Workplace learning is actually vastly underutilized as of yet even though it is necessary preparation course for the skilled broadcasting people. This paper pays attentions to the workplace learning that carried out by the college students as a class activity to find the way to get a desirable result for the job training. Data obtained from the focus group discussion comprised of 14 college students majoring broadcasting. Based on the results of the discussion, it finds that students faced detailed broadcasting environments let them adjust to and realize the position and role of contents providers who are struggling to survive competitive period. The students experienced informal learning reached to the tacit knowledge - including interview skill, camera and editing details, news framing, and interpersonal relationships - through a various routes such as mistakes, feedbacks, competitions and imitations while they practiced in the workplace. From these findings, this paper can conclude that the lecturers who are leading job training courses need to be concerned and utilize workplace learning actively.

The purpose of this study was to phenomenologically explore what experiences sports coaches have felt about coaching efficacy through qualitative research methods, and to derive the sources of coaching efficacy. To achieve the research aim, 15 sports coaches with more than 5 years of experience were selected as a nomadic sampling and in-depth interviews were conducted, and the collected data were analyzed through qualitative data analysis procedures such as transcription, coding, categorization and meaning. As a result, the sources of sports coaching efficacy were established as five factors including coaching success experience, social support, coaching-related player experience, coaching expertise, and player feedback. The derived sources can be used as educational basic data for the development of coaching efficacy.

Along with the development of technology in the fourth industrial revolution, the fields that can apply artificial intelligence technology are rapidly increasing. In order to improve computational thinking, overseas countries such as the U.S. and the U.K. are already using various AI education platforms to provide artificial intelligence education. Therefore, there is an increasing need for elementary school pre-service teachers in Korea to strengthen their AI education capabilities along with the existing software education. However, it may be difficult for learners with low levels of programming experience and AI education experience to choose an AI education platform that can sustain their learning motivation. Therefore, in this study, the factors related to learning motivation in the AI education platform were explored using the ARCS model. Through this, we present the factors required by the AI education platform for motivation and sustain of learning.

In this paper, the technical problems or considerations which could be arisen at the certification for composite small aircraft structures per FAR Part 23 have been reviewed and the actions expected applicants should take also have been explored. This paper focuses on the technical problems considered to be happening and describes the relation to the certification regulations and to the certification experiences. This paper is general information to composite certification activities, and presents some useful guidance materials and reference materials. The general information described in this paper could not be applied to any composite structures and to the secondary structures which not critical to flight safety.

농업ㆍ농촌이 우리에게 어떤 의미를 지니는가. 흔히 산업의 한 분야로 분류되지만, 문명과 함께 태동해 자연과 소통하며 이루어내는 인류의 끝없는 도전, 생명과 직결되는 분야기에 더 많은 관심을 요구한다면 지나친 편애일까. '농업ㆍ농촌이 무엇인가'라는 근본적인 질문을 던져보는 행사가 펼쳐져 농축산계의 관심이 모아지고 있다. 농촌진흥청은 오는 8월 30일 부터 9월 3일까지 5일간 청내에서 농업관련 기관과 단체 및 학계 등이 공동으로 참여하는 '한국농업 근현대화 100년 기념사업'을 개최한다. 특히 오랜 농민단체 생활을 통해 농정 관련 현장 경험이 풍브, 지난 2월 농축산계의 뜨거운 관심 속에 부임한 김인식 농촌진흥청장은 "이번 사업을 우리 농업과 농촌이 재도약할 수 있는 발판을 다지는 계기로 삼을 것"이라는 포부를 밝혔다. 김 청장은 경상대학교 축산학과를 졸업한 1992년부터 전국농민단체협의회 사무총장. 한국낙농육우협회 전무, WTO 국민연대 사무총장에 이어 정책실장실 농어촌 비서관 등을 역임, 효율적인 대외협상과 함께 농진청의 농업연구와 지도사업에 새로운 방향을 제시할 것으로 기대되고 있다. FTA, DDA협상 등 개방화의 물결 속에 농촌이 어느 때보다 어려움을 겪고 있는 시점에 피드저널 유동준 발행인 겸 편집인은 7월12일 농촌진흥청 청장실에서 김 청장을 만나 '한국농업 근현대화 100년 기념사업 추진 방향과 농어축산업 발전'을 주제로 대담을 나눴다.

