  • To make maximum benefit through the R&D investment, various methods is presented to support cooperating company in managing product information which reaches to conceptual design, detail design, production and a service from planning phase of production. Recently, the induction of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is being accelerated to design the enterprising system which is various from the idea phase for a product plan to the elimination through the life cycle of the product by the major companies. This study is focused on the research and development of the major companies which is producing products like sets, parts and equipment. This study proposes the process of product strategy, goods planning, development, information and the renovation of decision-making system.

  • 최근 다양한 업무형태가 등장함에 따라 특정업종이나 기업을 대상으로 기업간 비즈니스에 대란 정보시스템 구현 및 업무 프로세스 리엔지니어링을 통한 혁신을 지원해 줄 수 있는 체계의 도입 및 구현에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 기업이 해당 업무의 정보시스템 구현과 업무의 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서는 현행 업무프로세스에 대한 표준화가 중요란 사항이나, 현재 기업간 업무에 대해서는 이를 뒷받침 해줄 수 있는 프로세스 및 데이터의 분류와 분석을 위한 통합화, 표준화 작업이 부족한 상태이며, 이를 기반으로 이루어지는 업종별 핵심 기능 프로세스에 대란 표준화와 개발 분야도 미비한 실정이다. 특히 보편적으로 기업간 업무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 경우 이러한 업종내 업무프로세스의 표준을 체계화 하는 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 최근 매우 활성화 되고있는 프랜차이즈 산업의 경우 프랜차이즈 비즈니스의 특성상 경영효율을 높이기 위해 본사의 관리 통제 하에 운영되고 있으며, 상품도 본사에 의해 통일적, 정형적으로 기획되는 둥 프랜차이즈 비즈니스 특유의 경영 특질을 갖고 있다. 그러나 업무에 대란 표준화가 되어 있지 않은 상태에서 프랜차이즈를 운영한다면 본사차원에서는 오히려 인원과 경비만 늘어 프랜차이즈의 가장 큰 장점인 다점화의 장점이 없어지게 되고, 프랜차이즈 사업을 하고자하는 가맹점 입장에서도 프로세스의 차이와 비표준에서 오는 혼란인 많아 이를 쉽고, 체계적으로 접근 딸 수 잇는 표준 프로세스 작업의 필요성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 보편적으로 기업간 업무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 프랜차이즈 산업을 대상으로 기업정보시스템 구현 및 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

  • It is frequent to develop the fashion product through predict purchasing needs of consumers in Textile and Fashion Industry. If failed in its prediction, that is, if consumers would not purchase the product, there comes some problems that big sale is inevitable or stock increase tremendously. Otherwise, Quick Response System allows that the company observe the consumer's needs consistently and design products and establish manufacture schedule rapidly so that they could prohibit the products unnecessarily stocked. Consumer's preference is collected and analyzed through the data generated by POS system, and this is provided to the related manufacturer through network in realtime, so that the manufactures could merchandise, produce and provide the products according to the consumer's need. Thus, this study developed POS system-education program, that is, the merchandising of apparel product, product by prediction, retailer, purchase behavior, reduction in stock inventory and product lead time, cooperative system between apparel company and retailer, and conformation to the consumer's needs are included in this program, through binding the new technology in textile and fashion industry for the purpose of Quick Response system.

  • This study examines the measures and implementation strategies needed to develop sustainable design from an international perspective, using examples of sustainability practices and product planning from Helen Kaminski, a representative fashion brand of positive luxury. The research method includes a literature study on positive luxury, a case study on positive luxury brands, and an empirical study where the researcher participated in the development of Helen Kaminski's design. The study identifies the following measures needed to develop designs for sustainable products: First, the development of designs that increase circularity; Second, the use of certified materials and strict adherence to material usage; Third, the simplification of production methods or development of new technologies for this purpose; Fourth, ensuring that design development incorporate the traditions and unique handicraft techniques of the local community. The implementation strategies required for a sustainable product planning process are as follows. First, changes in the product planning stage and expansion of participating members are needed. Second, securing and conducting prior inspections of the supply chain for ethical sourcing is required. Third, prioritizing the use of eco-friendly materials and material development. Fourth, establishing a stage for selecting and evaluating objects that will become representative designs with sustainability. As a result, this study can serve as basic data to strengthen corporate competitiveness and establish itself as a fashion brand for sustainability through actionable strategies applicable to the domestic fashion industry in the future.

