The purpose of this study was to extract and evaluate the factors to improve the quality of shipping logistics platform suggested as an alternative to the stagnant shipping logistics industry. For this, we selected factors through previous research and expert interviews, and conducted surveys on carriers, forwarders, shippers, and platform operators with experience using shipping logistics platforms. As a method of analysis, quality evaluation of the shipping logistics platform was conducted using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results of this study are as follows "Competitiveness of services provided", "Connectivity with other transportation mode", "Competitiveness of freight", "Transparency of freight", and "Stability of booking space". For the shipping logistics platform to be activated in the future, priority should be given to focusing on these factors. This study has academic significance for establishing configuration function of shipping logistics platform and deriving evaluation factor. Additionally it is an industrial significance for suggesting strategies to improve users' participation in the shipping logistics platform.

he purpose of this study is to propose a shared platform service that can deal with used books based on small stores. The volume of used book market has more than doubled since the book price system, and large bookstores are actively participating in the used book market. Used book sharing platform is an advanced form of online used book direct trade and can be easily used by installing applications on the user's mobile phone. The second-hand book sharing platform is not a shared platform that creates a huge profit-making enterprise, but a future-oriented shared platform that can benefit all users of the platform. If the shared platform, which is the core of the fourth industrial revolution, is applied to almost all small stores and utilized as a hub for second-hand book transactions, it will establish itself as a more reasonable market for second-hand book transactions.

서비스 플랫폼이란 응용 서비스를 이용자에게 전달하는 틀로서, 서비스가 생성, 실행, 관리되는 서비스들의 플레이그라운드라 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 통신 서비스 분야로 한정되어 있던 전통적인 서비스 딜리버리 플랫폼으로부터 통신 기능을 개방하여 인터넷 세상에 연결시키기 위한 개방형서비스 플랫폼, 웹 30.0 시대를 실현하기 위한 시맨틱 서비스 플랫폼에 이르기까지 서비스 플랫폼 기술의 발전상과 사례들을 살펴본다. 이와 같이 서비스 플랫폼의 현실과 미래를 고찰함으로써 이종 산업간 융합 서비스 제공 환경의 실현 기능성과 그 시기를 전망해보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 표준 기반 사물인터넷 (IoT: Internet of Things) 플랫폼을 활용한 음성 제어 시스템을 구현하고 그 성능을 검증한다. 사물인터넷 산업 표준인 원엠투엠 (oneM2M) 오픈 소스 플랫폼을 활용하여 음성으로 댁내 기기를 제어할 수 있는 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하였다. 음성 기반 제어를 위해 구글의 Speech-to-Text API를 활용하고 오픈 소스 하드웨어에 원엠투엠 플랫폼을 탑재하여 어디서든지 서버 플랫폼에 연결된 댁내 가전기기들을 제어할 수 있음을 보였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템을 통해 표준화된 오픈 소스 플랫폼과 클라우드 음성 인식 API를 활용하여 확장성과 연결성을 갖춘 커넥티드 홈을 구현할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 논문은 융합 서비스 환경을 위한 차세대 공통 플랫폼 운영 환경에서 다양한 융합 서비스들의 지원을 위한 플랫폼 호스팅 서비스를 제공하기 위해 적합한 과금 관리 체계를 융합 서비스에 맞는 과금 모델을 통해 제시한다. 향후 차세대 네트워크 환경에서의 융합 서비스 개발 촉진을 위해 필수적인 기술인 공통 기반 플랫폼 서비스 제공 기술의 도입을 위한 주요 기반 기술인 과금 관리 기능을 위한 과금 모델을 제시한다. 서비스 플랫폼의 변화와 산업의 특징들을 주시하여 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 확인하고, 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 구성하기 위한 요구 기능을 확인한다. 이를 바탕으로 서비스별 과금 모델 적용을 도출/분류하고 과금 모델을 각종 서비스에 적용하는 방안에 관하여 연구하였다.

Recently, many ICT companies are trying to expand the ecosystem of VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality). They are developing a variety of industries such as entertainment, education, e-commerce and so on. There is also contains the power, energy field. And application related with VR/AR will increase in power industry. Thus, Platform is necessary because there are problems such as re-use, interface with legacy system and security. We can expect the convenience and efficiency by developing VR/AR power platform. In this paper, we will discuss the trends of VR/AR technologies, possibilities of VR/AR in energy field, essential elements of VR/AR power platform. In the future, we expect to lead standards of VR/AR in energy and to develop a killer application such as Pokemon GO.

This paper is to analyze the economic effects of the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform build-up. For the economic effect analysis, we reclassified the Broadcasting & Communications Convergence Industry Classification System and re-drew up 2009 Inter-industry Relations Table by using the 2003 Inter-industry Relations Table issued by the Bank of Korea and the RAS techniques. And we analyzed the economic effects that can be drawn from the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform establishment. As a result, the gross production inductive effect which appears with the economic effect of the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform establishment project from 2009 to 2014 came out to be about 3trillion 325.1 billion KW, added value inductive effect of 2trillion 976.5billion KW and the employment inductive effect of the job creation of about 13,806 people. Afterward, it is anticipated that the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform build-up project to contribute to the improvement of Koreans' daily life. Moreover, this research will be used as a valued basic material in the pursuit of the future broadcasting & communications convergence projects.
