이 논문에서는 ICT(Information and Communications Technologies) 신기술 산업 발굴 추진 시 적용할 수 있는 신기술 발굴 육성 모형과 성장산업으로서 지속적인 유지를 위해 필요한 활동의 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 미래 신성장 기술에 대하여 대상 기술의 발굴, 기획 시부터 산업화에 이르기까지 전체 프로세스에 대하여 전략적 추진이 가능하도록 하는 구성 항목과 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 신기술 산업에 대한 기본적 개념과 기술혁신적 특성, 기술 성장 모형, 신기술 산업 성장 모형으로서 기능에 대하여 설명하였다. 또한 신기술이 성장산업으로 육성될 수 있도록 추진 시 필요한 활동과 구성 요소들의 프레임워크와 육성정책 추진 시 필요한 각각의 주요 관점과 고려사항들을 제시하였다.

Regional innovation cluster is closely related to promoting innovations through activities for knowledge sharing and exchanges among organizations in an adjacent regional context. However, performance of activities for knowledge sharing and exchanges are basically influenced by cultural characteristics of the industries or regions where the organization belongs to. Therefore, knowledge management strategies in a unit of a regional cluster need to consider the cultural characteristics of an industry or region and in turn different activities need to be adopted according to cultural characteristics. This study explores the relationship between cultural differences and the performance of the activities to promote knowledge exchanges in a regional innovation cluster. For this study, factors reflecting cultural characteristics of diverse industries and regions were extracted and the relationships with the performance of the activities promoting inter-organizational knowledge exchanges were analyzed through statistical method.

Kakao M and Kakao page have been merged to form contents corporation, Kakao entertainment. Kakao M has 15 contents management agencies and 4 music labels, in addition to movie and drama productions. Kakao Page currently holds IP rights for about 8,500 content stories. This study explores the relationship between M&A for absorptive capacity and content value chain by considering the factors that determine boundary spanning behaviors. Using the Kakao entertainment in-depth case study as the practical lens, research results of this study are suggested. Kakao's effective M&A activities are critical key factor for absorptive capacity in the entertainment industry and has a strong network with advantage assets. Also, as the contents business becomes even more competitive, Kakao need to venture beyond entertainment boundaries to seize creative opportunities. Kakao entertainment with absorptive capacity and boundary spanning behaviors through M&A and contents value chain best qualified for entertainment dominant strategy.

The paper investigates empirically the determinants of standardization activity at the industry level, focusing on market structure. The enactments or amendments of collective standards is used as the proxy variable for standardization activity. The independent variables, in addition to market structure, are technological opportunity, factor intensity, export ratio, and industry characteristics(assembly). We estimated the logistic regression model(so-called Logit), using the pooling data for 9 Korean industries, including foods, textiles, chemicals, nonmetallic minerals, metals, electronics and electrics, machinery, automobiles, and shipbuilding, over 2006-2009. The empirical finding shows that market structure has no any effects on the enactments or amendments of collective standards in Korea. This might infer that oligopolistic firms devote themselves to de facto standards determined by market rather than de jure standards such as collective standards and Korean Standards(KS). Besides market structure variable, whereas technological opportunity and assembly characteristics are likely to relate positively with the enactments or amendments of collective standards, capital intensity and export ratio have no any relationship with industrial standardization, respectively.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 17개 광역자치단체(시 도)별 창업활동과 창업여건의 영향력 관계를 살펴보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 지자체별 기업 지원현황, 지역별 중소기업 부도 및 신설법인 현황, 벤처기업 현황, 산업분류별 중소기업 사업체수 현황, 산업시설용지 분양 현황, 지자체별 창업기업 지원현황 등을 이용하여 지역별 창업여건지수를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 광역지자체별로 창업여건과 창업활동의 영향력 관계를 살펴보았는데, 지자체 창업여건 및 환경에 따라 창업활동이 영향을 받고 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 이는 지역내 창업활동을 촉진하기 위해서는 중소기업이 영업활동을 수행하기 좋은 여건을 마련하고 제공해야 함으로 의미하는 것으로, 지역별 창업여건 차이가 향후 지역내 창업예비자들의 창업활동에 큰 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과들은 향후 지자체의 창업지원정책에 있어 기업하기 좋은 환경과 여건을 마련해주어야 한다는 실무적인 시사점을 보여 주었다.

This study aims to contribute to the improvement of the patent activity of small and medium-sized enterprises in the future by proposing five strategies for enhancing customized patent activity for small and medium-sized enterprises under the assumption that patent application affects firm performance. The subjects of this study were 25 years of active patent activity, using patent activity statistics for 5 years from 2010 and statistical data of business performance based on 2014. The research procedure was conducted in the order of DEA-BCC efficiency analysis, patent activity analysis, and patent portfolio analysis, and then propose a strategy to improve patent activity. As a result of the research, it was confirmed that 5 industries with high patent activity and IRS type have a substantial effect on improving corporate performance as an industry with high patent efficiency. On the other hand, there are 12 industries in the form of IRS/DRS, and 8 industries with low patent activity, DRS, CRS/IRS mixed type and IRS, and that the efficiency of the patent may vary depending on the characteristics of each industry.

우리나라 전체 산업재해의 상당수가 상시근로자 300인 미만의 중소기업에서 발생하고 있어 산업재해예방을 위한 주된 노련이 중소기업에서 이루어져야 함에도 불구하고 중소기업이 경영여건 등 제반사유로 인하여 중소기업의 자율적 안전 관리가 미흡한 것이 우리의 현실이다. 현재 대다수의 중소기업은 대기업의 납품업체 또는 하청업체로써 생산 활동을 하고 있으며, 중소기업의 산업재해는 대기업에서 필요한 부품의 납품지연이나 생산차질로 연계되기 때문에 대기업과 중소기업이 하청으로 연결되어 있는 경우 근로자의 안전보건 문제는 대기업이나 중소기업 모두에게 있어 생산활동에 중요한 관리대상이 되고 있다.(중략)
