This study is a qualitative case study for discovering any change in the perception of elderly women about sexuality through a group counseling program. For this the study selected eight elderly people who are female aged 65 or over living in D city and have a spouse who is able to have a consistent sex life. Then the study collected relevant data by offering eight sessions of a group counseling program, and carried out an analysis with an approach to case studies. As a result of the research, there were changes in their perceptions about and current life satisfaction, relationships for unity, pleasure relaxation active self-expression, sexual relations. After their participation in the program, participants had a positive perception about a sex concept, namely sexuality and they came to think about the need for an increase of sexuality for raising the satisfaction of life in late years. These research results would be offered as basic data of research into sexuality which may be able to enhance the quality of the lives of elderly people, such as the positive recognition of sex, active sexual intercourses, and the improvement of self-esteem.
This study was conducted to assess the attitude of pregnant women toward delivery method, understanding of the reason for determining her own delivery method, participation in decision-making process and satisfaction with delivery method after labor. Study subjects were 693 pregnant women who had visited obstetric clinic for prenatal care in the last month of pregnancy in one general hospital and one obstetrics-gynecology specialty hospital in Taegu city from February 1 to March 31 in 1998. A questionnaire was administered before and after labor and a telephone interview was done one month after labor. Proportion of women who had health education and/or counselling about delivery method during prenatal care was 24.0% and this proportion was higher for women who had previous c-section(35.5%) than others. Women thought vaginal delivery is better than c-section for both maternal and baby's health regardless of previous delivery method. About 90% of primipara and multiparous women who had previous vaginal delivery wanted vaginal delivery for the index birth, while 85.6% of multiparous women who had previous c-section wanted repeat c-section. Reasons for choosing c-section in pregnant women who preferred vaginal delivery before labor were recommendation of doctors(81.9%), recommendation of husband (0.8%), agreement between doctor and pregnant woman(4.7%), and mother's demand (12.6%). Reasons for choosing vaginal delivery were mother's demand(30.6%) and no indication for c-section(67.2%). Reasons for choosing c-section in pregnant women who preferred c-section before labor were recommendation of doctors(76.2%), mother's demand(20.0%), recommendation of husband(1.3%), and agreement between doctor and pregnant woman(2.5%). Of the pregnant women who had c-section, by doctor's recommendation, the proportion of women who had heard detailed explanation about reason for c-section by doctor was 55.1%. Mother's statement about the reason for c-section was consistent with the medical record in 75.9% . However, over 5% points disparities were shown between mother's statement and medical record in cases of the repeat c-section and mother's demand. In primipara and multiparous women who had previous vaginal delivery, the delivery method for index birth had statistically significant association with the preference of delivery method before labor(p<0.05). All of the women who had previous c-section had delivered the index baby by c-section. Among mothers who had delivered the index baby vaginally, 84.9% of them were satisfied with their delivery method immediately after labor and 85.1% at 1 month after labor. However, mothers who had c-section stated that they are satisfied with c-section in 44.6% immediately after labor and 42.0% at 1 month after labor. Preferred delivery method for the next birth had statistically significant association with delivery method for the index birth both immediately after labor and in 1 month after labor. The proportion of mothers who prefer vaginal delivery for the next birth increased with the degree of satisfaction with the vaginal delivery for the index birth but the proportion of mothers who prefer c-section for the next birth was high and they did not change significantly with the degree of satisfaction with the c-section for the index birth. These results suggest that the current high technology-based, physician-centered prenatal and partritional cares need to be reoriented to the basic preventive and promotive technology-based, and mother-fetus-centered care. It is also suggested that active involvement of pregnant woman in decision-making process for the delivery method will increase the rate of vaginal birth after c-section and decrease c-section rate and improve the degree of maternal satisfaction after delivery.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of extracurricular activities such as creative experiential activities, life guidance, and counseling activities on school satisfaction of students and parents who are educational demanders, and to suggest practical and policy alternatives to improve school satisfaction. For this purpose, 1,242 elementary, middle and high school students in Seoul and 1,023 parents were tested through analysis of t-test, and regression. Three main results were derived. First, extracurricular activities had a statistically significant effect on school satisfaction. Second, in general, parents in Korea are expected to emphasize the entrance examination-oriented curriculum with a high degree of education, but the higher the extracurricular activities of students and parents, the higher the school satisfaction. Third, there was a difference in school satisfaction by education class, but the higher the education level, the lower the school satisfaction was. It can be seen that extracurricular activities are needed to increase the educational satisfaction of students and parents who are educational demanders. In addition, it is necessary to reinforce the extracurricular activities to the high school which is the upper grade school now.
The research analyzed how coaching leadership affects on job satisfaction of telemarketer and it focused on the Telemarketing filed. This study purposes to create the favorable approach on the job satisfaction and which will reduce turnover rate by examining interrelationship between employees and leaders. The result indicated that coaching leadership was partially associated with job satisfaction of telemarketer. Leaders need to motivate employees to achieve their goals with periodic confirmation process. Another role is that spending time with employees to break down the interpersonal barriers and lead to open communication to develop their potential ability by identifying specific guide lines and plan for achieving improvement goals. As a leader, to maintain neutrality, it is important to adjust goals to attain and needs the full confidence on employees. In addition, investment in training can help employees to gain relevant information and give them opportunities to learn.
