전자거래 환경 하에서 거래 당사자들간의 신분 확인 및 신뢰 구축은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 이러한 문제에 가장 현실적, 효과적 해결책으로 제시되고있는 것이 PKI기반의 신뢰구조이다. 그러나 기존의 계층적 신뢰구조는 광범위한 전자거래환경의 요구조건을 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 각국에서는 상호인증과 상호인정 관련 많은 연구와 대안을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 연구는 신뢰 구조의 형성과 CA간의 상호 연동에만 치중하였을 뿐 최종 사용자의 신뢰의 판단이나 요구사항의 실시간 확인과 같은 의사결정에 직접 관련된 문제에는 소홀히 하였다. 여기에서는 최종사용자의 에이전트와 중계에이전트를 사용하여 실시간 확인기능의 제공과 신뢰보드를 이용하여 상호인정관련 신뢰구조의 확립을 제공하고자 한자. 이는 상호인증과 상호연동의 정책적, 기술적 장벽을 해소하는데 많은 도움을 제공할 것이다.

기존 인터넷의 보안 모델은 모든 통신 상대와 통신 환경에 대한 의심을 기반으로 외부의 공격으로부터 자신을 보호하는 모델이다. 그러나 이 보안 모델은 공격이 지능화됨에 따라 방어도 지속적으로 강화되어야 하는 악순환의 고리에 빠지게 된다. 이런 악순환의 고리를 끊기 위하여 상호 신뢰를 바탕으로 공격자체가 원천적으로 없어지는 신뢰통신 구조를 제안한다. 신뢰통신모델은 먼저 상호신뢰 관계를 가진 제한된 참여자들로 구성된 신뢰 도메인에서 시작하여 외부와의 통신은 잘 정의된 인증 절차에 따라 허용함으로써 도메인의 신뢰 수준을 유지하면서 신뢰 영역을 확장하는 방식을 채택한다. 이 신뢰 모델을 기반으로 신뢰 네트워크 구조를 제안하고 이 구조를 기존의 IP 네트워크에 적용하는 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the interaction between middle and high school archery trainers and players to the exercise satisfaction, trust and adherence. In particular, this study was to develop and examine a theoretical model through theory trimming. To achieve the goal of this study, some of the archery trainers and players participated in korea archery championship in 2007 were selected as a collected group. Total 220 participants were selected using the purposive sampling method to analyze the relationships between archery trainers and players. The data collection method was a brochure named 'the survey on the interaction, exercise satisfaction, adherence, Trust socio-demographic characteristics' Chronbach' a was calculated to check up the reliability and was $.661{\sim}.855.$. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, SEM were used to analyze the collected data. The results were as follows. First, the interaction between middle and high school archery trainers and players influences on the exercise satisfaction. More interaction gives the players more exercise satisfaction. Second, the interaction between archery trainers and players influences on the trust for trainers. More interaction makes the more trust. Third, the interaction between archery trainers and players did not influences on the exercise adherence. Fourth, the exercise satis)action influences on the trust for trainers. More exercise satisfaction makes the more trust. Firth, the exercise satisfaction did not influences on the exercise adherence. Sixth, the trust influences on the exercise adherence.

This study The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of relationship factors and technical factors on the logistics performance of logistics companies. As a result of the analysis, information sharing, mutual trust, and mutual benefit of the inter-organizational relationship factors as factors affecting the logistics performance were analyzed as the factors that positively influence the logistics performance. In the technology factor, IT infrastructure and technology reliability are analyzed as factors that positively influence logistics performance, but system operation capacity is analyzed as a factor that does not positively affect logistics performance. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be confirmed that logistics companies can maximize the logistics performance by mutual sharing of information, mutual benefit and trust, and it is also confirmed that technical reliability is also an important factor.

B2C, B2B와 같은 인터넷 상거래뿐만 아니라, 전자정부를 통한 G2C 등에서 보는 바와 같이, 공공 및 민간 IX(Internet exchange)를 통한 인터넷 상호연동 인프라는 명실상부한 사회 신경망으로 기능한다. 따라서 전통적인 사회간접자본인 도로, 항만, 전력 등에서와 마찬가지로, 그 구축 및 운영에서의 안정성과 신뢰성에 대한 요구가 점차 강화되고 있다 본 연구는 인터넷 상호연동망의 안정성과 신뢰성을 제고하기 위한 방안을 위험관리 관점에서 제안한다. 먼저, 인터넷 상호연동의 강건성(robustness)을 높이기 위한 방어기제와 더불어 상호연동 대안들을 개발한다. 이들 대안은 장애시에 작동하는 별도의 상호연동 비상망을 운영하는 방재형과, 지역적으로 분산된 상호연동 허브(IX)를 운영하여 장애에 따른 피해 확산을 방지하는 분산 허브형으로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 또한 대안들의 위험효율성(risk efficiency)을 체계적으로 비교/평가하기 위하여 경영공학 방법론에 의한 위험평가 프레임워크를 개발하고, 이를 투자수준이 상이한 여러 대안들에 적용한다. 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 통한 ROI(Risk On Investment) 분석 결과, 방재형 대안이 비용 대비 위험효율성 측면에서 최선의 후보로 평가되었다.

