웹사이트 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 청소년의 사이버 영양 정보 및 상담 이용실태와 요구도 분석

  • 청소년을 위한 영양 웹사이트의 컨텐츠 개발을 목적으로 사이버 영양정보 이용 현황과 요구도를 파악하고자 서울, 대전, 광주, 대구의 4개 대도시의 남녀 중고등학생 1262명을 임의로 선정하여 2000년 9월부터 10월에 걸쳐 설문지 조사를 실시하고 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사대상의 인터넷/PC통신의 이용시간은 전체 하루 평균137.0 $\pm$ 100.6분으로 나타났고 남학생이 여학생보다 평균 20.2분 길었다(p<0.05) 영양정보 급원의 이용 비중은 TV/라디오가 가장 컸고(3.69 $\pm$ 1.48) 인터넷/PC통신의 비중은 남녀, 중고생간의 차이 없이 매우 낮았다(1.30 $\pm$1.53). 인터넷/PC통신의 이용은 주로 게임 오락, 채팅이나 사교, 숙제자료를 찾기 위해서였으며 학교 공부 이외의 정보와 지식을 얻기 위한 활용도는 낮았다. 조사대상 중 인터넷/PC통신을 통해 영양정보 습득 경험이 있는 비율은 전차의 34.5%였으며 여학생(38.3%)이남학생(30.3%)보다 높았다(p<0.01). 영양정보 습득을 위해 인터넷/PC퉁신 이용 빈도는 응답자의 72%가 한 달에 1회 이하였으나, 한 달에 4회 이상 이용자도 10.9%나 되었다. 이용 목적은 ‘숙제를 위하여’가 가장 많았고 ‘자신의 건강’ 또는 ‘다이어트를 위함’이 그 다음 순이었다. 이용한 영양 웹사이트들의 전반적인 만족도는 ‘보통’의 수준(3.05 $\pm$ 0.92)이었으며 별로 또는 전혀 만족하지 않는 비율이 29.2%나 되었는데, 개선점으로 ‘정보의 빈약’(36.3%), ‘내용의 지루함과 흥미 부족’ (23.8%), ‘접속 속도의 느림’ (20.7%)의 순이었고, ‘내용의 난해도’는 전체의 13.0%가 지적하였다. 영양 컨텐츠의 내용에 대한 요구도를 조사한 결과 청소년 수준에 맞도록 쉽고 구체적이며 (71,8%), 새로운 정보의 빠른 업데이트(60.6%), 그리고 화면구성면에서는 쉽게 찾아 들어올 수 있고(88.6%) 복잡하지 않은 화면(61.9%)과 캐릭터를 많이 쓰는 것(51.1%)에 대한 요구도가 높았다. 한편 인터넷/PC통신을 통한 영양상담 경험은 남녀나 중고생간의 차이 없이 전반적으로 매우 적었으며(8.1%) 그중 91%가 한 달에 1회 이하로 저조한 상담 빈도를 보였다. 상담목적은 ‘자신의 건강’, ‘숙제’, ‘다이어트’, ‘가족의 건강을 위해’ 순으로 나타났으며, 상담결과에 대한 만족도는 ‘보통’보다 낮은 수준으로서(2.53 $\geq$ 1.01) ‘별로 또는 전혀 만족하지 않는’ 비율이 45.9%로 나타났다. 영양상담사이트의 개선점으로는 답변의 빈약함(43.2%), 난해성(22.7%), 느린 답변(22.7%) 등을 지적하였으며 친절하고 충분한 답변에 대한 요구도가 크게(48.7%) 나타났다. 조사대상들의 영양정보 습득이나 영양상담의 접속 경로는 주로 검색엔진을 통해서였으며 야후와 다음이 가장 많이 이용되었다.

The Mediating Effect of Workplace Spirituality on the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Life Satisfaction of Art Psychology Counselors (예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 만족도, 일터영성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the mediating effect of workplace spirituality on the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. The subjects of the study included 196 art psychological counselors in Sokcho city. As an analysis method, the SPSS program was used to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for the causal relationships between variables and the verification of the mediating effect. First, for the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their overall life satisfaction, both the surface behavior and inner behavior factors, which are sub-factors of emotional labor, have partial mediating effects on overall life satisfaction. Second, in the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their subjective life satisfaction, the inner behavioral factor, which is a sub-factor of emotional labor, has a partial mediating effect in relation to workplace spirituality. This means that workplace spirituality plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. This study is considered as basic data for preparing plans for improving the life satisfaction of artistic psychological counselors.

