A Study on Product Empowerment of Medical Tourism Using Conjoint Analysis (컨조인트 분석을 이용한 의료관광 상품역량강화에 관한 연구)

  • Medical tourism involves patients intentionally leaving their home country to access non-emergency health care services abroad. Growth in the popularity of this practice has resulted in a significant amount of attention being given to it from researchers, policy-makers, and the media. Yet, there has been little effort to systematically synthesize what is known about the effects of this phenomenon and key choice factors. This study seeks to figure out, using conjoint analysis, what factors Chinese medical tourists place importance on maximizing utility when selecting their destination and propose selection attributes that can lure medical tourists to Korea. Results showed that, of destination attributes, medical technology competitiveness proved be the most important and of lower levels, international accreditation proved to have the highest utility. This article presents the findings of valuable insights to medical institutions, travel agencies and related firms in their marketing activities.

  • 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 소비자들이 원하는 상품을 노출시켜 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 상품의 트렌드 분석에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 SNS 데이터와 서비스 내 사용자 데이터를 결합하여 보다 효율적인 상품 트렌드 분석 기법을 제안한다. 온라인 소셜 네트워크의 대중화로 소비자들은 시공간에 구애받지 않고 상품에 대한 정보를 SNS로 교류할 수 있다. 제안하는 기법은 이 과정에서 발생한 SNS 데이터와 사용자 성향 데이터에 시간 속성을 고려하여 상품 트렌드를 분석한다.

Effect of Restaurant Meal Replacement Product Selection Attributes on Brand Image and Satisfaction (RMR(레스토랑간편식) 상품의 선택속성이 브랜드이미지, 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate the relationship between the factors of RMR product selection attributes, brand image, and satisfaction as the interest and frequency of use of RMR products of dining out consumers increase recently. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using RMR products launched in catering companies and restaurants. The investigation period was conducted for about 20 days from August 10, 2020. The final 291 copies were used for research analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used for hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, the hygiene (��=.160), menu (��=.203), and packaging (��=.291) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on reliability. Hypothesis 2's menu (��=.270), convenience (��=.201), and packaging (��=.195) were found to have a significant effect on differentiation. The reliability (��=.328) and differentiation (��=.443) of the brand image of Hypothesis 3 were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction (��=.428). Hygiene (��=.388), menu (��=.229), and convenience (��=.243) of Hypothesis 4 were analyzed to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Lastly, this study is expected to be provided as basic research data related to RMR products, and is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction in RMR product development of food service companies and restaurants.

Effect of HMR Meal Kit Product Selection Attributes on Consumers Satisfaction and Other Recommendation Intention (HMR 밀키트 상품의 선택속성이 소비자만족 및 타인추천의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted an empirical analysis study on the Meal Kit Product, whose interest and demand continued to increase according to the eating out trend in the Untact era. In addition, this study attempted to investigate the relationship between the factors of Home Meal Replacement Meal Kit Product Selection Attributes, Consumers Satisfaction, and Other Recommendation Intention. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using Meal Kit Products released by food service companies and start-up companies. The investigation period was conducted for about one month from July 01, 2020, and the final 285 copies were used for analysis. The SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, the price (β=.241), convenience (β=.317), and diversity (β=.191) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on Consumers Satisfaction. Price (β=.482), convenience (β=.133), and diversity (β=.342) were found to have a significant effect on the intention to recommend others. It was analyzed that Hypothesis 3's Consumers Satisfaction (β=.443) had a significant effect on Other Recommendation Intention. Finally, through this study, we expect to be provided as basic research data related to Meal Kit Product. It is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction for the development of milk kit products for catering companies and restaurants.

Attribute Utility-Based Negotiation Agent Methodology for Customer-To-Customer Electronic Commerce (소비자간 전자상거래를 위한 속성효용기반 자동협상 방법론의 개발)

  • Since people have come to access more and more information about products with the proliferation of the Internet, more and more customer-to-customer e-marketplaces are being introduced with rapidly increasing transaction volumes. As the role of customer-to-customer electronic commerce has become increasingly regarded as vital to the economy, much research has delved into developing intelligent agent systems to efficiently support customer-to-customer electronic commerce. Most of this research, however, has focused only on supporting simple negotiation for the price of common goods along the time span. To expand the negotiation object to the differentiated goods, the customer must be allowed to negotiate over multi-at-tributes of the product besides the price, including the attributes related to the transaction activity itself, such as delivery time and payment method. To satisfy this requirement, we propose an agent marketplace for differentiated goods where the agent of a customer can negotiate not only the price but also the various attributes of the product and the transaction in order to achieve a better utility level for both buyer and seller. The formal protocol and the architecture issues to support the proposed e-marketplace and agents are also addressed.

