Physiological Responses of the Three Wild Vegetables under Different Shading Treatment (광도 변화에 따른 산마늘, 곰취, 곤달비의 생리적 반응)

  • This present study was conducted to investigate photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence, chlorophyll contents of Allium victorialis var. platyphyllum, Ligularia fischeri, Ligularia stenocephala growing under four different light intensity regimes (full sun, and 64~73%, 35~42%, 9~16% of full sun). Three wild vegetables showed good photosynthetic capacity in July. Allium victorialis var. platyphyllum showed best photosynthetic capacity and apparent quantum yield in 35~42% of full sun. But Ligularia fischeri and Ligularia stenocephala showed best photosynthetic capacity and apparent quantum yield in full sun and decreased as the shading level increaese. As the shading level increased, the total chlorophyll contents increased with a significant difference in three wild vegetables.

Change of Nearshore Random Waves in Response to Sea-level Rise (해수면 상승에 따른 연안 지역 불규칙파의 변화)

  • In this study, a method has been developed for estimating the change of nearshore random waves in response to sea-level rise, by extending the method proposed for regular waves by Townend in 1994. The relative changes in wavelength, refraction coefficient, shoaling coefficient, and wave height for random waves are presented as functions of relative change in water depth. The changes in wavelength and refraction coefficient are calculated by using the significant wave period and principal wave direction in the regular-wave formulas. On the other hand, the changes in shoaling coefficient and wave height are calculated by using the formulas proposed for shoaling and transformation of random waves in the nearshore area including surf zone. The results are proposed in the form of both formulas and graphs. In particular, the relative change in wave height is compared with the result for regular waves.

수율 계수와 목적 함수의 최적 유가배양에 대한 영향

  • 1. 수율계수 함수의 영향 : 유가 배양에 있어서 수율 계수가 제한 기질 농도의 함수일 경우에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 사용한 수율 계수 함수는 기질 농도에 대하여 선형 함수였으며 목적함수는 중간 대사 물질의 생산량이었다. 1-가) 수율 계수 함수의 기울기가 음의 값으로 적어짐에 따라 제한 기질의 공급속도가 증가되었다. 1-나) 일반적으로 초기의 얼마 동안은 회분 배양에서와 같이 공급 속도가 거의 없었으며 그후 전환점 이후에 가서야 공급 속도가 증가하였다. 1-다) 전환점 이후에서도 처음에는 대부분의 경우에 공급속도가 음의 값으로 부터 시작하여 증가하기 시작하였다. 1-라) 어떤 경우에는 배양 초기부터 공급 속도가 양의 값으로부터 시작하였으나 곧 감소하였다가 다시 증가하는 비 단조형 변화를 보였다. 1-마) 전환점 이후에서 공급 속도가 증가하는 형태에서도 처음에는 선형 증가를 보이다가 나중에 지수적 증가를 보였다. 1-바) 위와 같은 공급 속도의 변화에 따른 발효조 내의 제한 기질 농도의 변화는 초기에는 가능한 최대치를 유지하다가 전환점 이후에는 갑자기 감소하는 형태를 취하였다. 2. 목적 함수의 영향: 목적 함수가 균체량과 생성 중간 대사물질 량의 선형 결합일 때 대하여 연구하였다. 선형 결합 계수로는 균체량과 생성대사 물질의 상대적인 값어치를 취하였다. 2-가) 허용 최대 균체 농도가 제한되어 있는 상황 하에서 생성 대사 물질의 상대적인 값이 증가 할수록 목적 함수가 증가하였다. 2-나)생성대사 물질의 상대적인 값이 증가할수록 전환점의 위치가 줄어들었다. 2-다) 생성대사 물질 상대적 값의 단위 증가에 대한 목적 함수는 균체량을 감안하지 않은 야마네박사의 결과에 수렴하였다. 2-라) 공급 속도는 상대 값이 커질수록 줄어들었다. 2-마) 균체량의 시간에 대한 곡선은 상대값이 증가할수록 감소하고 전형적인 분기점 형태의 변화를 보였다.변이 뚜렷하여 이로 인한 외임파강내의 염증성병변이 뚜렷이 나타나 있으며 와우관의 특히 기저회전에서의 유모세포의 손실이 심한 것으로 보아 중이염으로 인한 골도의 고음역에서의 손실이 발생함을 알 수 있다.A group), vinclozolin, procymidone, tetradifon cypermethrin, 그리고 fenvalerate(B group)에서는 70% 이상의 회수율을 얻었고, 20%의 ethyl acetate/hexane을 사용하여 분석한 경우는 5%나 10%의 ethyl acetate/hexane을 사용하여 분석했을 때보다 좋은 결과를 나타내어 전체 16종의 농약 중 14종에서 75% 이상의 회수율을 얻었으나, alachlor와 bifenthrin은 매우 낮은 회수율을 보여서 ethyl acetate와 hexane의 혼합용매가 이들 두 농약성분의 분석에는 적합하지 않은 용출 용매임을 알 수 있었다.NO_2의$ 급성 중독증상으로서는 눈, 코를 강하게 자극하고 폐충혈, 폐수종, 기관지염, 폐염 등을 일으킨다. 만성 중독시에는 만성폐섬유와 및 폐수종을 일으킨다. (4) $오존(O_3)$ Ozone은 자동차 배기가스에서 나오는 $NO_2$ gas 및 탄화수소와 작용하여, PAN이라는 자극성 물질을 생성시키는 광학적 Smog의 주요소로 알려져 있다. 자극적인 냄새가 있음으로 불쾌감을 주고 비, 인후점막의 전조감과 두통이 오며 폐기능을 저하시키며 더욱 진행되면 폐충혈, 폐수종 등을 일으킨다 (5) Smog에 의한 건강피해 대표적인 것이 1952.12.5~12.8까지 4일간 영국 Lon-don에서 계속된 Smog사건이며, 이 사건으로 말미암아 호흡기질환 사망율이 사건전보다 사건기간 중 혹은 사건후에 5~10배의 증가율을 보였다. 이때 Smog의 주원인은 연료의 불완전 연소에 의한 연기와 이때 발생

