본 연구에서는 딥러닝을 이용해 3300종에 이르는 다양한 한글 폰트를 인식하였다. 폰트는 디자인 분야에 있어서 필수적인 요소이며 문화적으로도 중요하다. 한글은 영어권 언어에 비해 훨씬 많은 문자를 포함하고 있기 때문에 한글 폰트 인식은 영어권 폰트 인식보다 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 최근 다양한 영상 인식 분야에서 좋은 성능을 보이고 있는 CNN을 이용해 한글 폰트 인식을 수행하였다. 과거에 이루어진 대부분의 폰트 인식 연구에서는 불과 수 십 종의 폰트 만을 대상으로 하였다. 최근에 이르러서야 2000종 이상의 대용량 폰트 인식에 대한 연구결과가 발표되었으나, 이들은 주로 문자의 수가 적은 영어권 문자들을 대상으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CNN을 이용해 3300종에 이르는 다양한 한글 폰트를 인식하였다. 많은 수의 폰트를 인식하기 위해 두 가지 구조의 CNN을 이용해 폰트인식기를 구성하고, 실험을 통해 이들을 비교 평가하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 3300종의 한글 폰트를 효과적으로 인식하면서도 학습 시간과 파라미터의 수를 줄이고 구조를 단순화하는 방향으로 모델을 개선하였다. 제안하는 모델은 3300종의 한글 폰트에 대하여 상위 1위 인식률 94.55%, 상위 5위 인식률 99.91%의 성능을 보였다.

Information Culture Index (ICI) is the quantitative value that represents people's information literacy levels. Also, it diagnoses the people's knowledge, ethics, emotion, and practice synthetically. As the Internet and cell phone addiction have been increasing when people access information on the web recently, it is necessary to analyze the meaning of the ICI from the Internet and cell phone addiction perspectives and to confirm if it goes well in the right direction. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of the people who have high ICIs. At the same time, we perform the statistical analysis combining ICIs with the Internet and the cell-phone addiction levels. In particular, the meaning of the Information Practicing factor, which is one of the ICI factors, is examined. By doing these, we confirm if the current ICI works correctly or not, and propose a better way for measuring ICIs. In order to do these, we survey and analyze data with basic statistical methods and structural equation model.

This study is about setting the weighed value of evaluation items for cultural tourism development project using AHP and it analyzed the cultural and ecological tourism infrastructure project in three cultural areas of Andong City. As a result of examining the reliability of evaluation items, it turned out to be 0.9, an appropriate level. In the analysis of weighed value, the items valued highly were in the order of validity of the plan, economic validity, validity of the policy. As for the detailed indices for the three that showed the highest weighed value, for validity of the plan, distinction of contents; for validity of the policy, compatibility of regional characteristics; for economic validity, sustainability were given high values. In the end, it could be concluded that as the cultural and ecological tourism infrastructure project in three cultural areas was delayed a lot more than previously planned, in order to flexibly respond to changing environment, it would be desirable to change parts of the previous plan before pushing ahead with it.

The purpose of this study was to identify the differences of career barriers of multicultural adolescents by family income class. The study also examined the differences of social contextual factors affecting career barriers. A total of 1,265 cases from the sixth wave of Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study was used for the analysis. The main findings are as follows: First, multicultural adolescents showed significant differences in carrier barriers by income class. Second, low-income class adolescents were significantly affected by lack of mother involvement and academic adjustment, and middle-income class were affected by family support, academic adjustment, peer relationships, and adults helping at school. Study findings were discussed in terms of implications for practical intervention on career barriers of multicultural adolescents.

We can discover some facts that vernacular design products with a property of volunteer culture coexist with ready-made products as an useful objects in the post-industrial society. Currently, few attempts had been made at studies of the vernacular design objects with understanding cultural context in post-industrial society, it is necessary to illuminate the relationships between the user with a role of design producer and the product viewed in culturally. In chapter 2, by examining documentary, t have been understood the definition, apprehensions, attributes linking creative use's culture with vernacular design culture, and distinctions between vernacular design and main stream design system. In chapter 3, by verifying products of everyday street and construction site, have been investigated the public characters and the differences compared with the past. In chapter 4, as a subtle example, have been analyzed design feathers and cultural characters of the products which children and infants culture generates by reflecting the socio-economic backgrounds and the culture from 60c and 70c to now according to the phases of the times. In conclusion, first, it seems quite probably that all of artificial objects exist a state of ready-made but that is not appropriate to correspond with user's whole behaviors. supplementally, it causes the phenomenon of vernacular design products. Secondly, it is reasonable to suppose that such main-stream design system and vernacular design go forward continually and crossly with coexistent relationships as high culture and sub culture. Third, three concepts: long-life design, ecology design and recycling revealed in vernacular design are useful distinguishing marks for the future design directions, moreover instant-response, fast and flexible process, three distinctions have a possibility of alternative process which can overcome the control-based process such as the systematic approach and the planning MTG in present. Finally, in children and infants culture, vernacular design products have changed the pure style products in the past into the modified techno playing products in the present. These should De a substitute product that supplyes variousness to ready-made design system and a design culture that maintains continually as a independent culture.

