체, 정보제공업체, 통신망 운용업체, 최종이용자간의 새로운 가치의 결합이 특징이며, 막 흐름이 만들어지고 발전되고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같이 다양한 이해관계자가개입하고 있어 협력이 특히 강조되고 또 요구되고 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 이들간의 관계에 대한 연구가 미흡한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 비즈니스를 주도하고 있는 통신망 제공업체와 모바일 컨텐츠 공급 파트너간의 조직간 협력관계에 대한 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 관계마케팅, 거래비용, 자원기반관점, 네트워크 이론 등 기업간 관계를 기술, 설명, 예측하는 주요이론에서 논의되고 있는 개념을 바탕으로 본 연구는 컨텐츠 공급파트너의 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 연구 모형을 제시한다. 최근 중요성이 더 강조되고 있는 항목은 신뢰와 결속임을 감안하여, 매개변수로써 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 주요한 요소로 신뢰와 결속을 제시하고 있다. 컨텐츠 제공업체의 전략적 성과는 서비스제공업체에 대한 신뢰와 결속에 큰 영향을 받고있다는 점을 반영하고 있다. 한편 신뢰에 영향을 주는 독립변수로는 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평판, 서비스제공업체와 컨텐츠 제공 파트너간의 상호의사소통, 그리고 업무처리의 절차에 대한 공정성을 제시하고 있다 결속에 영향을 미치는 독립변수로는 동의된 목표, 업무정보교류, 거래특유자산의 3개의 변수를 선정하였다. 독립, 매개, 종속변수간의 9개의 연구 가설을 수립하였다. 국내의 주도적인 이동통신망소유업체에 모바일 컨텐츠를 공급하고 있는 170여개의 파트너를 대상으로 실증연구를 수행했다. 공변량 구조분석을 위주로 분석한 연구의 결과에 의하면 본 연구의 모델은 충분한 적합성을 보여주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가설의 상당수가 채택이 되었다. 그러나 모바일 비즈니스의 기업간관계의 실제측면을 나타내는 업무정보교류와 결속자의 관계의 유의하지 않게 나와 기각되었다. 기각에 대한 여러 가지의 해석이 가능하지만 측정의 신뢰성을 확보해야 하고 개념의 타당성을 더 엄격하게 준수할 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구는 조직이론에 근거한 변수를 채택하고 있으나 모바일 비즈니스의 생명주기특성상 태동기이기 때문에 기업간 관계를 연구하는 측면에서는 탐험적 연구성격이 강하다. 더 나아가 본 산업의 주된 연구가 질적이고 기업내부만을 연구했던 것에 비교하면 시초적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 관계마케팅, CRM 등의 이론적 배경이 되고 있는 신뢰와 결속의 중요성이 재확인하는 결과도 의의라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 신뢰는 양사 간의 상호관계에서 조성될 수 있는 특성을 가진 반면, 결속은 계약관계 초기단계에서 성문화하고 규정화 할 수 있는 변수의 성격이 강하다고 할 수가 있다. 본 연구는 복잡한 기업간 관계를 지나치게 협력적 측면에서만 규명했기 때문에 많은 측면을 간과할 가능성이 있다. 또한 방법론적으로 일방향의 시각만을 고려했고, 횡단적 조사를 통하고 국내의 한 서비스제공업체와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠 공급파트너만의 시각을 검증했기 때문에 해석에서 유의할 필요가 있다. 또한 타당성확보 노력을 기하였지만 측정도구 면에서 엄격한 개발과정을 준수하지는 못했다. 향후에는 모바일 컨텐츠 파트너의 기업의 특성을 조사하여 관계성 변수와의 상호관련연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 관계기간, 의존성, 거래처의 단/복수여부, 서비스 범주 등의 제반 변수를 고려하여 이러한 변수가 양사와의 관계성 변수에 어떤 영향이 있는가를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 신뢰, 결속 등 다차원의 개념에 대한 심도 깊은 연구와 최근 제기되고 있는 이론의 확대도 필요하다. 마지막으로 신뢰와 결속에 영향을 미치는 요소간의 개념적 분류, 차이의 검증, 영향력 등을 광범위하게 진행시킬 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 산업조직론에 입각하여 일본의 디지털 방송전환이 주요 민간방송사에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 2001년까지로 확정된 일본 정부의 전환계획은 지상파 방송사에게 재정적 어려움을 초래하고 있는 가운데, 일부 지방방송사들은 디지털화에 대한 투자를 감당할 능력이 없어 도산될 것으로 우려되고 있다. 이러한 상황에 직면하여 일본 정부는 네트워크 시스템을 유지하도록 하기 위해 미디어 소유 제한의 완화를 추진하고 있다. 주요 민간방송사들은 사업다각화를 통해 다채널 방송 시장에서도 지배적인 지위를 확보하려는 시도하고 있다. 하지만, 디지털화 비용의 증가로 인해 수익이 급격히 감소하고 있으며 위성방송의 가입자가 기대한 만큼 증가하지 않아 재정상태가 불안정해지고 있다.