A Review on Dynamic Changes of Consumer's Attributes and Marketing Mix Strategies of Cut Roses in Korea (장미에 대한 선호속성의 동태적 변화와 마케팅 믹스전략 탐색)

  • The aim of this study is to find changes of the attributes that influence the purchase of cut roses during recent five years(2007~2011) and suggest some implications on ways to promote cut roses marketing. For this purpose, a survey was conducted through the Internet among 1,100 randomly chosen people living in Seoul, Inchon and Gyeonggi Province in 2011. A total of 1,023 valid replies were received for the analysis of the survey which was carried out by the subsidiary consulting firm. The survey panels and estimation models to analyze changes of consumers' preference attributes during recent five years are same to them of Kim, et al.(2007). That is, empirical analysis tools such as ordered probit model, multinomial logit model, and conjoint analysis were used according to Kim, et al.(2007). This paper suggests several policy implications to set up the target market of cut roses and marketing mix strategy to specify the best 4P(product, price, place and promotion).

  • Product information system contains information concerning products such as classification, attributes and UOM. Product information system stores their product information to a Relational Database. However, they do not support interoperability between product systems since their database is designed and optimized for their services. We suggest a standard product model and the scenarios of web services based on our model.

  • 본 연구는 두 가지 선물상황(생일, 크리스마스)과 선물수용자(가족, 친구)에서 성별에 따라 선물 속성지각에 차이가 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 질문지를 이용하여 미국 남녀 비자 97명을 대상으로 자료수집 하였으며, 자료분석을 위해 MANOVA(Multivariate Analysis of Variable)를 실행하였다. 분석결과, 가족과 친구를 위한 생일선물상황에서 성에 따라 쾌락적 속성(독특한, 유행하는, 재미있는)의 중요성 지각에 차이를 보여 여성이 남성보다 선물의 쾌락적 속성을 더 중요하게 지각하였다. 또한 가족과 친구를 위한 크리스마스 선물상황에서도 성별에 따라 쾌락적 속성에 차이를 보여 여성이 남성보다 가족을 위한 선물로써 독특한, 유행하는 속성을 더 중요하게 지각하고, 친구를 위한 선물은 독특한, 재미있는 속성이 더 중요하게 지각되었다. 그러나 실용적 속성(내구성있는, 실용적인, 비싸지 않은)에서는 두 가지 상황의 가족과 친구를 위한 선물지각에 대해 성별에 따라 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구결과. 소비자들은 선물구매상황에서 일반제품과 달리 쾌락적 가치를 더욱 중요하게 인식하고 있으며, 성별에 따라 선물 상황과 수용자에 대한 선물의 쾌락적 속성지각에 차이를 나타냄으로써 성별에 따른 차별화된 선물상품개발 및 이미지 포지셔닝 전략을 통해 효과적 마케팅 관리가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Structural Analysis on the Perceived Attributes of Fashion Goods (패션상품의 인지된 속성의 구조분석)

  • This article develops the perceived attributes of fashion goods and hierarchical structure among these attributes. In-depth interviews of 12 adult women in the exploratory research and a questionnaire survey of 472 adult women in the empirical research were conducted. The results of the research are as follows: First, a total of 5 perceived subjective attributes of fashion goods are composed of newness, mass fashionability, social compatibility, personal compatibility and self-expressiveness, and the dimensions of the five drawn attributes show a hierarchical causality rather than an equal level. Newness and mass fashionability, perception attributes effect social compatibility and personal compatibility as consequence attributes exert a direct influence on the self-expressiveness represented by value attributes. Personal compatibility and social compatibility as consequence attributes also directly effects self-expressiveness while mediating newness and mass fashionability.

Multi-attribute M:N Negotiation Agent for Interned Auction (인터넷 경매에서의 다중속성 M:N 협상 에이전트)

  • 오늘날 대부분의 인터넷 경매 시스템은 단지 가격이라는 단일 속성만을 상품 거래의 절대 기준으로 삼고 있다. 이러한 경매 시스템은 단일 판매자와 다수의 구매자가 경매에 참여하므로 구매자에게 공정만 협상을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공하지 못한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 제품을 거래할 때 가격 외에도 배달시간, 보증기간 등 다중 속성을 가지고 협상을 수행할 수 있는 지능형 에이전트가 요구된다. 또한 다수의 판매자와 다수의 구매자가 협상을 진행할 수 있는 M:N 지능형 협상 에이전트도 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Multi-Attribute Utility Theory(HAUT)를 이용하여 다중 속성을 가지고 거래를 하고 각각의 속성별로 거래 우선순위 가중치를 두어 협상하는 경매시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 다수의 판매자와 구매자가 협상을 하여 실제 협상과 차이가 많은 온라인 경매 협상 방법의 문제에 대한 해결방안도 제시하였다. 또한 사용자의 만족도를 높이기 위해 각 에이전트에게 최적의 상대 에이전트와 거래할 수 있는 예약시스템을 구현하였다. 제안한 모델은 약 85%의 거래 성사비율과 약 80%의 거래만족도를 보여준다.
