Calculation of Relation between Secondary Structures for Protein Structure Comparison (단백질 구조 비교를 위한 이차구조의 상관관계 계산)

  • 단백질 구조의 표현 방법을 정형화하고 호환성 및 상호작용성을 향상하기 위하여 단백질의 이차구조 구성요소와 그들 사이의 관계를 이용하여 단백질 구조를 기술하는 PSA가 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 PSA에서 정의된 단백질의 이차구조 사이에 정의된 요소 중에서 네 가지의 각도관계와 다섯 가지의 거리관계를 계산하는 방법에 대하여 기술하였으며, 이를 자바로 구현하여 그 결과를 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 단백질의 이차구조 사이의 상관관계를 포함하는 PSAML 데이터로부터 단백질의 구조 및 유사성을 비교하기 위한 단백질 구조비교 시스템에서 사용할 수 있다.

Examination of Organizational Communication and Culture as a Moderator of the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Performance (직무 만족과 조직 성과의 관계 탐색 : 조직 커뮤니케이션과 조직 문화의 조절 효과)

  • This study investigated the role of organizational communication, culture and trust as a moderator of the organizational performance(the growth of production and quality improvement) and job satisfaction. Using data collected from 248 workers at 128 establishments in Changwon industrial complex, morderated regression analyses explored the proposed model. As a result, communication activity and organizational trust was found negatively to moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and quality improvement/the growth of production. And organizational culture was found positively to moderate the relationship between satisfaction and quality improvement. Implications of these findings were discussed.

  • 본 연구에서는 충분히 보정되고 검증되어진 SWAT-K 모형으로부터 생성된 자료를 이용하여 강우-유출-유사 사이의 상호 관계를 도출해 보았다. 소양댐 상류유역을 대상으로 유역내 각 지점별 강우에 따른 유출 및 유사, 유출과 유사의 상호 관계 등을 도시하여 검토한 결과, 약 40 mm 이하의 강우에 대해서는 유사 발생이 많지 않음을 알 수 있었으며, 그 이상의 강우에 대해서 강우와 유사 사이에 이차원 관계의 회귀식을 유도할 수 있었다. 또한, 유출과 유사 사이에도 거듭제곱 형태의 관계식을 유도할 수 있었으며 그에 따른 결정 계수도 높게 나타나 상호간의 회귀식이 매우 상관성이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 관계로부터 향후 복잡한 모형을 이용하지 않아도 대상유역의 특정 지역에 대해 강우로부터 유출이나 유사를 추정하는데 비교적 간편하고 신뢰성 있게 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this paper, it will improve in quality to adapt a right test process which is formalized from certification of TMMi Level. To do this, we suggest correlative relation through analyzing associations between TMMi and TPI next based on the previous research[10], which provides the guideline for enhancing test process level with measuring Test maturity model. Also schematize test maturity measurement through refining and improving the previous test maturity correlation metrics[6,8,9]. As one example with limited level, it shows the guideline to improve test process of one testing organization through improved correlation metrics with TMMi and TPI next.

  • Since the estimate of the genetic relations between characters gave us effective basic informations about the selection of good strains of silkworm, the experiment was carried out to estimate the heritability and the genotypic correlation, etc. using the 21 combinations F1, 's by diallel crosses of seven strains of the silkworm. As the result of this experiment some conclusions obtained were as follows ; 1. The genotypic correlation is estimated highly positive in the heritability for all the 9 characters. 2. The correlations between all the characters are positive and the genotypic correlation is generally higher than the phenotypic one. 3. Since all the correlations between the have length and other characters are highly positive, it can be considered that the effects of the other characters on the have length are very important.

  • In this paper, in order to improve the degraded BER performance of the stronger channel user in non-orthogonal multiple access(: NOMA) with interactive mobile users, we propose the negative correlation bit-to-symbol(: B2S) mapping. First, the closed-form expression for the BER of the negative correlation B2S mapping receiver is derived, and then it is shown that the BER of the negative correlation B2S mapping receiver is improved, compared with those of the ideal perfect successive interference cancellation(: SIC) receiver and positive correlation receiver. Additionally, based on the analytical expression, signal-to-noise(: SNR) gain is calculated, and the superiority of the negative correlation B2S mapping receiver is validated.

