매년 수많은 기업이 폐업하고 있으며 그 숫자만큼 폐업 기업의 대표가 실패하고 있다. 중소기업연구원의 재기성공요인 분석을 통한 중소 벤처기업의 재도전 활성화 연구(백필규,2011)에 의하면 폐업이나 부도의 형태로 실패하는 기업이 급격하게 증가한 시점은 외환위기가 발생했던 1997년과 1998년의 사이로 보고 있다. 부도 기업의 숫자가 외환위기때는 약 4만사, 1999년부터 2010년까지도 평균 4만 7천여사가 발생하였고 폐업기업수는 부도기업보다 훨씬 많아 매년 80~90만개 전후의 기업이 실패하고 있다. 최근 IBK경제연구소의 실패기업인의 재창업 지원제도 설문조사 결과(김나라,2017)에 의하면 최근 5년간 창업기업은 연평균 77만개사, 폐업기업은 69만개사로 조사되었으며 창업기업의 5년 생존율은 27.3%로 OECD 주요회원국 17개국중 최하위를 차지했다. 오랜시간 대한민국 사회는 사업실패는 곧 패가망신이라는 인식이 깊게 자리잡고 있다. 연대보증이나 재기가 어려운 구조로 인하여 폐업기업의 대표가 실패하면 가족들도 모두 힘들어지고 본인은 경제적, 심리적 어려움에 직면하고 있는 현실이다. 정부와 민간 기관들이 실패기업인들의 재기를 지원하기 위하여 다양한 제도를 운영하고 있지만 아직 시행 초기 단계라 보다 재기를 원하는 기업인들에게 맞춤형으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 실질적이고 효과적인 시스템이 구축되었다 할 수 없다. 창업강국인 미국과 중국의 기업가들은 평균 2.8회의 실패 경험을 가지고 있으나 한국의 기업가는 1.3회의 실패 경험을 보유 한다.(중기청, 2014) 폐업기업 대표의 재무적 손실의 규모와 관계없이 불안과 우울이 낮고 회복탄력성이 높은 기업가가 본인과 가족의 삶의 질과 재창업의지에 긍정적인 효과가 있음으로 나타났다. 연구 대상은 재기중소기업개발원의 재기 기업인과 정부 재창업 지원 프로그램에 지원한 재기 기업인을 대상으로 조사 하였으며 본 연구를 통해 폐업기업 대표에게 필요한 사회적 안전장치와 국가의 창업지원이 고용창출, 매출증가로 이어질 수 있는 선순환 구조의 재기 창업 생태계를 만드는 데 일조하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that the affective factors of oral health in industrial workers would have on oral health behaviors and quality of oral health life. A survey was performed of 100 subjects selected from 5 industrial companies located in Chungcheongbuk-do through simple random sampling method from January 19 to 23, 2018, using the questionnaires. The data collected from the survey were analyzed with frequency analysis, independent t-test, and multiple regression analysis by using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. The results showed that the affective factors of oral health had an influence on oral health behaviors and that the influence on quality of oral health life was greater when the oral health practice intention was stronger. Based on aforesaid results, effective oral health programs, conducive to bringing changes to the affective factors of oral health, would need to be developed in order to enhance oral health behaviors and quality of oral health life in industrial workers.

본 연구에서는 액티브시니어들의 개인특성인 경력지향성와 창업교육 만족도가 창업의지와 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보고, 또한 이들 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 시니어 창업정책 설계 및 자금지원, 창업교육의 바람직한 방향을 제시하고자 합니다. 액티브 시니어를 베이비부머세대 및 포스트 베이부머 세대 와 일부 에코세대를 포함한 활발한 활동과 건강한 삶을 지향하는 활동적인 고령자로 보고 40대 이상의 활동적인 시니어층를 액티브 시니어로 정의 하였다. 우리나라의 인구구조의 문제는 지금부터의 시작이며, 노인인구의 증가와 수명 연장등 고령화 따른 심각한 위기의 시작점에 40대 이상 액티브시니어에게 더욱 더 오랜 기간 일을 할 수밖에 없는 현실에 직면해 있다. 또한, 액티브 시니어들에게 안정적 일자리 창출 시장은 한계성에 봉착하고 있으며, 그 대안으로 발전 가능성 높은 아이템을 발굴하여 창직이나 창업을 통한 고용의 확대는 필연적 과제이다. 다양한 경력 기반의 액티브 시니어들에게는 무엇보다도 창업교육의 중요성이 더욱 더 절실하다. 특히, 액티브시니어들의 경력기반의 경력지향성과 창업교육 만족도가 창업의지와 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향관계에 따른 액티브 시니어의 개인별 맞춤형 창업교육의 중요성을 제안 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대전, 충청권 및 세종시 지역의 325명의 액티브시니어를 대상으로 분석한 결과 경력 지향성, 창업교육 만족도는 창업의지와 창업준비행동에 유의한 것으로 예상하고. 상호관계 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 한계점과 및 향후 연구방향을 제시할 것이다.

4차 산업혁명시대가 도래함에 따라 자동화, 인공지능 등의 도입으로 다수의 전통적인 일자리가 소멸되거나 변동성이 커지게 되면서 일자리 공급은 감소하고 새로운 기술과 아이디어로 재고용 또는 자기 고용 기회를 찾아야 하는 사회적 수요가 커지고 있다. 이러한 시대변화에 능동적으로 대처하고, 현재의 삶의 위기를 극복하기 위하여 직업전환을 꾀하거나 자기개발을 하기 위한 성인학습자들의 창업에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구를 위하여 성인학습자 207명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 본 연구는 창업교육이 성인학습자의 창업의지와 창업행동에 관한 연구를 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다.

