Series 60, $C_B=0.60$ 선형의 형상계수의 특성고찰 (On the Characteristics of Form Factors -Series 60, $C_B=0.60$-)

  • 국제선형시험수조회의의 저항시험에 관한 표준선형인 Series 60, $C_B=0.60$에 대하여 서로 크기가 다른 5척의 모형선을 국내의 선형시험수조 보유기관(한국기계연구소 선박분소, 현대선박해양연구소, 서울대학교, 인하대학교)에서 제작, 교환하여 상사모형시험을 수행하였다. 이 결과를 Hughes 및 Telfer의 방법에 따라 해석하여 형상계수와 모형선의 크기 및 예인속도와의 관계를 파악하고자 했다. 이 선형에 대해서 형상계수는 Reynolds 수 뿐만 아니라 Froude 수에 따라서도 변화하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 현행의 형상계수를 이용한 실선저항추정법이 공학적 유용성을 가지고 있음을 재확인하였다. 선형특성이 다른 여러 선형에 대해서 상사모형시험을 실시하므로서 보편적인 원리를 파악하는 것이 필요하다고 판단된다.

병원종사자들의 관계갈등 및 스트레스 요인이 이직의향에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Relationship Conflict and Stress Factors on the Current Turnover Intention in Hospital Employees)

  • 본 연구는 병원종사자들의 이직의도 결정시 가장 큰 원인이 될 수 있는 관계갈등 종류를 살펴보고, 이직의도를 완화시킬 수 있는 관계갈등 요인과 스트레스 요인을 파악하여 병원조직의 안정적인 인력관리를 위한 유용한 정보제공을 목적으로 실시하였다. 연구방법은 병원 및 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 행정직과 간호직 종사자들을 대상으로 2019년 9월 16일부터 9월 30일까지 구조화된 설문자료를 수집하여, t-test, 분산분석, 카이제곱 검정, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 이직결정시 가장 큰 원인이 될 수 있는 갈등종류는 병원에서 얻을 것이 없는 경우에 이직할 것이라는 응답이 과반수이상이었다. 행정직은 상사나 선임자의 자기중심적 언행으로 인한 관계갈등이 높을수록 그리고 불명확한 업무지시로 인한 스트레스가 높을수록 현재 이직의향이 높았으며, 간호직은 상사나 선임자의 자기중심적 언행으로 인한 관계갈등이 높을수록 그리고 무시하는 행동 및 불쾌한 언행으로 인한 스트레스가 높을수록 현재 이직의향이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 병원조직이 안정적인 인력관리를 위해서는 조직차원에서의 조직문화와 부서차원에서의 조직문화가 조직구성원들이 직무현장에서 실질적으로 체감할 수 있도록 검토할 필요성이 제기되었다.

국제상사중재에 관한 UNCITRAL 모델법의 개정동향 (The Revision Trend of UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration)

  • At its thirty-second session(Vienna, 17 May-4 June 1999), the UNCITRAL decided that the priority items for the Working Group(Arbitration and Conciliation) should include enforceability of interim measures and the requirement of written (on for the arbitration agreement. The Working Group, at its forty-third session(Vienna, 3-7 October 2005), it had undertaken a detailed review of the text of the revised article 17 of UNCTTRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, and it had resumed discussions on a draft model legislative provision revising article 7, paragraph (2) of UNCITRAL Model Law. The purpose of this paper is to make research on the contents and issues of the draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders, and on the form of arbitration agreement which the Working Group discussed and adopted at its forth-fourth session(New York, 23-27 January 2006). The draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders are composed of the following provisions : Article 17-power of arbitral tribunal to order interim measures; article 17 bis-conditions for granting interim measures; article 17 ter-applications for preliminary orders and conditions for granting preliminary orders; article 17 quater-specific regime for preliminary orders; article 17 quinquies- modification, suspension, termination; article 17 sexies-provision of security; article 17 septies-disclosure; article 17 octies-costs and damages; article 17 novies recognition and enforcements; article 17 decies-grounds for refusing recognition or enforcement; article 17 undecies-court-ordered interim measures. There are the following issues in the draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders : form of issuance of an interim measures in article 17(2); conditions for granting interim measures in article 17 bis; purpose, function and legal regime of preliminary orders in article 17 ter; obligation of arbitral tribunal to give notice, and non-enforceability of preliminary orders in article 17 quater; burden of proof, interplay between article 17 decies and article 34, and decision on the recognition and enforcement of the interim measures in article 17 decies; placement of article 17 undecies; amendment of scope exception of application in article 1(2). The draft legislative provisions on the form of arbitration agreement are composed of the following provisions : article 7(1) definition of arbitration agreement; article 7(2) arbitration agreement in writing; article 7(3) arbitration agreement if its terms(content) are (is) recorded in any form; article 7(4) arbitration agreement by an electronic communication; article 7(5) arbitration agreement in an exchange of statements of claim and defence; article 7(6) reference to any document containing an arbitration clause. There are the following issues in the draft legislative provisions on the form of arbitration agreement : arbitration agreement in writing in article 7(2); terms or contents of arbitration agreement in article 7(3); arbitration agreement by electronic communication in article 7(4); existence of arbitration agreement in article 7(5); reference to any document containing an arbitration clause in article 7(6); the alternative proposal on article 7; amendment to article 35(2).