The Influence of the Early Childhood Teacher's Emotional Expressiveness and Play Teaching Efficacy on the Children-Teacher Interaction (유아교사의 정서표현성과 놀이교수 효능감이 유아-교사 상호작용에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the influence of early childhood teacher's emotional expressiveness and play teaching efficacy on children-teacher interactions. The subjects of the study were 272 early childhood teachers. The instruments were the Emotional Expressiveness Scale, Play Teaching Efficacy Scale, and Children-teacher Interaction Scale. The SPSS 22.0 program was used to analyze the results of this study, and the data were analyzed through frequency and percentage, Pearson's probability correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, there was a positive correlation among positive emotional expressiveness, which is a subcategory of emotional expressiveness, play teaching efficacy, and children-teacher interaction of early childhood teachers. On the other hand, there was a negative correlation with negative emotional expressiveness, which is a subcategory of emotional expressiveness. Second, children-teacher interactions of early childhood teachers were influenced by their emotional expressiveness and play teaching efficacy. In conclusion, this study revealed a significant correlation between the emotional expression of early childhood teachers, play teaching efficacy, and the children-teacher interaction, and that both variables were factors influencing the children-teacher interactions.

The relations of toddlers' temperament, mother's rearing attitude, and teacher interaction to Toddlers' Language Ability (영아 기질, 어머니 양육행동, 교사 상호작용과 영아 언어능력의 관계)

  • The purpose of the present study was to examine how 25~36-month-old toddlers' temperament, mother's rearing attitude, teacher interaction relates to their language abilities and to analyze the predictive power of these variables in predicting language ability. The subjects were 206 toddlers, 206 mothers and 38 class teachers at child care center in G metropolitan city. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis on SPSS program. The results of this study were as follow. First, there was a significant relationship between mother's rearing attitude, teacher interaction and toddlers language abilities. However, toddlers' temperament showed no significant correlations with toddlers language abilities. Second, teacher's positive attitude was the best predictor of toddlers language abilities. Toddlers' reactivity and mother's rational guidance were also predictors of toddlers' language abilities.

  • 본 연구에서 산업재해 사례를 연구 대상으로 재해 발생의 여러 가지 요인들의 관련을 검토하고자 통계적 기법을 이용한 재해요인별 상관분석, 또는 영향의 정도 파악, 재해 요인의 통제에 따른 기타 재해요인에 대한 영향 분석을 시도하는 통계학적 분석 방법을 이용한 재해 발생의 중요요인을 분석하고자 첫째, 산업재해 통계 자료의 내용을 분석하여 재해 관련 변수들을 파악하는데 불안전 행동 및 불안전상태에 의한 재해 형태와 기타 변수들 간의 정성적 상관분석을 통한 상관계수를 고찰, 둘째, 명목척도인 범주형 변수 상호 간의 관련 여부를 파악하기 위해 카이제곱(chi-square)검정을 행하여 입원 일수를 종속 변수로 하는 기타 변수들의 독립성 여부와 변수 상호간 연관이 있다고 판단될 때 각 변수의 연관의 정도 비교, 셋째, 어떤 변수 상호간 일정한 관계를 가질 때 변수의 범주별로 반응변수(종속변수)에 미치는 영향을 회귀식 형태로 파악하고 비교하기 위하여 로짓(logit)모형을 적용하였다. The Relationship between Teachers' Efficacy Belief and Interactions of Teachers and Children (보육교사의 교사효능감과 교사-유아 상호작용과의 관계)

  • The goal of this study was to examine the relationship between teachers' efficacy belief and interactions between teachers and children of childcare teachers, and utilize the results as the basic data to educate of teachers. The subjects were 205 teachers at 48 childcare centers located in the Jeonlabukdo area. The results of this study are as follows: First, personal teaching efficacy and factors of interactions between teachers and children were significantly different by the types of childcare institution. Second, personal teaching efficacy was correlated positively with teachers' experiences. General teaching efficacy, personal teaching efficacy and factors of interactions between teachers and children were correlated positively with teachers' age. Third, factors of interactions between teachers and children were correlated positively with personal teaching efficacy. Lastly, personal teaching efficacy was the most powerful variable influencing interactions between teachers and children.