This paper verified the relationship between the emotional labor and the job satisfaction of workers in senior employment agencies. And this paper verified the mediating effect of self-efficacy between the both variables. We conducted a survey of 261 employees of the 21 agencies in Daejeon and Chungcheong area. According to the analysis : 1) employees' emotional labor influenced job satisfaction negatively. 2) the self-efficacy mediated between emotional labor and job satisfaction. As a result, we need to establish a management system for emotional labor, to carry out a crisis intervention of prompt therapy, and to provide education to cope with emotional labor for decreasing the emotional labor. It is important to lower the proportion of irregular workers, to improve the level of treatment, and cultivate self-leadership for promoting self-efficacy.
The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of depression and social relationships on the effects of physical satisfaction on life satisfaction of multicultural adolescents. For this purpose, data from the 7th year of the 2017 Multicultural Panel (MPAPS) surveyed among young people were used. The sample was subjected to frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis to identify the characteristics of 1,146 students in the first year of high school at the time of the survey. In addition, the mediating effect of depression and friendship was analyzed, and as a result, it was found that depression and friendship were partially mediated in the effect of physical satisfaction on life satisfaction of multicultural adolescents. Based on the research results, it is significant in that it provides basic data on programs and practical implications that can be used in the social welfare field to reduce depression and promote amicable friendships for multicultural adolescents to improve life satisfaction.
This research tested the relationship between professionalism perception and organizational commitment of social workers in welfare centers for disabled persons. And this analyzed the the mediating effect of job satisfaction. We surveyed 239 social workers in 14 centers of C Province and D City. The analysis result is that social workers' professionalism perception influenced the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction mediated between the variables. According to this study result, we can suggest some plans to improve social workers' organizational commitment. For improving social workers' professionalism perception, it is important to carry out strengthening of professional remuneration education, recruitment scores for calling as a professional, and reasonable operation reflecting their opinions. To promote social workers' job satisfaction, we need to actively provide counseling to social workers who experience emotional labor, to offer appropriate supervision and job training, and to develop and disseminate programs to improve the leadership of the facility's chiefs.

Since we get information through texts mostly, we can say that reading ability which enables a person to read a text and understand its meaning basically is the most essential for people to possess. Taking the advantage of the fact that a school is a place where learning and daily-life guidance can be made at the same time, we need to try encouraging students to involve in learning process and feel a sense of accomplishment by adding consultation between a teacher and a student or between a student and a student in Korean subject. This study selected two fifth grade classes of an elementary school of small and medium-sized city as an experimental group and a control group respectively and applied reading strategy program by using interaction of complementary lesson as the number of ten times during five weeks. It focused on making students interested in complementary class and encouraging them to become active participants. This study's goal is to see if the reading strategy program affects students' reading comprehension, metacognition and a sense of self-efficacy The results of the study are as in the following: first, the reading strategy program of complementary lesson is effective in students' reading comprehension and a range of factual understanding and sentimental understanding. Second, the reading strategy program of complementary lesson is effective in adjustment area as a subordinate factor of metacognition. Third, the reading strategy program of complementary lessonis effective in students' sense of self-efficacy. It is shown that experience of using new reading strategy and successful experience and help in peer-group members have a positive effects on a student's sense of self-efficacy. Forth, as the result of satisfaction evaluation over the program with the students' activity report and researchers' observation results, the study shows that the organization and operation of the program influences on students' effort and participation to reach the goal together positively. Through the results as above, we can say that the reading strategy program of complementary lesson have a positive effect on a student's reading comprehension, metacognition and a sense of self-efficacy.

This study aims to provide basic data on socioeconomic and social activities from the point of view that disability or disease accompanying the suffering of industrial accident subjects is directly related to individual socioeconomic activity and is a major variable affecting current health and daily life satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between pain and life satisfaction and to suggest basic data for economic and psychological rehabilitation of industrial accident insurance beneficiaries by linking factors affecting life satisfaction with industrial accident services. As a result of the study, it was found that workers' compensation insurance benefit recipients had an effect on their daily life satisfaction after becoming an industrial accident patient due to industrial accident pain. There was a positive(+) relationship between rehabilitation services and medical counseling services. Occupational accident pain lowers self-esteem, which is a characteristic of an individual, and even if current health improves, satisfaction with daily life decreases. The importance of industrial accident-related services can be seen in that the satisfaction of daily life is increased through rehabilitation services and medical consultation services. In addition, it was indirectly confirmed that satisfaction with rehabilitation services and health can be improved as a result of continuing attempts to improve self-esteem suitable for patients in various problems and situations after an industrial accident.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the intent to revisit among health screening center customers. The subjects were 195 customers of a health screening center. The intent to revisit was positively correlated with customer satisfaction and word-mouth communication. Multiple regressions showed that customer satisfaction and perceived health status explained 29% of the variance of the intent to revisit. In order to increase the intent to revisit, hospital and nursing managers should strive to improve customer satisfaction. In particular, strategies to arrange explanation of the result consultations, individual health management tailored to customers' needs, and customers-relationship management for continuing relations with the customer should be needed. In addition, it will be needed to expand the roles of nurses who are working in the health screening center from simple heath check or customer reception to active health education and continuous health screening plan after initial one.