As a way to improve the quality of life following the increase of the national income, the importance of cultural welfare has been magnified. To actively cope with such a situation of the times, the government has operated the cultural welfare workers system; however, the reality today includes many problems such as lack of reliability and professionalism in the system. Thus, this thesis has as an objective to extract priorities for the improvement of the cultural welfare workers system through analyses of precedents, investigations by professionals and related systems, and to propose measures of improvement. The priorities, in case of higher levels, are in the order of: utilization of manpower, educational curriculum and test subjects, methods of license acquisition and training institution. In order for the cultural welfare workers system to be efficiently operated based on the priorities, the existing system needs to offer state-certified licenses and provide workers with institutional strategies for refresher education and utilization of manpower.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the feasibility of relocating and building the Wando-gun Library into a multicultural library. For this purpose, the results of policy and economic feasibility, including locational feasibility, related laws, high and related plans, and surveys were examined. As a result of the analysis, it was found that policy feasibility was secured and economic feasibility was insufficient, but it is judged that some of it was secured because the ripple effect was calculated by the occurrence of social benefits. The results of this study can be useful data to prepare for a project to promote the construction of a library as a multicultural space.

This study aims to develop design elements for cultural convergence between rehabilitation for individuals with developmental disabilities and lifelong education for individuals with disabilities, which is a key area in the practical support system for independent life support for individuals with developmental disabilities. As for the research method, a procedure for conducting FGI by forming two teams for professors majoring in special education and rehabilitation science was formed. The research was presented in three upper categories (universal cultural convergence elements, field-centered cultural convergence elements, and policy-centered cultural convergence elements) that should be designed for cultural convergence between rehabilitation for individuals with developmental disabilities and lifelong education for individuals with disabilities. In addition, subcategories were specifically composed for each upper category. First, as a universal cultural element, "open creative convergence" was presented in principle, which can be explained as a principle of exploring and practicing the validity of convergence between related fields for rehabilitation for individuals with developmental disabilities and lifelong education for individuals with disabilities. Second, field-centered cultural factors included development of joint practice model between fields of rehabilitation science and special education, subject matter education knowledge and skills, teaching and learning methods, learning career roadmaps, employment and job career development roadmaps, and the formation of an independent life development history certification system. Third, as policy-centered cultural elements, the formation of a curriculum integration composition system between local related institutions, the establishment of a qualification development path for coordinator-professional teacher-type personnel, and the organizational systematization between school-center types were presented. The study concluded that independent life support for individuals with developmental disabilities should not only be guaranteed for the entire life of adulthood, but also a lifelong education for individuals with disabilities based rehabilitation support system for individuals with developmental disabilities should be established through cultural convergence.

This research proposed an approach for interlinking bibliographic data used in the existing multicultural institutions in order to support information services of multicultural institutions. It constructed a set of linkage properties that can link the FRBR-based BIBFRAME structure with the existing metadata standards currently adopted in multicultural institutions, including MODS, EAD, and CDWA. As a result, the descriptive elements for the Work level, Instance level, Item level, statement of responsibility, subjects were established in the BIBFRAME syntax. A total of 19 upper level elements, 18 sub-elements, and 12 linkage properties were proposed for the linking of bibliographic data, so that a bibliographic environment was established that can interconnect heterogeneous metadata adopted depending on the types of collections. Through the proposed structure, it is expected that it can be applied to provide sufficient information services more efficiently by linking the dispersed bibliographic data of multicultural institutions in an integrated way.

The culture is an integral factor when we deal with the quality of life of members of society, and the cultural right is accepted as the basic right. However, the cultural right of the disabled in our society stays in the conditions of the discrimination and alienation by social prejudices and barriers against people with disabilities, and that results from the lack of understanding as a right. The aim of this study is to further raise awareness about the cultural right of the disabled as the basic human right, make it clear to be a universal right based on that, and insist on implementing 'Affirmative Action' for actualizing the disabled's cultural right to equality. The political measures derived from this study to guarantee and realize the cultural right of the disabled are as follows. First, the target extent of cultural voucher system should be expand to not recipients of national basic livelihood guarantees and near poverty groups, but all the disabled. Second, to take full charge of the cultural support of the disabled as a independent organization, it is necessary to establish Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism-affiliated 'Bureau of Culture for Persons with Disabilities'. Third, the nationwide survey on cultural activities and desires of the disabled periodically is required.