  • The variation of ground-penetrating radar(GPR) signal characteristics from dielectric-filled nonmetallic pipes buried in inhomogeneous ground are compared through a numerical simulation. The relative permittivity distribution of the ground is generated by using the continuous random media(CRM) technique. As a function of the relative permittivity of the material filling the nonmetallic pipe buried in the ground media, GPR signals are simulated by using the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method. We show that, unlike the case for homogeneous ground, the distortion characteristics of the reflected waves caused by the front convex surface and the rear concave surface of the pipe buried in inhomogeneous ground are different depending on the permittivity contrast between the inside and outside of the pipe.

Simulation of Reflective Boundaries Using the Sponge Layer in Boussinesq Wave Propagation Model (Boussinesq 파랑전파모델에서 스펀지층을 이용한 반사경계의 모의)

  • The present study proposed a method fer simulating reflective boundary conditions in Boussinesq wave propagation model by lining lateral boundaries like breakwaters and seawalls with artificial sponge layers. In order to find out the reflective characteristics of sponge layers, 1D numerical experiments were performed varying the relative sponge width (sponge width/wave length). The results showed that the reflection coefficient can be effectively realized from no reflection to full reflection simply by adjusting the relative sponge width. Based on the results, a multiple regression formula was proposed to delineate the relationship among the reflection coefficient and other dimensionless variables. Finally, the reflective sponge layer was applied to a semi-infinite breakwater, demonstrating that it can also be successfully employed in 2D applications.

  • This paper investigates the relationship between the passenger car demand and business activities in the OECD. The positively linear relationships changed suddenly since 1990 and the reason was thought to be the polarized economic development of USA and Japan. The cases of other countries supports this conclusion. According to the conclusion, we modeled and estimated the car demand function of Korea.

