Development of a Curriculum of Department of AI Operation based on Industrial Demands -Focusing on the Case of C University (산업체 수요를 반영한 AI 운영학과 교육과정 개발 -C 대학 사례를 중심으로)

  • In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and an explosion of interest in it, education on artificial intelligence is spreading to various fields. As a result, many universities are establishing artificial intelligence-related departments or expanding their quota. In line with this trend, University C has newly established the AI operation department in line with the industrial base in the region. In this paper, a curriculum was developed for the newly established AI operation department, and this curriculum was designed and developed focusing on subjects reflecting the demands of industries based on AIOps (Artificial intelligence for IT Operations). To this end, a consultative body was formed with industry experts, and opinions were collected through a survey.

  • 유럽의 몇몇 방위산업체들은 매각될 위기에 놓여있다. 전자계통의 방위산업체들도 다른 분야보다는 좋은 여건이지만, 방위장비 생산을 갑작스럽게 감축시키며, 업자들을 곤란에 처하게 한 "평화진전(peace progress)"에 적응하기에는 도저히 힘들 것으로 보인다. 그러나 기업경영을 계속할 것을 원하는 방위산업체에게 선택의 여지는 주어져있다. 이러한 업체들은 충격을 완화하고, 그들의 시장 지배력을 넓히기 위해 기업 합병이나 합작투자, 또는 다른 공동경영 형태를 기대할수 있으며, 새로운 시장을 기대할 수도 있을 것이다. 극동지역은 방산장비의 판매가 계속 될 것이며, 심지어는 증가하게 될지도 모르는 유일한 지역이다

  • 평생 교육이 화두가 되는 현대 기술 및 지식정보화 사회에서, 사회인이 재교육 등을 위하여 전통적인 교육의 형태로 재교육을 받는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 전통적인 교육 형태가 제공하지 못하는 교육의 기회를 현재 널리 응용되고 있는 Cyber 강의가 줄 수는 있지만, 실험 실습 등이 요구되는 산업체 기술 교육을 위한 Cyber 강의는 일반적인 이론 강의를 위한 Cyber 강의에 비하여 새로운 제작 방법 등이 요구되어진다. 본 논문은 산업체 기술 교육을 위한 Cyber강의 제작 방법을 제안하고 실제 구현을 통하여 그 활성화 방법을 보이고자 한다.

가동률 저하로 경영난 가중되는 방산업체

  • 한국방위산업진흥회에서는 방위산업체의 경영성과를 종합적, 통계적으로 분석함과 동시에 설비자본 이용실태를 분석하여 이에 따른 경영개선 대책방안을 수립하여 방위산업 주요정책에 기초자료로 활용코자 한국산업개발연구원에 연구용역을 의뢰하여 방위산업체의 경영분석 보고서를 발간한 바 있다. 본 연구보고서에서는 '95년말을 기준으로 방위산업의 일반 현황, 방위산업체의 경영 실적, 투하자본에 의한 설비자본 이용실태 등을 분석, 수록하였는데 방산부문 가동률이 56%에 그치는 등 방산의 어려운 실정을 여실히 엿볼 수 있다. 본지에서는 이의 내용을 간략하게 요약해 보았다.

A Study on the Information Services of SciTech Libraries to industries in Korea (과학기술분야 전문도서관의 산업체 정보지원체제에 관한 연구)

  • This study was carried out to analyze different types of information services to industries, provided by the Technical Information Department of government-supported research institutes. Today, demands on information of new technology have been rapidly increased with the expansion of information mind in enterprises. Managers, specially in profit organizations, are hunting for the technological information since they recognize that acquisition of information is directly connected with the success of business and technological innovation. However, it is not easy for them to get appropriate information due to such factors as competition, information blocking among profit organizations, shortage of holding library, etc. The roles of SciTech libraries can be divided into two parts; the first one is to promote information exchange among organizations, and the second one to supply users with proper information, processed and analyzed by the specialists. In this study, fifteen Technical Information Department of government-supported research institutes are surveyed to investigate their information services to industries. The results of survey show that their services are not enough to support industries successfully.