Effects of High School Students' Career Education Counseling on Career Decision Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy (고등학생의 학교 진로교육 상담이 교육 만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감에 미친 효과)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 'career decision making', 'school career education activities and participation', and 'school career education satisfaction' after 568 high school students. Methods: The subjects were surveyed after the counseling training. Results: 49.3% of the respondents answered that they had "decided but considered" in the "career decision information items" of the questionnaire about the subjects after the school career counseling education. 28.0% of the parents' advice was the most helpful when choosing their career, and 52.2% of the career decision making at school. There were 13 items in 'participation in school career education activity', and the average value was 3.49. The highest score was 3.66 points for "college or major experience" and the lowest score of 3.27 points for career-linked career education. In 'satisfaction with School Career Education', 94.7% of creative experiential activities and 94% of career and vocational courses were enthusiasts, and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship experience (10.6%) were low. The career decision - making self - efficacy was also high in the group with high satisfaction of career education. Conclusions: School career decisions for high school students were effective when they were devoted to parental advice, university experience, creative vocational and career, and vocational education. The career decision - making self - efficacy was high in the group with high satisfaction of career education. Therefore, career counseling education considered adequate if it is devoted to education professionals.

  • Along with IT development, customers are getting more easily to express their opinions using various IT channels. In this situation, complaint management is a pressing issue for companies to acquire and maintain loyal customers with low cost. Most of previous studies have investigated customer complaint information by quantitative variables such as demographic information, transaction information, or complaint frequency, but studies focusing on qualitative aspects of complaint information are limited. Therefore, this paper considers the possibility for customers to leave even when they complain occasionally or briefly. This paper analyzes the quantitive aspects as well as the qualitative aspects using sentiment analysis with Exit-voice theory. The dataset contains 268,364 inquiries of 46,235 customers obtained from a contact center of a private security company in Korea. This paper carries out logistic regression and the results imply that the customers's explicit response and their implicit sentiment have different effect on customers leave. This study is expected to provide useful suggestions for the effective complaint management.

  • This study is to analyze the relationship about emotional labor, burnout and turnover intention in airline call center workers who perform emotional labor using telephone without direct confrontiong with clients. Call center work typically requires high levels of sustained interpersonal. Therefore the emotional labor is the important managing factor for efficient management of call center. This study makes a contribution in providing the fact that emotional labor and burnout is an important managing factor in administration of call center worker.

The Relations among Meaning in Work, Life Satisfaction and Depression: The Mediating Effect of Work-Life Balance (일의 의미가 직장인의 삶의 만족 및 우울에 미치는 영향에서 일-삶 균형의 매개효과: 다집단 구조모형분석)

  • This study conducted an e-mail survey of office workers working in large companies in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do to verify the structural relationship between meaning in work, work-life balance, life satisfaction, and depression. The study participants were 329 male and 176 female workers, and a total of 505 ($\bar{M}=38.0$ yrs, $\bar{SD}=8.1$ yrs), and the measurement tools used the Korean version of work meaning scale, work-life balance scale, Korean version of life satisfaction scale, and shortened CES-D. After establishing a research model on the structural relationship between major variables, the measurement model and structural model were verified using the collected data, and the applicability of the model was reviewed through comparison according to group classification by gender and age group. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the work-life balance had a partial mediating effect on the effect of the meaning in work on the life satisfaction and depression of office workers. As a result of analyzing the multi-group structural model by age group, the mediating effect of work-life balance did not differ by age in the effect of meaning in work on life satisfaction, but the mediating effect of work-life balance on meaning in work on depression was different by age. These results suggest that the emphasis needs to vary depending on the target group in the practice of individual and group coaching and counseling.