  • Complex thermal hydraulic characteristics exist inside the reactor because the reactor internals consist of fuel assembly, internal structures and so on. In this study, to examine the effect of Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS)-based two-equation turbulence models in the analysis of flow distribution inside a 1/5 scaled-down APR+, simulation was performed using the commercial computational fluid dynamics software, ANSYS CFX R.13 and the predicted results were compared with the measured data. It was concluded that reactor internal flow pattern was locally different depending on the turbulence models. In addition, the prediction accuracy of k-${\varepsilon}$ model was superior to that of other two-equation turbulence models and this model predicted the relatively uniform distribution of core inlet flow rate.

남북상사중재위원회 중재규정초안작성상의 문제성과 기본원칙 (Problems and Fundamental Principles in Drafting of Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of South-North Korea.)

  • The Drafting of Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea is to be the basis of and important to the South-North Commercial Arbitration Committee. Therefore we should study and review carefully the drafting of Commercial Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea. First of all, it's probable that the drafting of Commercial Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee in South Korea should be written by the Commercial Arbitration Committee of South Korea and Korean arbitral body after these organizations are established and appointed. Second, it's probable that the Commercial Arbitration Committee of South Korea and the arbitral body in South Korea should be composed of private sector, not government officer mainly. Third, it's not recommendable that we make the ICSID intervene in appointment of arbitrator(s) of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea when it's not agreed with between the South Korea and the North Korea. Forth, it's not recommendable that we, the South Korea write the only one South Korean draft of the Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea.

미국법원의 판례를 통한 선택적 중재합의의 지위 (The Status of Unilateral Arbitration Agreements Through the U.S. Case Laws)

  • This article focuses on the history and evolution of the US court's attitude towards unilateral arbitration and dispute resolution clauses, but also considers the practical approach of national courts to theses clauses. It goes on to consider some potential pitfalls in the operation of unilateral clauses, which should be borne in mind when developing a strategy for bringing or defending a claim which falls within the scope of a unilateral clause. There can be few objections to the general validity of unilateral arbitration clauses. The principle of party autonomy is the driving force behind international arbitration and, provided it is tolerably clear that the parties intended the arbitration clause to operate unilaterally, courts should be reluctant to interfere with the parties' agreement. There are also no persuasive public policy reasons why such clauses should not be upheld in commercial agreements. In addition to the issue of whether such unilateral clauses are permissible under certain law, it is important to be aware of how they should properly operate in practice, that is, useful guidance on the subject of the proper operation and effect of such clauses where they are intended to be used to enable a party to decide whether, and in what circumstances, a claim should be referred to court or to arbitration.

  • 본 연구에서는 특성근이 같은 같은 경우의 기본해 유도에서 사용하였던 상사 방법을 이용하여, 균열끝 부근의 응력장과 변위장을 나타내고자 한다. 위의 해석을 바탕으로 개발한 프로그램의 정도에 대하여 검증하고, 이 프로그램을 복합재료 내의 균열 문제에 응용하여 응력확대계수에 관한 자료를 계산하고, 그 유용성을 검토하고자 한다.

충돌제트/유출냉각기법에서 분사판의 홀배열이 열전달에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Impingement Hole Size on Heat Transfer of An Impingement/Effusion Cooling System)

  • Two perforated plates are used to investigate local heat/mass transfer characteristics in an impingement/effusion cooling system. A naphthalene sublimation method is conducted to determine the local heat/mass transfer coefficients on the upward facing surface of the effusion plate. The two plates are placed in parallel position with gap distances of 1, 2, 4 and 6 times of effusion hole diameter. The effects of hole arrangements of the plates are studied for staggered, square, and hexagonal arrays. The experiments are conducted at Reynolds number of 10,000 based on the effusion hole diameter. The results show that the smaller hole size in the staggered array has the higher transfer coefficients on the stagnation region due to the formation of higher momentum flows through the impingement holes. In the square array, heat/mass transfer on the target plate is more uniform as the number of impingement holes increases. High and uniform heat/mass transfer coefficients are obtained in the hexagonal array.

  • 대인적 신뢰란 모든 사회적 관계가 의존하는 상호적인 “성실성”으로서, 심리적이고 개인적인 영역으로 간주되어 주로 심리학에서 다루어져온 개념이었으나 최근 조직과학의 발달로 인해 구성원의 자발적 행동을 유인하고 조직적 업무수행의 효율을 높이는 요인으로서 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이 글은 조직내에서의 리더와 구성원사이의 대인적 신뢰의 실체를 밝히고 이것이 어떻게 개인심리적 차원에서 사회 조직적 차원으로 개념승화가 될 수 있는 가를 살펴보고 있다. 또한 대인적 신뢰가 조직내에서 형성되고 유지 발전되는 과정을 살펴봄으로서 조직내 구성원들의 업무효율을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있다.

극한 환경하의 부표 운동성능 모형시험기법 개발 (An Experimental Method for Analysis of the Dynamic Behavior of Buoys in Extreme Environment)

  • An experimental method to investigate the dynamic characteristics of buoys in extreme environmental condition is established. Because the buoy model requires a resonable size for accurate experiment, the test condition in model basin that satisfies the similarity law is hardly compatible with capability of test facilities. It is suggested that the linear wave component that is unable to satisfy similarity is separated with others. The model experiment is carried out with mitigated condition for the linear wave components while others including wave drift, current and wind are keeping the similarities. Then, the result can be extrapolated to give the dynamic behavior of buoys n extreme condition because linear wave component is solely responsibly to oscillatory buoy motion and other environmental components are applied as a initial tension. The similarity for current and wind conditions is viewed as equivalence of restoring forces. The validity of proposed method is examined with different types of standard ocean buoys and it indicates that the linearity of measured characteristics is assured with a limitation of resonable distance between test and estimated wave conditions.