A Study on the Growth Analysis of Pinus koraiensis Seedings under Various Relative Light Intensities and Planting Densities (잣나무 묘목(苗木)의 생육환경(生育環境) 요인(要因)에 따른 생장해석적(生長解析的) 연구(硏究))

  • For the improvement of nursery condition and the study of eco-physiological characteristics of Pinus koraiensis(2-2) seedlings, the primary productivity was investigated and the growth characteristics and their correlationship were analyzed from May to September in 1987. Seedlings used in this study were grown at the nursery of Experimental Forestry of Kyung Hee Univ. The installation of experimental plots were divided into control plot (100%), 63%, 37% and 19% relative light intensity, and each relative light intensity plots were split into $15{\times}15/m^2$, $12{\times}12/m^2$, $9{\times}9/m^2$ and $6{\times}6/m^2$ plnting density by randomized black design method. To take into account the edge effect of plant population, material were selected from each plot by random sampling at 30 days interval. Each sampled material was divided into leaf and stem drived in a drying oven at the temperature of $85^{\circ}C$ until it had constant weight and weighed. and leaf area was surveyed. Growth analysis for RGR and NAR was done by Blackman method and correlation coefficient were investigated between RGR and NAR by analyzing the dry matter production and growth characteristics of the material, cultivated on the experimental nursery under the condition of different treatment the obtained result were as follows : 1. The increasing rate of dry matter was similar at early stage of growth, but not at late stage. 2. Leaf area growth was the maximum value at 63% relative light intensity and the minimum at 19% RLI 3. The value of RGR was the highest on June under $6{\times}6/m^2$ planting density in 63% relative light intensity, the lowest on September under $12{\times}12/m^2$ of 19% relative light intensity. 4. The change NAR decreased in early stage of growth, while it increased on August and September, The value of RGR on June under $6{\times}6/m^2$ planting density in 100 light intensity was the highest, and on September under $12{\times}12/m^2$ planting density in 19% relative light intensity was the lowest. 5. Regression and correlation between RGR and NAR showed significantly positive.

고에너지 전자빔으로 처리된 Ni/Al$_{2}$O$_{3}$ 촉매에서 메탄의 dry reforming

  • Ni/${\gamma}$-Al$_{2}$O$_{3}$의 촉매능 향상을 위하여 고에너지의 전자빔을 사용하여 처리한 후 촉매반응과 표면상태 변화를 관찰하였다. XRD와 XPS 분석 결과로부터 전자빔 처리된 촉매에서 표면의 상대적인 O/Ni의 비가 감소되고 Ni의 산화상태가 변화하였음을 관찰하였다. 2MeV의 준위에서 600 kGy의 선량으로 전자빔을 조사한 촉매에서 가장 높은 전환율과 수득율을 보임으로써 고준위 고선량의 전자빔 처리가 촉매능 향상에 유리함을 알 수 있었다.

Unsaturated Soil-Water Characteristics Curve with Silt Contents for Nak-Dong River Sand (실트함유율에 따른 낙동강 모래의 불포화 함수특성곡선)

  • In this paper, we got soil-water characteristic curve(SWCC) of Nak-Dong River's sand respectively as relative density 40%, 60%, 80% and content of silt 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%. As a result, the more the sand densify in the same silt content and the more the sand has silt in the same relative density, the change of volume water content was decreased. we have known effect of silt contents for SWCC and verified existing empirical formula of SWCC. As experiment results of soil-water characteristic curves compared to the empirical solutions, the results of van Genuchten(1980) and Fredlund & Xing(1994) were well-matched showing S type curves with experiment results. Especially the empirical solution of Fredlund & Xing showed almost same results of the coefficient of correlation($R^2$) equal to 0.99.

  • The contents of ginseng saponins in white ginseng, particularly ginsenoside $-Rb_1$, -Rc, -Re, and -Rg, were greatly decreased during the storage at high relative humidities. The contents of glucose and fructose were initially increased and thereafter decreased during the storage at 75-96% R.H., but successively increased during the storage at relative humidifies below 67%. The content of sucrose was decreased during storage of white ginseng and the rate of change was accelerated at the relative humidities higher than 75% R.H..