Impacts of Conflicts Between Families and Work Places to Startup and Management (가정과 직장 간 갈등이 창업 경영 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to suggest a system to increase workers' job satisfaction by analyzing the impact of conflicts in their families and work places to the satisfaction of work and the effects of personality types affecting job satisfaction. For this study, a questionnaire targeting 450 workers was conducted. As a result of this study, firstly, it was revealed that both conflicts of the family-work place and the work place-family have statistically negative interrelationships and impacts with/on job satisfaction. In terms of sub-fact categories, it is revealed that work itself has more impacts than personal persuasion based on people's value. Secondly, the results of this study concerning the conflicts in a family and the workplace shows the same result with the previous studies. They are formed by mutual interactions of cause and effect. Thirdly, it turned out that differences in Enneagram Personality Types have statistically significant impacts on job satisfaction. The result also shows that thinking-centered personalities and behavior-centered personalities have more impacts on job satisfaction than emotion-centered personalities. Study result indicates that more wide use of a psychology consultation program for workers and their families, EPA(Employee Assistant Program). It also shows that introductions of personality trainning programs and personality coaching programs are required.

An Analysis of Online Readers' Advisory Services Offered by Public Libraries (공공도서관의 온라인 독자상담 서비스에 관한 연구)

  • Due to the rapid advancement of information technology and changes in the reading environment, the readers' advisory services provided by public libraries are facing challenges and opportunities. Recognizing the need for public libraries to respond and propel their services forward, this study analyzed the current status of online readers' advisory services offered by public libraries in Korea and discusses areas that require improvement. To achieve this, the study analyzed the online readers' advisory services in 50 public libraries located in Seoul and six metropolitan cities (Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, Busan, and Ulsan) across seven categories. These categories encompass various aspects, such as announcing reading programs and new books, identifying and addressing reader needs, developing content by librarians, generating content by readers, providing guidance on external reading information, connecting with professional book review databases and online websites, and utilizing social media services. Through this analysis, the study identified areas for improvement to enhance online readers' advisory services in public libraries and ultimately improve reader satisfaction. It suggested enhancing activities such as librarians' book recommendations and reviews for individual readers, reader participation, and interaction.

  • 가상 성형 시스템은 실제 성형 수술을 시행하지 않은 상태에서도 성형 후의 형상을 가상적으로 시뮬레이션해 봄으로써 고객의 의사 결정과 성형의의 수술 계획 및 상담을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 그래픽 시스템이다. 본 논문은 가변 워핑 마스크와 스머지 필터를 이용한 2D 가상 성형 시스템의 반자동 필드 워핑을 제안함으로써 가상 성형의 편의성과 실용성을 제고함에 그 목적이 있다. 제안된 2D 가상 성형 시스템은 마우스로 스머지 필터를 조작하여 얼굴 구성 요소의 윤곽 형상을 원하는 형태로 변형할 수 있는 직관적인 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다. 얼굴 구성 요소의 스머징 전후의 윤곽선을 대상으로 다각형 근사화에 기반한 계층적 제어선 매핑을 통해 획득한 제어선 쌍들을 이용하여 반자동 필드 워핑을 수행함으로써 소스 제어선으로부터 목표 제어선까지 점진적으로 변해가는 다수의 중간 프레임들을 생성한다. 또한 이 반자동 필드 워핑을 수행할 시, 성형부위의 변형을 따라 단계적으로 모양이 변하는 가변 워핑 마스크를 사용함으로써 변형 부위 이외의 얼굴 구성 요소들에 대해서는 왜곡을 최소화하는 지역적 변형 특성을 제고한 것이 특징이다. 제안된 2D 가상 성형 시스템은 직관적이고 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있기 때문에 시간이 적게 소요되고 작업 피로도가 낮아 실용성이 높다. 따라서 비숙련자도 간단한 사용자 입력만으로 만족스러운 가상 성형 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 특히 짧은 시간 내에 성형의와 고객이 만족하는 직관적인 상담을 가능케 하는 것이 장점이다.

  • In this paper, I show the factors which have an effect on the emotional exhaustion and turnover intention in call center workers who perform emotional labor using telephone without direct confronting with clients. I empirically show that emotional exhaustion decreases job satisfaction and increases turnover intention. Therefore the emotional exhaustion is the important managing factor for efficient management of call center. To weaken emotional exhaustion, it is necessary to decrease time pressure in call center work. To weaken turnover intention, it is important to strengthen superior support. This study makes a contribution in providing the fact that emotional exhaustion is an important managing factor in administration of call center worker.
