최근 인구의 고령화 추세 확대와 함께 건강 증진에 대한 인식고조 등으로 의료 산업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 세계 각국에서는 의료산업의 중요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 추세에 맞춰 산업연관표를 이용하여 의료자동화 산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석을 통해 정책적 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 산업연관분석을 활용하여 의료자동화 산업의 생산유발효과와 부가가치유발효과, 그리고 전후방 연쇄효과를 통하여 경제적 파급효과를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 의료자동화 산업의 경제적 파급효과에 주목하여 의료 자동화 산업이 우리나라 경제에 미치는 영향 등을 최초로 분석하였으며, 다양한 파급효과 도출을 통해 정부 정책 판단의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

This study compares the linkage effects and competitive advantage between ICT and automobile industry in Korea from 1996 to 2011 using input-output tables. The ICT industry is classified according to the International Standard Industry Classification. Results show that (1) the ICT industry exhibits linkage effects similar to those of automobile industry. (2) Both ICT and automobile manufacturing sectors exert significant effects on the demand and supply. Additionally, (3) ICT service and automobile sectors show linkage effects on demand and supply, respectively. The present results present the classification criteria of the ICT industry discussed to date and suggest economic effects and policy implications.

수도산업의 국민경제적 역할 및 파급효과를 파악하기 위해 1990년-2000년 산업연관모형을 이용하였다. 첫째, 일반적인 산업연관분석 기법인 생산유발계수를 이용하여 수도산업의 생산활동으로 인한 각 산업의 파급효과를 계측하였다. 둘째 레온티에프 가격모형을 이용하여 수도요금 10%인상으로 인한 각 산업에 대한 물가파급 효과를 구하였다. 셋째 공급유도형 산업연관모형을 이용하여 수도산업의 공급지장으로 인한 각 산업의 직.간접 영향을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 구조분해분석을 이용하여 1990-2000년 간 수도산업의 산출증가의 요인을 분해하였다. 분석결과 수도산업에 대한 생산유발효과나 공급지장효과는 산업활동에 큰 영향을 미치지만 수도요금 인상으로 인한 가격파급효과는 매우 작은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수도산업 자체의 성장으로 인한 효과로 인해 산출 수준이 증가한 반면 투입기술이나 수입변화 효과로 인해서는 산출이 감소한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 RAS 계수법과 동태적 산업연관 모형을 동시에 적용하여 u-City 구축의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다는 점에서 통상적인 산업연관분석과 차별성을 지닌다. 한국은행이 가장 최근 발표한 산업연관표는 2000년도 자료이다. 본 연구는 RAS 계수법으로 알려져 있는 예측기법을 이용하여 2000년 산업연관표를 2010년 표로 연장시켜 u-City 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석한다. 한편 산업연관분석에 통상적으로 사용되고 있는 모형은 정태적 분석모형인 기본 산업연관 모형이지만, 본 연구에서는 동태적 산업연관 모형을 적용하여 u-City 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 동태적으로 분석하였다. u-City 구축에 따른 총 생산파급효과는 약 3.3배로 추정되었으며, u-City 산업은 전방연쇄효과는 매우 높지만 후방연쇄효과는 그다지 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

광역상수도는 지난 40년 동안 우리나라의 경제성장에 지대한 역할을 수행하여 왔을 뿐만 아니라 안정적이고 깨끗한 물을 공급함으로써 국민복지에도 많은 기여를 하여 왔다. 그러나 광역상수도가 국민경제에 미치는 효과에 대한 계량적인 연구가 부족하여 광역상수도의 중요성이 상대적으로 소홀하게 여겨지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 광역상수도 사업의 파급효과를 분석하기 위해 산업과 산업간의 상관관계를 계량적으로 파악할 수 있는 분석인 산업연관분석을 수행하였다. 일반적으로 산업연관분석은 특정 시점에서의 국민경제를 반영하기 때문에 시계열적으로 분석하기가 매우 힘들다. 그러나 최근 한국은행에서는 2005년 이후 2009년까지의 각 년도별 산업연관표를 발표하고 있어 시계열적으로 광역상수도사업의 파급효과를 분석할 수 있게 되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존의 수요유도형 모형뿐만 아니라 공급유도형 모형을 적용하여 2005년부터 2009년까지 산업연관분석을 수행하여 광역상수도사업의 파급효과 추이를 살펴봄으로써 광역상수도의 높은 경제적 타당성 및 국민경제적 파급효과를 검증하였다.