Modern University students easily experience identity turmoil. The purpose of this study is to explore the process of recovery of univercity student who lose the meaning of life and feel depressed and lethargic by Logo-therapy, and to seek therapeutic use in counseling. As a result of the analysis, Loss of meaning and confusion in life, Expressing the will to pursue meaning, Meaning of life recovery and re-implication, 3 categories and 10 subcategories were derived. Through other Qualitative research. I hope that more results will show that Logo-therapy restores the meaning of life to university students. It can be used as therapeutic data to seek university student's meaning of life by Logo therapy.

In Medieval and Christian history, disputation between Augustine and Pelagius originated from different perspectives regarding the free-will of humans and the grace of God. This debate has continued throughout the Middle-Ages and the Reformation to date. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to investigate the implication of opposition and disputation between Augustine and Pelagius on today's society. Overemphasis on human capacity and free-will leads to humanism, while the arguments supporting the grace of God can encourage evasion of the ethical obligations of humans. Augustine and Pelagius had opposing views on this subject. Pelagius emerged in the Roman Empire, emphasizing the ethical responsibility of humans with free-will. On the other hand, Augustine argued that human nature and free-will had been damaged. With a pessimistic outlook on human capacity, he emphasized the grace of God. Shocked by the self-indulgence and ethical negligence of the Church of Rome which was the center of Christian nations at that time, Pelagius strongly urged Christians of the Roman Church to take moral responsibility. However, the theology of Augustine justified the status quo of the Roman Church while Pelagius focused on the necessity of an ethical life of humans based on free-will. Viewing Pelagius' strict moralism as a humanist view that emphasizes human capacity and action, Augustine showed strong opposition to such a view and instead emphasized God's grace. Pelagius was condemned as a heretic as his belief in free-will did not follow Augustine's Doctrine of Grace. However, Pelagianism penetrated Christian history and still poses a threat to Christianity to date. Societal corruption and depravity is still prevalent in today's society as it was in the time of Pelagius. South Korea for instance is exposed to serious moral corruption and a lack of social responsibility as shown in the sinking of the MV Sewol in April 2014. For those reasons, Christian society emphasizes Christian ethics and requires an honest leader who will set an example of Christian life. In this light, I want to examine the implications of disputation between Augustine and Pelagius on today's society.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the respect for life of nursing students and to prepare the basic data for developing educational programs to establish proper awareness of the life of nursing students and nurturing it. This is a descriptive research study. A total of 146 nursing students were included in this study. Data analysis was performed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The results of this study confirmed the meaning of life, spiritual wellbeing, and attitude toward death as factors influencing respect and will for life. The explanatory power of these three factors was 26.3%. Therefore, nursing students will be able to cultivate respect for life by increasing their understanding of the meaning of life, improving their level of spiritual well-being, and reducing their negative attitudes about death. Also, in order to improve the respect for life of nursing students, it will be possible to develop an intervention program to improve life respect including the factors identified in this study. Ultimately, it is expected to grow into a nurse who can provide real help to patients who are at the end of life or who are dying.

본 연구는 경력단절여성의 창업의지를 고취시키기 위해 필요한 변수를 분석하고, 성공적인 창업으로의 연결을 위한 교육 프로그램의 재구성 및 향후 정책이나 사업을 기획함에 있어 이론적 기반을 제공함에 목적을 두고 작성 되었다. 여자의 삶을 살면서 겪게 되는 출산 및 양육은 경력단절을 만드는 주된 이유이며, 이는 개인의 문제 뿐 아니라 저 출산 이라는 또 다른 사회적 문제를 야기 시킨다. 이런 사회적 문제의 해결방안으로 현재 정부는 여성기업의 활동과 여성의 창업을 지원하기 위해 2009년 12월 여성기업지원에 관한 법률을 제정하고, 여성기업 활동 촉진 기본계획을 수립하는 등 여성 창업 촉진을 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 노력들이 실제 경력단절여성들에게 영향을 미치고 있는지 선행연구를 통해 알아보고, 경력단절여성의 창업의지를 고취시키기 위해 필요한 변수를 분석하여 실증 분석을 통해 관련성을 연구하고자 한다. 경력단절여성의 특성을 파악하여 경력단절 전 보다는 창업에 필요한 소통이 단절되었을 것으로 판단하여 외부의 영향력이 아닌 내부의 개인특성을 중점으로 변수들을 추출하였다는 선행연구와의 차이점이 있고, 일반 예비창업자 혹은 교육학에서 변수로 작용했던 창의성을 경력단절여성을 대상으로 연구하였다는 차이점이 있고, 창업 이라는 교육 커리큘럼에 여성을 대표하는 "감성"을 더해 "여성창업"을 위한 효과적인 교육 및 훈련 프로그램이 만들어 져야 하고, 경력단절여성들이 창업활동을 활발히 할 수 있도록, 일 가정 양립을 위한 제도적인 지원제도가 더욱 많아져 경력단절 여성창업률을 높이려는 노력이 더욱 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the causative relationship of small business start-up education service quality with 'learner satisfaction' and 'willingness to start a business(start-up intension)'. This study was conducted to provide a basis for satisfying the desire of small business start-up entrepreneurs for high quality startup education service and seek the suggestions in terms of selection and concentration of the business start-up education program. The results of this study based on the outcomes derived from the empirical analysis can be summarized as follows: First, the quality of small business start-up education service was found to have a significant effect on the relationship with learner satisfaction. Next, the quality of small business start-up education service was found to have a significant effect on the relationship with start-up intension. Last, it was found that learner satisfaction had a significant effect on start-up intension.