본 논문에서는 중국 시청자 대상으로 한국 TV프로그램에 대해 시청동기가 지속적 시청에 미치는 영향에 관련 연구를 했다. 최근 한국의 대중문화 산업이 발전하면서 한국 TV프로그램의 인기가 높아지고 있다. 특히 한국 연예인들 출연하는 예능 프로그램은 지속적인 시청이 이루어지는 추세이다. 또한 한국 드라마도 중국 시청자들한테 높은 인기를 끌고 있다. 그래서 중국 시청자들이 한국 TV프로그램에 대해 지속적인 시청 의도가 더욱 중요해 지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 시청자들 한국 TV프로그램 시청동기와 문화적 접근성 요인이 한국 TV프로그램 지속적 시청의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴봄으로써 시청동기와 문화적 접근성이 한국 TV프로그램 시청에 미치는 영향을 이해하고자 한다. 본 연구는 한국 TV프로그램 시청하는 중국 시청자 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며, 수집된 데이터를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석을 통해 확인된 주요연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 시청자들 한국 TV프로그램 시청 동기가 지속적 시청의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중국 시청자들 직접경험이 지속적 시청의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.

민간 항공기용 통합항전시스템의 개발은 현재까지 국내에서는 거의 경험이 없는 분야이다. 국내에서는 군수용 항공기의 항법전자장치의 국산화 개발은 일부 추진되었으나, 민수용 항공기 분야에서는 전무하다. 세계 시장에서 민간 항공기의 수요는 증대되고 있으며, 이에 따라 민간 항공기용 통합항전시스템을 국내에서 개발하고 시험, 인증할 수 있는 능력이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 항공기의 비행/항법 등의 계기를 통합하는 항공전자 연구개발의 필요성, 세계적인 흐름과 핵심기술력의 확보를 위하여 민간 항공기용 통합항전시스템 개발에 관련한 국내/국외 기술수준 및 산업 동향, 국내에서 개발한 통합항전시스템 인증의 필요성에 따른 문제점 및 해결방안을 제시하고 있다.

세계적으로 에너지 요구량이 날로 증가함에 따라, 새로운 오일과 가스에 대한 탐사, 개발 및 생산에 필요한 기술들이 도전적인 과제로 부상하고 있다. 반면, 오일과 가스 분야와 관련된 규제는 더욱 강화되고 있어 기존의 경험이 많은 인력에 의존하는 방식만으로 문제를 해결하기는 쉽지 않다. 따라서, 주요 오일 및 가스 메이저 업체들은 IT를 기존 업무 프로세스와 연계하여 오일 탐사시간 단축, 생산성 향상 및 높은 수준의 안전성을 제공할 수 있는 디지털 오일필드(Digital Oil Field) 구축을 위한 통합운영(IO: Integrated Operations) 시스템을 활용해 나가고 있다. 특히, 최근 오일 및 가스 산업 프로세스의 데이터 집약적인 특성을 반영하여 빅데이터 분석기반의 IT 융합 기술을 적극적으로 도입을 시도하고 있다. 따라서 본고는 디지털 오일필드의 요소 기술과 빅데이터 분석기반 IT 융합 기술 동향에 대해서 살펴본다.

한국건설생활환경시험연구원(이하 KCL)은 건축자재, 토목 관련 제품, 생활환경, 물류, 의료기기 등에 대한 시험 평가 인증과 교육 컨설팅, 연구개발 등을 효율적으로 수행하고 있으며, 국내 산업의 기술 고도화와 소비자 보호, 국가경쟁력 제고를 위해 설립된 시험인증 기관이다. KCL은 특히 2010년 7월 8일 한국건자재시험연구원과 한국생활환경시험연구원이 통합 출범한 이후 더욱 풍부한 경험과 노하우를 축적하게 되었고 전문인력과 첨단 인프라를 갖추게 되었다. 현재 약 500여 명의 전문요원이 국내외 20개 사업장에서 일하고 있다. KCL은 지식경제부, 국토해양부, 환경부 식약청 등 주요 12개 부처에서 40여 개 기관지정을 받은 전문시험연구기관이며, TUV, MTS, Eurofins 등 해외 유수의 기관들과 MOU를 체결하여 해외로의 진출에도 적극 앞장서고 있다.