This study aims to analyze the economic impact of IT industries to the Korean economy using IO tables from 1980 to 2003. As a result for the comparison with the economic impacts subject to 9 major industries, an importance of IT industries in Korean economy is likely to have increased very rapidly since 1980. And we also found that the production effect and spillover effect of Korean IT industry has steadily reduced whereas its price effect is still large.

Recent efforts of government to improve economic performance and increase employment through industrial convergence are being promoted actively. However, unfortunately, we have little of quantitative study on the following questions; (1) what is the rate of industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) what is the rate of total effects of industrial convergence spreaded?, and (3) which is the No. 1 industry in the magnitude of inductive effect of industrial convergence? In this study, we have measured and analyzed quantitatively the following questions using patent citation; (1) how is industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) how much has industrial convergence a effect on all industry?, and (3) what is the rate of the inductive effect of industrial convergence? In doing so, decision about industrial convergence has been made using patent citation and the effect of industrial convergence is drawn from convergence I/O table which made by patent citation.

The interest in personal health is now growing around the world. Accordingly, the insurance industry which is closely related to personal health is becoming more important. Insurance industry can be divided into to main stream, life insurance and indemnity insurance. This study attempts to compare the economic impacts of the life insurance industry and indemnity insurance industry using an inter-industry analysis. The study investigates production-inducing effect, value added inducing effect, employ-inducing effect, sectoral price effect using Exogenous specification. The results show that indemnity insurance industry induces production-inducing effect of 2.7 won, value-added-inducing effects of 1.6 won, employ-inducing effect of 26.9 person, sectoral price effects is 2.0%. On the other hand, life insurance industry induces production-inducing effect of 1.6 won, value-added-inducing effects of 1.0 won, employ-inducing effect of 16.5 person, sectoral price effects is 1.2%. Overall, indemnity inducements has higher economic impacts than life insurance.

본 논문에서는 산업연관 분석모형을 이용하여 1980년대 수출산업에서의 유가변화의 산업별 파급효과를 분석하고, 1990년대 유가 파급효과를 추정하여 보았으며, 1980년대 산업별 물가상승 요인을 계측하여 1970년대 물가상승요인과 비교분석하여 보았다. 1980년대 상반기의 유가 파급효과가 큰 산업은 석유제품과 에너지 다소비 품종인 화학, 비금속 광물, 전기가스수도, 철강, 금속 등으로 나타났으며 대부분의 산업은 유가인상율의 5% 내외의 인상효과를 나타내었다. 유가 인하기였던 1980년대 하반기에도 인하효과는 산업별로 상반기와 비교할 때 큰 차이는 없었으나, 기계, 전기, 전자통신, 자동차 등 주요 수출산업의 가격인하 효과는 그다지 크지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 저물가 시대였던 1980년대의 주요 물가변화 요인으로는 임금 등 부가가치 및 원유가격의 변화로서 1970년대와 큰 차이가 없었으나, 중간재 수입가격, 수입계수 및 수업률 변화의 물가변화 기여도는 아주 작아서 1970년대와는 다른 양상을 보였다. 한편 1990년대의 유가파급효과 추정을 위한 모의실험 결과를 보면, 1980년대와 마찬가지로 석유관련 제품의 가격인상 효과가 두드러지겠지만, 1970년대와 1980년대에 비해서 유가파급효과는 상대적으로 낮을 것으로 추정되어 수출산업의 가격경쟁력은 임금, 기타 원자재 가격 등 여타 물가인상 요인에 더 영향을 받을 것으로 예상된다.

This study has analysed riffle effect of shipbuilding business on regional economy in Jeonnam. For the analysis on connection to regional business, the most favored way to estimate economic effect of a certain industry in the nation and overseas, has been adopted. As a result of analysis, in case of 1,908,800 million won turnover in shipbuilding in Jeonnam, it would induce about 3,038,624 million won of production, about 940,656 million won of added value, about 13,361 employment and about 702,056 million won of income. Seeing production riffle effects of shipbuilding industry in Jeonnam on other businesses in the same area, it is found out to influence in order of on the primary industry metal products 458,784 million won, chemical products 128,250 million won, metal products 71,498 million won and on petrol and coal products 50,829 million won. Like this, shipbuilding industry is highly connected with metal and chemical industries, which make a cluster in eastern area of Jeonnam, suggesting that growth of shipbuilding industry in Jeonnam would maximize inter-industrial synergy effect in the region.
