Analysis of the Nash Model Using the Similarities of Hydrogeomorphologic and Time Response Characteristics (수문지형특성 및 시간응답특성의 상사성을 이용한 Nash 모형 해석)

  • Parameters of the Nash model were analyzed using similarity concepts for the hydrogeomorphologic and the time response characteristics, then the application of parameter estimation was performed for a basin where no data are available. The self-similarity was investigated to evaluate the similarity of hydrogeomorphologic characteristics and to derive a equation for the time of concentration. The relation between model parameters and time characteristics such as travel and lag time, were developed to obtain their properties of similarity. There were remarkable results about the assessment for basin similarity and the application to an ungaged basin in Wi stream basin.

A Study on the Influence of Servant Leadership and Trust in Leader on Organizational Performance (서번트 리더십이 상사신뢰와 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • In this study, an analysis has been conducted as to; (i) what factors affect organizational members trust in leader (ii) how does members trust in leader affect the variable of organizational performance in an organization. In order to attain the objective of this study, a model was established and also the hypothesis was verified on the basis of preceding studies. The findings of this study could be summarized as follows: 1. Servant leadership which is considered as preceding factors affecting trust in leader, were found to have a positive relation with trust in leader. 2. In connection with the role of trust, its mediator effect between its preceding factor and outcome variables was verified. As a result of the analysis, it was verified that servant leadership and trust in leader affected outcome variables not only directly but also indirectly through trust. 3. As a result of analyzing the effect that the trust in leader has on outcome variables, the trust in leader was found to have a positively significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

  • This study is to examine how POS(perceived organization support) would affect trust in her/his superior and organization, organization commitment and customer orientation. The effect of demographic variables differences on independent and dependent variables was examined. Data for this study was collected by questionnaire from a sample of 277 employees of 9 hospitals in Korea. The findings show that POS is significantly influence trust in her/his superior and organization, organization commitment, and customer orientation. Variables like gender and type of employment have a significant difference. However there is no difference in the type of occupation.

  • In a changing environment of parallel management, members must respond more flexibly to customers and have the maximum service spirit, which makes servant leadership more important than the existing leadership style. This study will examine the impact of servant leadership on trust toward supervisor and the impact of trust toward supervisor on change-oriented behaviors and job exhaustion. Finally, this study will also analyze the moderating effect of organizational support in the relationship between servant leadership and trust toward supervisor. A survey questionnaire was conducted on nurses in university hospitals and general hospitals located in Busan. First, growth support, community building, and stewardship among servant leadership had a positively significant influence on trust toward supervisor but did not significantly influenced vision suggestion. Second, trust toward supervisor had a positively significant influence on change-oriented behaviors. Third, trust toward supervisor had a negatively significant influence on job exhaustion. Fourth, the interaction effect between the independent variable stewardship and moderating variable organizational support was significant on the dependent variable trust toward supervisor, but interaction effect between the independent variables that were vision suggestion, growth building, and community building and moderating variable organizational support was not significant.

  • Due to the continuous spread of COVID-19 and the overall decline of the global economy, the business environment of Chinese SMEs is poor, the level of abusive supervision among managers of Chinese SMEs has generally risen state. First of all, the management' abusive supervision has a negative impact on the members' trust in leader. Secondly, the members' trust in leader has a negative impact on the members' knowledge hiding. However, the members' trust in leader has a positive impact on job engagement. Accordingly, this study puts forward some revelations on how to reduce the management' abusive supervision in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises and the members' knowledge hiding, as well as how to improve the members' knowledge hiding and job engagement.

  • 본 연구에서는 댐 유역의 설계홍수량을 산정할 시 발생할 수 있는 대표 매개변수의 불확실성에 대하여 분석하였다. 설계홍수량 산정 방법으로는 국내에서 가장 일반적으로 활용되고 있는 강우-유출모형 중 Clark 단위도를 활용하여 확률강우량을 동일 빈도의 홍수량으로 변환하는 방식을 적용하였다. 대상 유역으로는 수문학적 안전성평가가 수행된 국내 댐 유역 중 비교적 실측 호우사상 자료 수가 많은 3개 유역을 선정하였다. 또한 단위도 매개변수 결정 시 자료의 부족으로 최적화 매개변수에 대한 신뢰도 문제가 발생할 수 있으므로 가용 자료수가 증가함에 따른 불확실성의 영향을 분석하기 위해 대상 유역 간의 시간응답 특성을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 상사성이 있는 것으로 판단되는 유역의 호우사상 매개변수를 통합하여 무차원화된 저류상수 $K_x$를 구하였다. 이 $K_x$값을 표준정규분포로 변환하고 Monte Carlo Simulation을 통해 난수를 발생시켜 100개의 무차원 저류상수 $K_x$를 산정하였다. 이 값을 사용하여 설계홍수량을 산정하기 위한 대표 매개변수의 불확실성 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 상사성이 있는 것으로 판별된 유역의 호우사상을 통합하는 경우 양질의 호우사상을 다수 확보하고 있는 유역이 추가되면 홍수량 산정결과가 개선되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study empirically analyzed the influence of communication and social support on the organizational immersion of salespeople in cosmetic brand shops in Seoul. Communication and social support were set as independent variables as factors affecting organizational immersion. Communication variables were subordinate variables such as formal communication, communication with supervisor, and communication with colleagues. Sub-variables of social support factors were set as support of superiors and support of colleagues. As a result of the analysis, communication factors such as formal communication, communication with supervisor, communication with colleagues were analyzed as the significant influencing factors on the organizational immersion of workers. The support of supervisor was analyzed as the significant factors influencing the organizational immersion of workers. However, support of colleagues was analyzed as a factor that did not affect the organizational immersion of workers.

An Experimental Study of Mutual Relation between Wake and Boundary Layer of a Flat Plate; Mean Velocity Field (평판 경계층과 후류와의 상호관계에 관한 연구; 평균속도장)

  • An experimental study was carried out to investigate the influence of flow conditions of a boundary layer on the near-wake of a flat plate. Various attaching positions of tripping wires were selected to change flow conditions on a boundary layer. Laminar, transitional, and turbulent boundary layer conditions at 0.98C from the leading edge are imposed to investigate the evolution of symmetric and asymmetric wake. An x-type hot-wire probe(55P61) is employed to measure at 8 stations of the near-wake region. Measured mean velocity distributions are presented in terms of similarity parameter. It is found that the symmetric wake collapses well to the universal profile in the central part of the wake. However, the universal profile is not suitable in describing an asymmetric wake.

  • In this paper, a geometric similarity law is introduced to the performance test of a large-sized silencer used in ship engine or plant system. A test of scale-down model enable to yield the cost and time saving in developing large-sized silencer considerably. Two types of silencer, resonator and expansion chamber, were analyzed by a theoretical method and an acoustical FEM(finite element method) in order to obtain geometric similarity variables. A method is proposed to estimate the transmission loss of prototype model using the test results of scale-down model. Two actual large-sized silencer, which consist of resonator and expansion chamber, were analysed by an acoustical FE analysis. Consequently, the proposed method predicts effectively the performance of prototype silencers using those of scale-down models.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of the confirmed of boss and the organizational effectiveness. For this, The mediating effect of psychological empowerment was verified. on the Influence of Organizational Effectiveness. the confirmed of boss (+)effected of the organizational effectivenes and verified the parameter part of psychological empowerment. Also The confirmed of boss (+)effected of a Junior staff's the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment. This results suggest that for maximization the organizational effectiveness need the confirmed of boss and the delegation of authority. The delegation of authority from boss provide autonomy and creativeity to Junior staffs. This ways suggest that make them the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment.