본 연구에서는 기존에 다양한 형태로 이루어져 온 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰와 관련된 연구에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 신뢰 형성의 선행요인들을 도출해 낸 후, 이러한 선행요인들이 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 규명하고, 그 영향요인이 종합쇼핑몰과 전문쇼핑몰로 구분되는 쇼핑몰 유형에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석해 보고자 하였다. 신뢰 형성에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로는 거래 안전성, 지각된 평판, 지각된 규모, 상호작용성, 신뢰성향을 설정하고, 이들 요인들이 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 미치는 인과관계를 검증 한 결과, 거래 안전성, 지각된 평판, 상호작용성, 신뢰성향이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 인과관계자 종합쇼핑몰 및 전문쇼핑몰에 따라 어떻게 차이를 보이는지 분석해 본 결과, 거래 안전성과 지각된 평판 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이자 발생하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 점차 중요성이 더해지고 있는 신뢰 형성의 영향요인을 파악하고, 이를 쇼핑몰 유형별로 비교분석을 해 봄으로써 쇼핑몰에 대한 신뢰 형성의 원천과 그 영향력에 대한 체계적인 접근 방법을 제공함으로써 사이버 쇼핑몰 운영자에게 효과적인 관리전략 수립을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

본 논문에서는 통신망 신뢰성 및 상호운용성 확보를 위한 상호접속 방안을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 국내외의 상호접속 관련법 현황 및 상호접속관련 표준기관 분석을 행하였고, 상호접속의 기본개념 및 상호접속의 예와 관련 표준들의 정립을 통한 상호접속 방안을 분석하였다. 그 방안으로서 규제기관 산하의 위원회를 통한 상호접속계획 처리, 상호접속협정, 운용 및 표준개발에 대한 모델정립이 필요하며, 특히 글로벌 초고속 통신망 구현을 위한 국제 표준기판과의 협력이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 분 연구의 결과는 향후 국내의 상호접속 관련 표준개발 및 운용 등의 기초자료로써 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of interpersonal face-to-face offline on identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online world, and the effect of identification-based trust and reciprocity norm on the intention and behavior of sharing information in online world. To understand the moderating role, the importance of information was established as a moderating variable, and an empirical analysis was conducted, focusing on the undergraduate. The results of this study are as follows. It was found that interpersonal face-to-face in offline world affects identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online positively. A reciprocity norm of identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online world affected by interpersonal face-to-face in offline world has a positive effect on the intention and behavior of sharing information in online, but showed that identification-based trust does not affect them significantly. And reciprocity norm has significant relationship with information sharing behavior through the intention to share information. It was found to be a partial moderating effect of importance of information on the relationship among the reciprocity norm and the intention and behavior of sharing information.

현재 우리 나라 약업계에서는 의약분업, 일부 의약품의 슈퍼마켓에서의 판매 등의 급격한 환경변화로 약국경영형태의 혁신적인 변화가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 약업계에서는 급속히 발전되고 있으나 학문적으로는 연구된 적이 거의 없는 볼런터리 체인형태의 협업체 약국에 초점을 맞추어 가맹약국과 체인본부와의 거래관계의 질과 체인약국 시스템의 효율적인 운영 및 관리방안을 알아보았다. 본 논문에서는 연구목적들을 달성하기 위하여 특정 협업체 약국체인에 참여하고 있는 168개의 가맹약국을 대상으로 자료를 전국적으로 수집하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 연구가설을 검정한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 약국체인시스템에 투자한 가맹약국의 거래특유자산과 기업가정신은 관계규범에 유의한 영향을 주었으나, 환경의 불확실성은 정보교환, 결속력, 운영유연성 등의 관계규범에 유의적인 작용을 하지 못하였다. 둘째, 거래특유자산과 동기적 투자는 체인구성원들간의 상호의존성을 유의하게 높였으나, 대체안의 획득가능성과 관계규범은 상호의존성에 중요한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 마지막으로, 체인구성원간의 관계규범과 상호의존성이 관계의 질 즉 가맹약국들이 거래에서 느끼는 만족, 체인본부에 대한 신뢰, 약국체인에 지속적으로 참여하려는 몰입에 주는 영향을 분석하였다. 상호의존성은 관계규범과 신뢰에 영향을 주고, 관계규범은 만족을 통하여 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 그리고 신뢰는 몰입에 유의적인 영향을 주었다.

The purpose of the study was to explore the perception of dentist and dental hygienist of Interprofessional cooperation, to identify factors influencing dentist and dental hygienist satisfaction with their cooperation. The data were collected with a questionnaire for this study from 6 April, 2009 to 27 April 2009. Data were analyzed using SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) WIN 12.0 Program to determine the perception of dentist and dental hygienist of Interprofessional cooperation and predicting factors on their satisfaction. The result shows that dental hygienist is recognized that degree of depression which is caused by dentist's condemnation and by dental hygienist's condemnation rather than dentist. On the other hands, dentist is recognized that the importance of interprofessional cooperation and mutual trust between dentist and dental hygienist.