  • To develop a creative design concept, amount of idea thinking between team members is important. In the process of planning to proposal brainstorming helps clarification of problems and allows a creative solution. Here, idea generation is to express thinking into words, and greater amount of idea is more valued than to choose one fine idea at first. This paper studies actual processes of brainstorming, and we utilize network services upgraded in Web and multimedia techniques to develop idea with arrangement. We compare the amount of idea generation by groups and topics with Brainwriting and Braindrawing of Webstorming, without limitation of space and time. Then, we propose a creative idea thinking by analyzing the characteristics of design team members in various aspects. This result will contribute in improving national potential value and design competitiveness by the help of design and IT, on product research and marketing.

  • VE is used as a powerful tool to add value to facilities by improving functionality and reducing costs. By identifying the client's requirements in the VE process and reflecting them in the quality model, the developed alternatives meet the client's requirements. However, there is no process to verify how the developed alternatives reflect the needs of the client through functional analysis, idea generation and evaluation. The purpose of this study was to develop, verify, and prove the effectiveness of a methodology for evaluating client satisfaction with alternatives developed during the VE Job Plan. The KANO model, which can identify the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of requirements in product planning, was set as a methodology for alternative verification procedures of VE, and was improved and applied to the purpose of this study. As a result, the alternative evaluation method developed in this study was found to be useful. It is expected that the KANO model will be used to evaluate the satisfaction of VE alternatives in the VE Job Plan analysis.

  • 한류 문화산업은 드라마로부터 시작하여 K-Pop으로 영역이 넓어지는 장르의 다양화와 함께 동남아에서 남미, 유럽까지 지역적 영향력도 커져가고 있다. 문화산업 관련 직종 중 기획-경영 분야에는 문화 예술에 대한 지식과 함께 경제학, 경영학, 기술 분야(CT: Culture Technology)의 다양하고 고도의 융합지식 필요하다. 한류 문화산업 전문가는 또한 한류 문화상품이 영향력을 미치는 중국, 일본, 베트남, 서남 아시아권의 지역정보와 해당 국가의 문화, 법, 제도 이해가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 한류 문화산업의 전문가를 양성하기 위한 산업계의 수요를 분석하고 이들을 양성하기 위한 체계적인 교육과정을 도출하는 프로세스를 제시한다.

  • Recently, client requirements concept is an important issue related to many effects of firms. Especially, if we think that apartment is given a great deal of national construction industry, it is requested that we should try to improve apartment quality with various methods of client requirements survey and reflecting those on apartment project. The technique searching and applying client requirements to apartment project is requested for that and ROQ(Return On Quality) process connected to QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is a technique which is used in manufacturing industry and help to make money by rising client satisfaction with searching clients requirements, and applying this to quality improvement program. In this study apartment quality management development is suggested through using ROQ process. For this customer interview research and FGI(Focus Group Interview) was carried out and clients requirement was analyzed with this. Then quality improvement program applicable to developing a new apartment product was established with specialist monitoring. A new apartment quality management development plan is prosed with this process.

  • The types and characteristics of the service business are various in the service process and product. So the communication and sharing for learning about experience and knowledge are very important. But up to the present, the academic and systemic research have not been activated in this field. Recently, the demand and supply in the service business are growing rapidly, the related researches by the scientific and systemic approach are required. In this study, the some research area discussed and suggested in the perspective of service innovation by the Ostrom's research(2010)'s category and suggestions mainly. In the service planning area, some research theme candidates, research trends, and examples are introduced in the categories of the fostering service infusion and growth, the improving well-being through transformative service, and the creating and maintaining a service culture. Also, in the service development area, various research theme candidates, trends, and suggestions are described in the categories of the stimulating service innovation, the enhancing service design, and the optimizing service networks and value chains.

  • This study examines the process and scope of visual directing through the case of SM Entertainment, and explores the role of visual directors. As a result of the case study, SM created the visual directing team composed of art director and visual designers within the creative headquarters and was actively introducing visual directing for the development of idol. The visual directing process of SM, which is being developed as a part of the star marketing, consists of analyzing the environment in marketing strategy, establishing marketing strategy related to idol, setting up target image per artist, and finally planning and managing the visual directing project. The visual director in SM is required to have creative talent, logical persuasion, information analytical ability, visual expression ability, and field application ability. SM also applies visual directing accumulated from idol singers to SM business areas such as MD product design and production, product composition and designer collaboration, and SM town COEX artium. This paper have significance in attracting visual directing to the academic field.