K-WeldPredictor based on SSH Port Forwarding using Supercomputer (슈퍼컴퓨터를 활용한 SSH 포트 포워딩 기반의 용접 시뮬레이터)

  • 슈퍼컴퓨터는 주로 거대 과학문제를 해결하는데 활용되었으나, 최근 산업체의 신제품 및 신기술 개발을 위한 활용이 확대되는 추세이다. 이를 보다 활성화시키기 위해서는 산업체의 연구개발자들이 슈퍼컴퓨터를 활용하여 보다 쉽고 편리하게 시뮬레이션을 수행할 수 있는 환경의 개발이 요구된다. 이를 통해 저비용/고효율의 제품 개발 기반을 확보할 수 있으며, 산업체의 글로벌 경쟁력 향상을 모색할 수 있다. 용접은 선박, 항공기 등의 대형 구조물뿐만 아니라 금속을 사용하는 소형 구조물의 접합을 위해 널리 활용되는 기술이다. K-WeldPredictor는 용접 기술의 80% 정도를 차지하는 아크 용접을 웹 사이트에서 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 지원하는 슈퍼컴퓨터 기반의 시뮬레이터이다. 미국 WeldPredictor와의 기술협력을 통해 개발되었으며, 슈퍼컴퓨터의 높은 보안 수준을 준수하기 위해 별도의 웹 서버를 활용하였다. 특히 웹 서버와 슈퍼컴퓨터와의 안전한 데이터 전송을 위해 SSH 로컬 포트 포워딩 기술을 활용하였다.

  • Recently a technology paradigm of ship has been changed to digital ship, IT shipbuilding convergenced technology development and Human training is very important, that is important role of making high valued shipbuilding industrial development. In this paper, we introduce IT shipbuilding convergenced education program for training human of special skill. A course of study is made of analyzing a survey of IT shipbuilding convergenced core technology in shipbuilding industry. we surveyed marine wireless communication technology, S/W solution for vessel, and CAN & SAN technology in IT filed, and ship-building design and vessel construction technology in shipbuilding field. we put in industry specialist in our education program because we have a gole of training the person are adapted immediately in shipbuilding industry.

  • This exploratory study investigated the real time adaptability of industry training for college professors. For this study, the researcher whose college's professor in the department of early childhood education used collaborative action research. This research was conducted in a class of five year old children of a daycare center in D city. The researcher and the homeroom teacher interacted with each other through 4 steps during the researcher's training period. The first step was group formation between the researcher and the teacher. The second step was problem identification. The third step was a review of the literature. The forth step was problem-solving. The researcher and teacher finally developed a rhythm movement program that was based on fundamental motor performance of young children. Through this collaborative effort, the researcher and teacher had the opportunity to improve their professionalism. Especially, the researcher improved her understanding and knowledge of teaching young kids. The result of this study is meaningful in that it provided basic data to improve training of college professors.

Implications on the Technical Level of Industries and Industry-Academia Cooperation in Chungbuk Province (충북지역 산업체 기술수준과 산학협력에 관한 시사점)

  • In this study, the technical level and competence of Chungbuk region manufactures were diagnosed and implications for efficiency improvement of cooperation with local universities were derived. The results are as follow. First, in Chungbuk area, 75% of the skilled workers are medium-skilled and high skilled workers. And the life cycle of production products was found to have entered middle/old age. In addition, the industries were overestimating its technology capabilities, including marketing and sales technology, and management technology. Therefore, local universities should develop differentiated program such as technology transfer and commercialization support so that companies can nurture new industries and it is necessary to improve understanding of reality and future prediction ability through various education and seminars. Second, universities in Chungbuk province have failed to meet the practical demands of industry by providing general educational programs such as lifelong education curriculum, rather than the practical training required by industry. First of all, industries needed the practical training programs such as human resource empowerment, technical education and workers' retraining for local industry development. In addition, industries were expected to provide relevant knowledge and infrastructure such as testing, analysis, participation in technology development such as commissioning and joint research. Therefore, universities should prepare customized Industry-Academia Cooperation Programs through industry demand survey in planning. Also, it is necessary to establish various connection points with industry to ensure that industry-academia cooperation will continue and achieve results. Third, the technology of the industries in Chungbuk province was found to be very unrelated to the next generation regional strategic industries. This is not shared vision between industry and local government, Industry-Academia Cooperation Programs will serve as a platform to organize various community entities. Universities will be able to play a key role in between industries and local governments.
