  • The essence of Mutual aid service is looking into the general commerce about its goods and services that is a general viewpoint. Through the contract that the contractor related with the Mutual aid associations and Mutual aid companies. provide the goods and services to future member's demanding point. and members are pay out money, and pay for that on the installment plan. This Mutual aid business had been increased rapidly after 2005, it is expanded huge business, even its scale alone, the cost is estimated at over three trillion won. But because of Mutual aid business's prepayment installment plan, stipulated substance of the Law on hire-purchase systems were more actualized than in the past, but it leave much to be desired. for example, the obligation of explanation to Mutual aid associations and members of Mutual aid company, the consumer protection about the contract of advance received deposit, upward problem of capital, when establish the Mutual aid company etc. in this paper will review these problems and improvement about legal details that for the customers of Mutual aid service and development of Mutual aid industry, and claimed about Mutual aid law's singular legislation.

A Study on customer experience centered innovation model for Funeral Mutual Enterprise - Centered on Funeral service - (상조기업의 고객경험 기반 혁신모델 연구 - 장례서비스 산업을 중심으로 -)

  • This study is a study on the methodology of establishing an innovation strategy centering on the customer experience, which is essential in order to transform the existing collection and preservation-centered mutual aid company service into a visitor-centered service. To this end, we conducted literature research on environmental changes in the funeral industry from the perspective of service science and the significance and value of customer experiences within them, good customer experiences and bad customer experiences from the perspective of customer experience management. A study was conducted to present and prove a specific model. The customer experience-oriented innovation strategy of the funeral industry means to search for various alternatives that can reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and select the most appropriate transformation plan among them. As an effect of application, it was found that it is a source of differentiation by generating positive emotions to customers, and that customer experience data is highly helpful in making important decisions for the actual resource input of the parent company. This innovation model was presented, and its value was firstly proved by analyzing the difference from the existing evaluation method. Finally, as a result of analyzing the causal relationship through regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and cooperative company's performance as variables, the relationship proved to be significant.

  • This study has conducted to analyze the effects of funeral service of aid companies on customer satisfaction. The study got following results by collecting and analyzing 120 customers who performed a funeral service. The results indicated that overall satisfaction of a serviced commodity, linguistic service of a funeral commissioner, and behavioral service of a funeral helper affected on reuse intent.

  • 본 발명은 녹색 건축물에 적용되는 중수도 설치를 위한 수처리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물에서 배출되는 오수의 유입량을 제어하면서, 산기장치를 이용하여 상기 오수에 일정량의 에어를 공급하여 슬러지의 침강과 부패방지를 유도하는 유량조정조와, 상기 유량조정조를 거친 오수를 응집 및 침전처리하고 가압부상에의해 슬러지를 처리하는 가압부상조와, 상기 가압부상조를 거친 오수에 포함되어 있는 질소, 인을 처리하는 무산소조와, 상기 무산소조를 거친 오수에 포함되어 있는 유기물을 수처리용 접촉 메디아(DSBB)에 의해 분해하는 생물막조와, 상기 생물막조를 거친 오수를 침전과정을 통해 침전된 슬러지를 외부로 배출하는 침전조와, 상기 침전조를 거친 오수를 분리막에 통과시켜 오수에 포함되어 있는 미생물, 세균등의 미세입자들을 제거하는 분리막조와, 상기 분리막조를 거친 오수에 포함되어 있는 미처리 미세입자를 여과기에 통과시켜 처리하는 여과조와, 상기 여과조를 거친 오수를 오존($O_3$) 또는 UV 살균 처리하는 소독조와, 상기 소독조를 거쳐 최종적으로 처리된 처리수를 일정시간 동안 체류시켰다가 건축물의 중수로 재이용하기 위해 방출시키는 저수조를 포함하여 이루어지는 녹색 건축물에 적용되는 중수도 설치를 위한 수처리 시스템에 관한 것이다.

  • 1980년대 CDMA의 기술을 광통신에 도입된 이후 최근까지 광 CDMA에 대한 연구는 실험실 수준에서 이루어져 왔다. 최근 인터넷 사용의 급격한 증가로 가입자까지 광신호를 보내려는 노력이 많이 이루어지고 있으며, 그 방안으로 많은 광 가입자를 수용할 수 있는 광 CDMA 기술이 각광 받으면서 광CDMA 시스템을 생산하는 회사가 생기기 시작하고 있다. 광 CDMA 기술에는 시간지연을 이용한 방법, 광 스위치를 이용한 방법[1], FBG/AWG를 이용한 방법, 공간필터를 이용한 방법 등이 연구되어 지고 있으며, 이중에서 광 스위치를 이용한 광 CDMA 방식은 encoder/decoder의 채널을 변경하기 쉬운 장점을 지니고 있다.   • The purpose of flower decoration at the funeral altar is to create various flower decorations at altar according to the social status of the deceased, to console psychological shock and pains of mourners and the bereaved families, and to make them remember the life of the deceased beautifully. In this study, five top funeral service companies in Korea selected by the Fair Trade Commission in 2017 and five repr And this researcher identified problems in flower decorations at the funeral altar in Korea, by comparing and analyzing the styles of flower decorations at funeral altars in Korea and Japan. In addition, this researcher surveyed consumers' preferences by age group. According to the results of the survey, most of the entire age group responded positively to the flower decorations at the funeral altar which focused on the job of the deceased. This means that consumers are demanding changes to the flower decorations at the funeral altar which are made up of the products of funeral service companies. In addition, the results of the survey, it can be seen that most consumers prefer to decorate the altar flowers according to the occupation, hobby, and taste of the deceased and present the altar in three dimensions like a landscape of nature. esentative funeral service companies in Japan were surveyed on the status of flower decorations at the funeral altar.

  • In Asia, where the aging population is growing rapidly, as the funeral service industry develops and the market grows. The economic value and interest of funeral services is increasing. However, Korea's funeral services are being developed in a biased direction, focusing only on funeral services, after death. Compared to the case of advanced funeral services in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan, not only the funeral but also the care of the deceased's family and acquaintances around us are developing. It is appropriate to use a method based on ethnography and User eXperience. For this purpose, the method of collecting and analyzing the ethnography and user experience data of actual resident and visitor was deduced in persona method in the next ten years, and funeral service centered on resident and visitor. In this study, qualitative data centered on the future direction of funeral services, focusing on the resident (family) and the guest who are the principals of services from the perspective of service science. It is difficult to derive meaningful results from the process of collecting, processing, and interpreting big data in general, and in this case, the data analysis method is based on ethnography and user eXperience.) Is appropriate. For this purpose, the method of collecting and analyzing the ethnography and user experience data of the actual resident and the visitor was deduced in the persona method in detail after 10 years. In addition, the future direction of funeral services centered on residence and visitor was presented.