In order to improve organization performance by CEO's leadership, the control systems have to be designed in accordance with CEO's strategic orientation. A management control systems (MCS) is a system which gathers and uses information to evaluate the performance of different organizational resources like human, physical, financial and also the organization as a whole considering the organizational strategies. Present study explored the effects of CEO's Characteristics and control on organization performance. So this study adopted 'Risk-taking tendency', 'Achievement motivation' during psychological characteristics of CEO. For the control variable of this study, 'behavior control' and 'result control' were adopted. And for the variable of performance, financial performance was selected. As result of the study, Behavior control affects financial performance highly than result control. Through additional studies conducted during the same period, there is a significant indirect effect of achievement motivation and behavior control.

Regulatory agencies' response to resource constraints is an important issue in terms of regulatory effectiveness, but systematic research is lacking. As an effort to overcome this limitation, this study was to explore behaviors of regulatory agencies in response to resource constraints. Reviewing the precedent studies based on regulatory and organizational theories, the study suggested the potential behaviors of regulatory agencies under resource constraints: changes in regulatory processes, changes in enforcement methods, decoupling, and regulatory delegation and contracting-out. The study also discussed the realistic explanations of the response behaviors partly through the case of marine transportation regulation, and explained the problems that the regulatory agency's behaviors could bring about. Based on the findings, the study suggested that the regulatory framework should be designed to ensure the effectiveness of the regulatory system in consideration of the regulatory agencies' behaviors under resource constraints. The study is expected to contribute to developing a theoretical analysis framework ultimately for an empirical study in the future.

Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO hereafter) can be described as firm level entrepreneurial tendencies. Initially Miller(1983) clarifies the construct of EO, and defines an "entrepreneurial firm as one that engages in product marketing innovation, undertakes somewhat risky ventures, and is first to come up with proactive innovations, beating competitors to the punch". After Miller (1983), Covin & Slevin(1989) adopted EO as a uni-dimensional construct, and insisted that these three dimensions can be combined into a single scale. Since Covin & Slevin(1991), researchers including Lumpkin & Dess(1996) have explored the usefulness of EO. However not many attempts have been tried to summarize the results of previous empirical researches, and to suggest future research directions. To examine and find implications, current study classified the effects of EO as 1) main and mediating effects, 2) moderating effect, 3) other effects, and provide theoretical and empirical validation of EO, which suggested by Miller(2011). After analyzing research results published in major international and Korean journals in each research domain, current paper summarizes and evaluates previous research results, and then suggests research directions for the future. In doing so, we hope to provide some theoretical and practical insight for management of small and medium sized firms.

In this paper, we analyze process of implementing and successful enabler of Postal Logistics Integrated Information Systems(PostNet) through a case study on Korea Post. PostNet was integrated by considering contingently organizational integration (organizational structure redesign), strategical integration (business process reengineering), and technical integration(data integration, application integration, and integrated platform implementation). And also integration was implemented for supporting three aspects. PostNet has implication for advanced integration with business mission and operational efficiency by comparing integration with physical level and hardware level. Korea Post has the biggest logistics network, organization, and service in logistics industry area. The results of this paper will suggest theoretical framework for the future information system integration, and will be utilized as a practical guideline for the information system integration.
